Old hotel. Staff tried to keep everything clean. For 1a 2 weeks could good holidays make. As however the end our vacation the hotel of Israelis was devastated, we were happy again right at home. The hotel looked like in the war. Beds were stacked together, with ceilings the windows overcast. At night until the morning by the pool drunk and rum yelled du not longer sleep could. For breakfast everything was on the floor distributed. The hotel management himself said: they not human-they are animales. We were 2 times there gladly again old but not. Will make gladly party ... and annoying really little.

Rooms are catastrophic-furniture completely down economized and partially destroyed. Cabinets do not open, doors stuck, beds squeak.
The whole hotel the impression, as if since the 70. Nothing more invested or renovated. read more

Old furnishings; our double room a worn! Radio hanging from the fishing! bettüberbau scratched, painted and cracked, nachttisch scratched, or, inside in the drawer came 3 centimeter long screw out. Injuries everywhere programd! The hit: the mattresses: full of dark dried blood stain, snstige bright stains, plenty of black hair.
Disgusting! The bathroom dark, the tub dirty with white edges, on sewage nagelreste. etc. Everywhere open cable from the wall. Balcony. With a view to neighbor wall (not view of the sea!) in short: a dark hole!
The hotel we have to 3 hours leave and have moved. No star! ... Our replacement hotel had only stars, but it was at least 4a worth 5 stars! ( a dream!) ( pure relaxation!) read more

See also the review 'older hotel-however tidy' ; in our view of 2011 nothing has changed. Only drawback this time: the very noisy other guests.
Otherwise the following statement: i cannot three stars Greece book and figures and expect luxury ; three stars are different as in Germany.
Is important in our opinion the cleanliness from room and laundry, as well as a friendly, accommodating staff - and that is the cosmopolitan the case! Who sits already on vacation the whole day in the hotel? read more

For people who want to explore Kos and cleanliness of the room in Hotel okay. One is fast in of Kos City, for the party well. Kos itself is very expensive. Breakfast was acceptable even the coffee. Would love to go back to the hotel. read more

The cosmopolitan hotel was very good in comparison to other hotels, which I have visited. It is about a 15 minute (walking) from the Kos town there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was a bit too one-sided. On the whole a good hotel if you don't too many expectations. read more

The hotel is located directly on a bus stop (from the bus station direction Lampi) opposite the resort- all inclusive hotel Atlantis. The room rate includes the daily in the same breakfast buffet ( for a short break but ok), restaurants and bicycle rental available in the immediate vicinity. beach access at the hotel Atlantis or with the bike 1km away. To the city center Kos about 3-4 km. The mattress in my room was completely worn out! read more

The Cosmopolitan hotel in Kos as in many other reviews read here a aging, old, but clean hotel. cleaned every day, fresh towels available, if you want daily. When we arrived there were even though we knew what to expect in about a little disappointed by the fact that the room a very run down impression, the whole facility is just ancient and it shows in. The bed squeaked terribly noisy, already with light movements, also the bathroom was also quite small. The balcony and the view were but nice and for a longer period of time our disappointment as ... lone, as the most important was provided: cleanliness. A stay at the pool was very pleasant as we were the only guests most there. Clean was, but it is a very high chlorine content. The breakfast ( I think the hotel is only with breakfast buchba) was every day the same sort of cheese and sausage, which we didn't think it was terrible. So we had a Käsebrötchen so every day and tomato for breakfast, we found not too bad for the short time ( but there was also included hard boiled eggs, cereals, cucumbers). For the coffee was additionally the same as for the sausage: Undrinkable! Eventually we ourselves from the supermarket coffee to pouring in/out privileges and drank at breakfast. The location was great for us, within walking distance to Kos town, plenty of car, bike or Buggyverleiher nearby, the rest of the island we were with car, which I would also recommend to anyone. Since the island is not too big so comfortable you can visit all the nice places on the island. We also had a buggy, but rented until after Kefalos is but a bit of a hassle ( noisy, windy). The beach in front of the hotel, in about 2 minutes over the Atlantis hotel is easily reachable by, is not very nice for swimming: pebble beach, parts of algae. But like I said by car or bike are very nice beaches within easy reach. Overall, I recommend staying at the hotel limited. We finally did not mind the room was not well appointed and a rather lumbering impression. Our room was clean, we had a balcony and a fridge. Finally we were out all day enjoying the sights of anyway and only there to sleep. But if you are looking for a hotel in which he can also want to stay longer, decent breakfast and a modern decor, the should book another hotel, but clearly in the price in future. We have our money invested in a car and various activities. Families with children I would not recommend this hotel in general, it offers just doesn't do it for the kids. read more
