We have already been on several occasions in Lotus thermal bath in heviz and every time felt very comfortable. Both the swimming in the thermal baths, as well as the very rich morning and dinner buffet, the food for piano or violin music and the friendly atmosphere we enjoy very. Have a simply perfect short break spend. We all (parents, kids 13 and 16) my, that the most beautiful wellness vacation 'immer' for our whole family was. For very small kids but i would other addresses recommend; the focus is more on the and 35-generation. Food was brilliant! read more

We were the last years always 1-2 times per year in this hotel and was always very satisfied. Unfortunately we had to this year for our stay some faults see (worn out tiles, dissolving joints, doors the humidity away.) Unfortunately in the resting room in the early morning (from 7 o'clock) the loungers at the windows reserved, without that then until about 11 hours more than 3-4 persons this also occupied had. The lifeguard and the staff at reception weren't able this problem to solve, even though it on the ground a board with 'reserve chairs verboten' returns. In ... the resting room of the sauna was an ongoing through road in the außensaune (rather noisy). In short: not worth 5 stars, regular room rates too high. read more

We have been the 3. time in the lotustherme and are the 3. time really loved it. The staff are competent, friendly, helpful and above all non hungarian-speaking tourists. You will find always and everywhere people, who speak very well german and an ear to lend for any concerns. The rooms are regularly and very good cleaned, so you really wohlführlen can. Both the breakfast buffet, as well as the abendbuttett are recommendable. Even for a non-meat/fish is the choice was very, very good. It was pleasant stay. Everything was perfect. A small comment with a big impact, when booking the guests on the possibility the non-smoking rooms be noted. The hotel offers everything that your heart could desire! The rooms are very spacious, the beds very comfortable (1 mattress with 2,40 meters width ), wellness area and pool area are very recommendable, 3 pools were directly with the water the hevizer thermal lake fed! We have the (unfortunately too short ) vacation really enjoyed! The stay was from the first day to the last day beautiful, we felt very good. The room is very comfortably furnished, the bathroom also very clean and well equipped. We were thrilled by all areas and look forward to the next relaxing vacation in heviz! We were the 1. time in Lotus therme and had a very pleasant, relaxing stay. The hotel is well-kept, cleanliness is very important. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient in service. The spa area offers a good deal. Therefore, that the hotel apparently not completely occupied, was also plenty of space (pool chairs, but also in the pool, and in the saunas). It is somewhat older hotel with carpeted floors, and unfortunately with ' singlematratzen'dh you could feel every movement of the partner and can sleep, if one is not used to. The classification with 5 stars is too high. Four star are ok read more

Nice hotel and outstanding hotel and staff. The only deficit are the guests itself : in the wellness area will lounge chairs, although to spend hours no lies.
