The hotel is in its kind just great everything could not have to! The ski slope right in front of the house super mattresses in the beds! Shuttle service to the restaurants! Great breakfast with everything that you need! And the duty free shopping you get with a guest card again 5% in addition what else could you want! So we will be back! Songs can in our opinion not all too much: the pictures promised a casual get-together in the lobby - the 8 stools store, and not to stay a while, you meet anyone. The breakfast is good and plenty, the choice, however if you after 09:00 o'clock comes. It was hardly refilled. In the entire place is seerh warm (23° - 25°), in the room it was on the 2. day turned it down, nevertheless you had to night balcony door tear. Unfortunately almost every morning the buses and trucks under our ... balcony running motor refueled: loud & stink of diesel are very unpleasant! The rooms are very appropriately, we had 2. a family room, this is-small would be for us unpleasantly has become. The laptop you can definitely only on the lap operate, a table isn't available. Also the closet and shelves for 4 people not enough for two okay. The advertised hotel's wellness area post was not available - a great shame! Which well worked are shuttle bus and make reservations for evenings - but some other restaurants! Smuggler Alpine is very recommendable! Free wi-fi in the lobby as well as in the room function perfectly the fehernseher in the room is of the best quality. All together we had a nice holiday, but in the future again hotels -us missing spa in the house and also the food in house says us more. The hotel is exactly, what a great skiing vacation need. Everything was perfectly organized, ontbeit, room, front desk, skilokkers, parking, ski -service, nearby the gondola and only few minutes on foot to the center. read more

We had a day on the slopes with friends. Simple, top modern hotel. Very uncomplicated check in and check out. Helpful staff for shuttle bus and other organizational concerns. Room unexpectedly large and for wintersport ausgelet with large dressing rooms and beautiful bathroom /shower. Breakfast buffet leaves nothing to the imagination - everything where there is need for a sportlchen day on the ski's. read more

Very good breakfast and very good Latte Macchiato, no fresh fruit. Beds weren't made. Handling of complaints very unprofessional and very rude. Unfortunately. The smart hotel is the perfect starting point for a winter sports vacation. It concentrates on the essential. A warm, clean room with a very clean functional bathroom. Breakfast is absolutely sufficient. In the morning, the skis and ski boots from the hotel's own heated locker and 300 metres to the gondola slipped. The whole day brings a on request the free shuttle to the shop, the wellness Hotel zur Post or to eat and back. Nice plods the few meters through the snow. Without exception everyone was very warm and helpful. And on the really big tv can who ... likes in the evening also still the paddle use. Samnaun is a bilderbuchörtchen in the duty-free shopping. The ski area samnaun -Ischgl is one of the best i know, and last but not least the duty-free shopping In samnaun. You can have a perfect ski weekend-(only the sauna missing). read more
