At christmas i got from my wife 3 days trip given. She has it over ' from on vacation- deals' booked. The settlement with the front desk was very easy and a verlängerungstag was from the hotel under the same favorable conditions granted. The stay was great and we were both thrilled. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Conclusion: the paid off and we would do it again. read more

Hotel Engel in Hamburg is a nice, friendly hotel, for a city trip ideal. Which we appreciated a lot, it is in the Hotel a restaurant gave, where we very good food with nice service and atmosphere received. read more

Typical single hotels, that again and again expanded. The staff are very friendly, the kitchen ( German, regional) very good. The rooms seem a bit shabby and are partly not very easy to find. It is reasonable value for money but and the location nearby the a7, without this is ideal, if you a quiet hotel on the edge from Hamburg searches. read more

1. Through the in-house restaurant it came (2 nights in a row) until late at night (2.30) because of celebrations to strong disturbances respectively sleep disturbance. Lapidary by the front desk told, the celebrations in the restaurant were! 2. the traffic connections is bad, metro stop is approximately 15 to 20 minutes away, the bus station in front of the hotel runs only in the morning at three different times, saturday and Sunday not at all! read more

We stayed with HolidayCheck a hotel-Deal voucher purchased, we now have honoured. We can only recommend this hotel! After a busy day you can evenings 'exhausted' to the hotel and you can just relax. It is all so harmoniously calmly, outside in the hotel courtyard we have the day with a glass of wine. There there is also a very good hotel restaurant, which we didn't make use of, as we always outside had eaten. The breakfast buffet I can only recommend, sausage, cheese, many types from marmelade eTC., muesli, quark dish, different kinds of bread and rolls, juices, water. ... The coffee ( tea) was in fact served to the table, what we found pleasant. There was no noise in our room! As welcome drink we could, except sparkling wine and cocktail, order what we wanted. The zoo Hageneck we have in circa 20 minutes away by foot reached, you can but also a station with the subway drive, however is the footpath to train good 10 minutes! We felt for one day a Tagesgruppenkarte bought, 9,90 Euro, so that we could crisscrossing Hamburg and the Elbfähren use. We would come back to this hotel, we really liked. read more

Such a great staff. But the bathroom that is unacceptable. For example 2 days the same web think it is more beautiful pictures. The toilet the mounted papierschnippel stuck 2 days under the toilet-Glasses. Apart from that we will definitely come back to this hotel, with its really nice staff. read more

Was a good hotel for a short trip and would this hotel for a short break book again. Front desk, room, bar and service was good. A bus connection right on the doorstep drives however only very rarely, with the subway dangers, from the hotel cIRCA 800 milliliters away. Had a 3-day ticket for subway; S-Bahn and bus bought, you get in the hotel. read more

The hotel consists of Primary and side building, subway is nearby, with everything great reachable is. Staff is great friendly. Hotel is somewhat older, but trofzdem very tidy and clean. Breakfast is very varied. read more

Hagenbecks zoo and Tropenaquarium in the immediate area. Circa 7 kilometer to the city center and port. Nevertheless easy to reach. Absolutely children friendly! We will during the next visit to Hamburg book again. read more

Very friendly staff, we have the hotel just for the night without breakfast used. The individual building are a little was nested designed, access to the room 104 by the garden ( holpriges plaster!) and several steps up and down-for trolleys badly suitably. Room big enough, the bathroom was although generally clean, but the ageing tile joints and not so fresh looking silicone sealing a demand renovation certainly good. The room is the garden, from the street nothing was to be heard, but the first aircraft began in the morning from 6 o'clock, with the window closed bearable. If it ... is used, with an open window to sleep, you should take earplugs think! read more

Price-performance is okay for this hotel. For the price range the best that I have ever in Hamburg City have booked. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, and the most important it is clean and tidy. Both for bus, as well as to the subway 5 minutes path. I will stay there gladly anytime again guest. read more
