the rooms are... The nightmare schlechhin . Exactly the same phenomenon as in the burj Al Arab, where I have frequently used. Tünnef ... Pomp... as in Versaille: uncomfortable, little functional, wasted resources. Instead of big- beds only a Schmalausgabe : for 2 people absolutely inadequate. The pillow service far and inconvenient given everywhere missing language skills also somewhat adventurous. The Hoteletagengänge are far... very far and very, very long. elevators sparse and far to walk. This is nothing for disabled or elderly, not really.

the kitchen such Luxusanlagen is surprisingly simple. Only, because times crabs or caviar on the buffet beach chairs, there is still no sign of luxury or exceptionality. furthermore are everywhere, whether in 3 star or five star hotels the same Model of desirability order of the day a. I.: the chefs are behind the buffets and pans. Nice they are somehow all, but that I owe their backshish-request, as for the service of a luxury hotel trade. In such overpriced hotels are in my opinion also always much lots of people busy, mutually in the way and the chaos only cause, because the coordination and guidance mostly missing. A bad habit is it, that lately the spa and spabereiche from the hotels outsourced and (dubious?) Zwischenunternehmer subleased will. By fully mutually spatially as well as spiritual separate areas, the flair of hotels this class more harm, than good. Because also here lacks the unity and coordination. I must confess: I have 20 years as chief receptionist in hotels worked, have the world we traveled and can absolutely make a judgment. Turks think, just like the sheiks in Dubai, that quantity always immediately quality mean. Only, because 5 waiter for mixing mosquitoos are every where, the service was not automatically be good. And that he was not at all. If I as a woman with 3 plates from the buffet come and 5 unemployed waiter stupid bellhops, then at least one get the idea, me at the tellertragen to help, or? :-) And so you could the endless. the complex the Mardan palace looks from afar great from. From nearby not really. the pool is only over stairs reachable and cold and uncomfortable, ausseerdem way too large. Me creeps up on then always such a dislike, who probably clean and sterile could keep or wanted and so I prefer then always the sea before. Why have such Luxushotelanlagen actual no heated Meereswasserpools ? The salinity is the safety at least more probable and a chlorine-Abundance usually not nonnöten . Around the pool are uncomfortable, low and ugly, since I had already better seen. towels you need to get pedantic elsewhere only get-> a nogo for 5 * upward. The Hamam looks good, there is also a much advertised THALASSOPOOL (only against high extra charge!) . But instead of me guaranteed 33 °C were at best 25°. I can assess it, because I weekly home in thermal spas go, between 30° and 33° water temperature have. This is in light of the prices of about 25, -EURO per hour too cold and uncomfortable. The Hamamanlagen are imaginative, there are individual Kleinhamams , where we didn't with other together for a procedure to order (I am a true Hammam freaks), but the rest you can forget. the hotel spoke us under the heading of luxury hotels from the material and the website on. it belongs to the Splendor-built on the Ausfahrstraße of Antalya. It provokes sensation because of its Großmächtigkeit and stunning long. that was it but also already... at least for real connoisseur :-) the hotel is as complex oversized and well arranged. the paths are very far, the service used poor. the beach is way too small for this many guests and the loungers are totally hard and uncomfortable, in addition to low and without cushions, only with towels occupied. the way to the beach is also so far and not arranged, partly bad walk. the beach is dingy-black, in spite of the behind man-made white sand. I enjoyed either the hotel, or the entire area also only ansatzweise much, I am sorry. I am able to Lobhudeleien here at all and I can't believe, that so many no idea seem to have or... never in really good hotels descended.

hotel lies on one of the ugliest beach zones of Turkish Riviera: outside from Antalya and so surprised it surely not, that the sand extra from Egypt shipped or approached must be, so that the black just know. What a nightmare, what a nonsense (winds blow everything away...) and Welch a white elephant! It is surely only and solely the veremeintlich 'beautiful appearance' and otherwise nothing at all. If you are on the international Hotelparkett your way around, is this hotel sure no second time visit, I am 100% sure. What I however concerned question, is: effecting such hirnrissigen hotel Concepts come up with, designs and approved? The people because all no idea about Dining and hotel industry, exactly like already in Dubai observed? It seems to me, as have people the shots, the still 20 years ago in tents lived and now believe, with golden Taps and plush & silk of the 16. century could the modern Guests of the 21. century meet. With so much money you could have been truly hotel-Temple of the finest quality build. I say only: a shame...! But that nevertheless so lots of people these misconstructions of hotels with the Green clover praise, which surprises me most. unless, there were gedungene pseudo-critics in the orders of owner and operator? A knave, who mean with this in mind.

Room as described above! Unfortunately were pillows and do not cover from down (which in a 7 stars hotel certainly should be)! cleanliness in the room would have thorough can be. We had to the women often again to it instructions, but at least the dust from table and fruit Plates to remove!

As described above! we were satisfied and particularly praiseworthy: cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant absolutely 5 Stars!

We were 17 days since and have recovered sufficiently and could also from the stressful everyday life off! We arrived in the morning at 11:00 o'clock and were welcomed warmly. however were in the foyer-the huge dimensions-all lights turned off and it was very dingy and dark and we thought, here again the electricity bill (see reports in the internet) not been paid! But basically the beautiful lighting during the day with so little guests turned off. the hotel was only 10% occupied! we got an upgrade on a very nice large room with a pool view! What we immediately noticed was-all descriptions were in English-Turkish and Russian! Unfortunately the lovely area way too big and lots of lots of ways to go to a target to come. beach partly with white sand- however everything small pebbles and to go barefoot not easy. Here would be bathing shoes appropriate. The jetty very nicely decorated with sofa's and chairs and Jacuzzi (Unfortunately no water in it). We have the sunset with a glass of tea enjoyed. apart from that we were by the pool unfortunately at this time of the year not heated was. Also the swimming pool for children freezing. There were many bridges and stairs are, have wheelchair users and families with small children considerable problems to overcome this. Here is something be improved! The main restaurant and all other restaurants were with much attention to detail furnished. particularly the Russian restaurant for me was the best...! simply beautiful! We ate mostly in the main restaurant. Was always somehow an experience- particularly the dessert. Absolutely a 10 by 10 points! appetizer ultimately always the same, only always differently set up. Main courses unfortunately always only lukewarm or already cold! the best buffet for us was always on Wednesday... Were Pleasant. Once we had the Italian restaurant tested and were grossly disappointed! No comparison to the main restaurant. What surprised us: with so little guests such a burden on many dishes. What happens to the rest? Well, there was also guests, the stomach problems and left nothing more food. Everything is possible. Service forces we found (except for a few a few exceptions) all reasonable. cleaning of the rooms was as other also reported-not quite reasonable. cleanliness in the room should urgently be improved. beds and pillows could on '7 star' be more comfortable! We are often in Dubai at the Kempinski and there are the beds and everything around simply gigantic comfortable and you just want to not at all more get up! all together oK- however we would not stay there again. Who already once in Istanbul at the Kempinski has, knows what I am talking about. Since the Mardan Palace really bad from! Now you get the Mardan palace to ridiculously low price in any tour operators and even with Tchibo! 7 days and with full board plus for 489 euros with flight. that says it all really or nothing! Our next vacation in February 2011 brings us back to Dubai. Oh, have to mention, that the prices in the shop's absolutely exaggerated are. example: Burberry Rainboots (supposedly original) for 320 euros! In the Burberry store costs exactly the Rainboots 225 euros! The same boat as in the hotel we had in the shop outside for 30 euros get! outside before the gates of the hotel the taximafia: price in advance clear up. The Dolmuş stops directly in front of the hotel and runs for 1 Lira( 60 cents) per person in the times! The taxi requests the same way 20 euros! a cheek! You pay this price not, the taxi driving was very cheeky and scold the German with words under the belt!

location we found reasonable, not far from the airport and a few minutes for shopping! Unfortunately the shops generally poor-overpriced fake's in Antalya for a few Euro's. Dolmuş Number 105 drives directly for 3 euros to Antalya. Taxi costs 50 euros!

We were in the Nachsesain since (November). Had luck that 3 days vacation days in Turkey were, therefore many guests from Turkey. Food varied and good. After the Feiertragen, everything was reduced and the food repeated. In the, very large main restaurant we were often with a maximum of 20 other alone that was not nice at all. Why nuns not in one of the 6 special restaurants left vetszhen we not-would be for the hotel and the guests much better and it did not so much on food from Biddet have to be destroyed or in the evening/ lunch is found again. Taste has also clearly neglected-so the was bad review

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Mostly German Sprachekenntnisse, English almost all. Excellent room service-2 times daily towels, Reoinigung for the night More is really not. Great!

Class-although we November in the pool not more schwiommen could (simply too klat) but it is worthwhile. Top maintained. Beach very good, fine extra in the area of the hotel laid out white sandy beach in top condition Also service outstanding exactly we by the pool On main pool drive on a Wasserstrße two Sultangondeln - especially evenings great-a little 'kitsch' but... Spa has not at all like (and what our main reason in November for the hotel ☹ Indoor pool as a city. Hallenband, no atmosphere in spa despite massages you have not told us, that one then also a somewhat higher worthy area in the spa use the VIP spa area was closed but also only for suites- guests available-this should be better.

Hotel complex, rooms and altogether very high quality Pool area enormous Rooms at EUROP. Wing are more to our conceptions. We recommend definitely superior room, these are almost 45 meters² and really pure luxury! The deluxe rooms are generally direlt next to the SP rooms and with a connecting door than' family room' available. Also board plus is recommendable- apart from that are the specialties restaurants too expensive and not really necessary. Extra charges for beverages outside the meal times outrageous (gin tonic for example 15 euros a beer 6 euros) with full board plus belong drinks (also regionbaler wine) to... Guest structure, very much Russians, apart from that N Turks and also German. The anatolische wings are too pompous and definitely not what you really need.

Complex is located in the Ortiel kundu/Lara. By Lara about 15 minutes with bus or( 2 euros) or expensive taxi Nsonsten not must purchase lots to see...

The room was brilliant and is luxuriously furnished (large bathroom, everything was marble). For a luxury hotel bräuchte it an adequate tv- device... The downside there is however therefor, that not a single (!) radio channel is, which one free of charge can hear. You can upload albums to a daily rate from 6 euros plus listen... Is great, a fruit basket and in the evening a small water bottle included in the price is.

Also very good and international. The main Courses at the buffet were partly not fresh anymore( for example drained meat simply because too long warmed up). It is best, if one something fresh got (at the grill) or lunch with the Italians eat (was with me included)

There were hardly any guests (international) there: that is always empty, no queues before the buffet, no stressed waiter, almost empty white beach eTC. The staff are always very helpful.

I refer to the spa facilities, as my vacation a wellness vacation should be( for swimming it is end of October not really: 21 degrees in cool wind...) So: for so a brilliant hotel is the spa area actually limited. It is missing somehow the concept behind it. Massages and other Treatments are extremely expensive. I have from the second day my wellness program on the tour operators in Antalya excellent.

A very large, luxurious complex in imperial style. It is the feeling on, in a palace to stay- as long as you have a room in the main building or the anatolischen wing (the EUROP. Wing seemed to me somewhat nüchtener). I was end of October/ Beginning November there. For swimming it was too cold for me, the pool nor colder (not heated), and nobody there ' its tents' aufgeschlug.

Somewhat remotely, outside the hotel complex there is no promenade, options for shopping, bars, restaurants. To get these places to reach take a taxi or a mini bus or just a hired car

We had a room in anatolischem part of the hotel. A gigantic bathroom and the room was simple just beautiful.

The food was amazing. So much choice. Which i particularly beautiful think, that you also on outside food.

The service first class... At beach at the bar and in the restaurant. When we every day to the beach went was the employees and felt the towels, drinks brought. All very friendly and obliging.

The spa and fitness area great

We were unfortunately only for one week in seotenber 2011 in mardan palace and had in anatolischem part our room. The bathroom was brilliant and the room very nice and clean. The food simply gigantic. For breakfast, there is alone a selection of the full is that you probably fed to the beach runs. The beach very nicely laid out and in the whole hotel a very nice, friendly and accommodating staff. The spa area you have to definitely visit... Pure relaxation! The hotel is no hotel, but a palace! So much luxury you should once in a lifetime allow. If you are not in the mardan palace has miss something. We liked it so much and if we to have us in this 1 week so good, that i the first time not to leave, therefore we have this year again 1 week in june booked and we can already not expect more! In june we have a room in the european part booked. We are looking forward, if the exactly nice as the anatolian. We just! Until june:-)

I can only say super nice... Simply great this hotel. 7 stars!
