We were now already for the 2. time in this wonderful hotel and can absolutely recommend.
The Sheraton has 446 modern rooms and suites, 2 restaurants and 1 bar. We had this time a completely normal superior room with double bed on the 21. floor of the hotel and the quality very satisfied. The stay included the breakfast was.
From the guest structure everything was represented, from completely young to old. The nationalities are from all countries mixed. read more

We stayed for a extended weekends (including doctor ) in Munich.
Arabella clinic
In the hotel itself there are a lot of competent privatärzte ('Arabella clinic ') for all areas, the arab tourists frequented (what clearly for the quality speaks).
Room
Our room was modern and cozily furnished. It had a nice big balcony and it was more than sufficient closets and drawers (hopefully we have anything forgot). The room was very clean. In the bathroom there was black marble-the looks great from, but if one the hands washed with the from the hotel available after nightfall kernseife everything is ... dirty, so it then everywhere white stains. We then went to the drugstore (100 meters from the hotel) a liquid soap dispenser bought, so that it not always that outrageous returns.
Service:
The staff members were all always friendly and dedicated! Strong praise and thanks very much for the great service! In the small salaries in serviceberufen in Germany i give you the tip: appreciate the great performance of the staff and do not save at the tip!
Food:
Breakfast was great! I recommend the american breakfast! The value for money for breakfast is absolutely justified!
We have also 2 times dinner to the room bring. There are clearly nor potential of improvement! The dinner (nachtkarte ) although it is very cheap. But i would certainly have been prepared more pay for better quality. The club sandwiches are recommendable! However in combination with potato wedges-with fries.
Pool/wellness:
Unfortunately are children allowed, so you can forget about a few trains in the pool to pull (which is already quite small). Besides is the pool area totally cold (treasures no more than 20°c). There one must, really be abgehärtet!
Bar:
Very stylish bar! Very friendly waiter. The cocktails taste although it is very good and hand-crafted perfect, however a bitzli little alcohol in it. Nevertheless is worthwhile a visit in the hotel bar.
Dogs:
We had two small dogs, the not a problem at all for the hotel were. The hotel is so for their individual kennel as well as recommendable!

Very friendly staff and nice hotel. Breakfast is in selection and taste very good. Unfortunately we found in our room the shoe of a previous guest under the bed.
This is the positive impression but not cloudy.

Friendly and attentive staff at the check-in & check-out. We had booked a superior room, got a upgrade on a executive room. Modern ambiente in the lobby, stylish hotel bar.
Room with a balcony, also modernly furnished.
Only drawback: light mold on the bottom edge of the shower stall. Otherwise clean room.
Very good öpnv binding (distance to the underground station arabellapark approximately 250 meters), one is about minutes at marienplatz square.
Highly recommend is the fish & meat buffet on thursday evening (p. p. 30 Euro). Next to a wide selection of pre and refeeding there is a selection ... of 6 meat or fish. Very good quality.
The breakfast buffet is also recommendable. Huge selection.
On the 22. floor is the spa area with a pool, 2 saunas, 2 steam baths and a fitness studio. The view of go on Munich is fantastic. The whole wellness area is however getting quite old, but in the spring of 2013 renovated, as we have heard. read more

For a city trip a very recommendable hotel. The access to the public transport is very good, breakfast offers very much selection and is very good. Once a day in the hotel relaxation is very good possible. Only the wellness area is not so inviting, but may soon be renovated.

Good subway-/bus-access into the city and to the airport. Nestled in a residential/office just outside. Beautiful lobby, great lighting, stylish hotel bar. Friendly staff. Breakfast with a good choice. Meals in the seminary room top. Beautiful rooms, unfortunately closed balcony. Safe and hair dryer available. Clean bathroom, no mold in the joints. Good city hotel with good connections to the public transport. Provided you like large hotels as the Sheraton or the neighboring Westin Grand hotel. We felt in good hands. Room to the street are however somewhat loud. Room amenities leaves nothing to the imagination. read more

The stay in the hotel met our expectations:
Good gepflegterr impression. Room the best. Bath in good condition. Beds excellent. Views of mountains and Munich unique. Staff competent and ready to help. Connected to the city very well. We and our three grandchild felt good accommodated. Negative the pool area: in need of renovation and cold water. We have listened, that in April 2013 the spa area is to be renewed. Only drawback a somewhat expensive parking garage - 20 Euro per day, with 4 days stay but a considerable sum. It would be desirable, if at all level free wi-fi for the hotel guests is available. The restriction in the lobby on 60 minutes is not very much...

Four star hotel in Munich - bogenhausen.
Optically great, little strange that the patients ( arabellaklinik is located on the 22nd floor of the hotel)
The same entrance as the guests.
Reception, lobby and breakfast - restaurant are optically great. Also the waiters was perfect pleasant and accommodating.
Blemish in any case with the cleanliness of the room. On the way there were in the bathroom everywhere hair of the predecessors, would almost say, that during the 'work' tv it is looked, as our tv ran, when we evenings got home.
Also unfortunately, that for the price / night the ... rooms from 13:00 not more cleaned, respectively no fresh towels get.
Room otherwise spotless. Super comfortable bed ( the mattresses are brilliant)-)
All together. For the girls weekend it was good.-), with my family I would but nevertheless another hotel choose! read more

Actually expected more!
I found this hotel very impersonal. The staff were indeed friendly, but not which one actually for the elevated requirement of the hotel presents.
The swimming pool is by the size and of the hotel reasonable it should again some once again renovated and renewed (partial defective lights on the ceiling, broken Liegenpolster, water fall not at all gone). The water in the pool could be a bit warmer, which we have also pointed out, but it was dismissed which only so will, as in the indoor swimming pool so were warm.
It is also definitely not ... nice, if meal times brought to the room, but then the empty plates and glasses and remains of the meal times the whole night in the hallway is possible.
In short: the hotel is okay. But I think for a four star superior hotel you can some things just don't expect, if you have the standard pay should. read more
