The Best Western Atlantis in Melbourne has a good and solid impression. Compared to other methods of accommodation in Melbourne was the price really a bargain. The service was friendly, the furnishings was, what you from the good middle class can expect. My room was large and bright and equipped with everything necessary. Especially the bed is very comfortable. The location of the hotel recommended only partially, as it is at a distance of about 30-minute walk from the touristy interesting places is. The main railway station, and etihad Stadion are within walking distance. The free tram drives directly in ... front of the hotel over. The best Western Atlantis hotel lies on the edge the Melbourne CBD, opposite of the train station 'southern cross', of the way the sky bus to the airport leaves. Nearby there is also 'Docklands'. New port area with many restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is quite nice. Well appointed, big room (LCD tv, hair dryer, ironand board, kettle). Up to the shopping streets/ sights there are only a couple of minutes on foot. Altogether the best Western Atlantis hotel recommendable, especially for its good value for money. read more

Für einen Kurztrip gut geeiget. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, das Badezimmer auch groß genug, mit einer schönen Dusche. Das Frühstück, na ja, es gab Rühreier und diese englischen Würstchen mit Tomatensoße oder so ;-( Ansonsten nur Kaffee und Süßkram. Es liegt gleich in der Nähe der Southern Cross Station und gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt ( Coles ). Neben dem Hotel ist ein italienisches Restaurant, die Straßenbahnen fahren gleich um die Ecke. Zu den Docklands ist es nicht sehr weit, im Flur hat man einen tollen Ausblick darauf. read more
