For a short stay this hotel is adequate.
For a longer period inappropriate.
The breakfast began with the discovery of the seats in the restaurant.
The staff was very slow. read more

In the hotel you always felt safe and well cared for.
The only negative is, as almost everywhere in Rio, the the least speak english.
To date, I have no bill-they have the right but like charged charged.
The room are big, big, nice bathroom, large beds and windows so the sound proof the one has absolute peace and quiet.
Unfortunate is only the Internet quite expensive (15, -per 24 hour ) and the air conditioning is unsatisfactory and noisy.
Breakfast is including and spacious.
Directly to the corner are all shopping and dining opportunities, the beach is two minutes ... walk away.
Quite cheap, if the service also be is more shine than reality.
You must enable the life you as a foreigner is not worth much, also there is if you have a lot of money. read more

We were very disappointed with some conditions during our stay.
Our room was worn and smaller than the cabin on the cruise ship. One could go to two times not to go past the bed and hardly turn around.
The cleanliness was only superficially available. It was for example the shower and looked in the shower head, was a very different. How many germs are now? We had hardly out this question from the idea, where the hot water?
According to other guests were generous and nicer room in it but also house. We had no luck with the room ... allocation, but we have almost three hours to 3:00 P.M. on the release and even five hours on a key had to wait.
At breakfast it was a mess.
25 tables for about 300 guests. The employment of the staff was not well organised, the waiters walked aimless messed up and gave it only a shrug.
The buffet was refilled to slow, it was again time as what, plates, silverware, cups, etc. we had a cup of coffee from the outside was. Such a chaos have we have never experienced.
Is it not much positive to report.
The location of the hotel was not bad, two blocks from the Copacabana beach was it only. Restaurants and shops were it in the immediate vicinity. The pool on the roof and we have often used by the magnificent view on the Christ statue on the corcovado. The lobby was spacious and equipped with beautiful sculptures. read more

We had at the start of the season a LUX-room to a budget, value for money was OK so. The regular prices are not particularly cheap. The staff is friendly, however at the reception were very motivated, because of strong storm into the room it rained, we had only to reception, so that someone was sent to wipe. The concierge tried also, us when booking a para glide -flight over the table to pull, accompanied by a regular price of 80 Euro 25 euro 'Commission', for Dr open wanted-take research! Breakfast plentiful, but not very high quality (for example, the ... juice from instant powder instead of 'real' orange juice, etc.). restaurant is functional rather than comfortable and who comes in the morning rush hour, is quite looted plates, the only slowly refilled-but to this time you usually also no table, either because all occupied or the cleansing equally slow. The location is very good-about a five minute walk to beach, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity, metro right across the street. The room was very clean. If you don't with the hotel holiday in first series wants, is good service here. read more
