Unfortunately, we were only 2 days in this hotel the excavations and agua Azul to visit.
We had booked the hotel over mextrotter -a tour operator for Mexico roundtrip.
Stay we completely good:
Very well maintained facilities with clean pool the despite peak season was hardly visited.
Beautiful well-kept garden facility and open lobby with free wi-fi.
The restaurant offered good mexican and international dishes at fair prices at.
The service was friendly and the staff spoke mostly english.
Car park directly at the lobby available.
We have some other hotels in the area visited, but a less well-kept impression ... left. read more

We can some voranggangene reviews absolutely not to stress! All hotels-Yucatantour we all (at least 30 people) this hotel was the best part! The complex is lovely spacious in the jungle ( the rooms are absolutely insects sure, if the guests to behavior!).
the restaurant in fact seems one Canteen on, but of course that is also the tours payable! But there are also comfortable tables outside.
the first dinner was delicious and varied, the second could not keep up. But we found the breakfast very good. You had to for the drinks wait, but so what, you can time ... at the buffet use.
there was everything, fresh A food, sausage, cheese, delicious bread (!), fruit, yogurt and then Mexican breakfast.
we loved it great! read more

nice round trip hotel with a wonderful pool with views of the jungle. Dinner and breakfast okay in terms of taste, but rather average. The drink prices were relatively high for Mexico. Rooms are in good order, however with different equipment. read more

the hotel lies in the jungle, about 5 minutes away from Palenque. It is clean, has 2 beautiful swimming pools with a super view of the nature. The restaurant is a bit uncomfortable (looked like in one cafeteria) otherwise everything is quite comfortable and nicely decorated. For a tour very pleasant, since in the immediate vicinity the excavation. read more

We have during our stay tour a night while staying here. The hotel lies just a few minutes' drive from the archaeological zone Palenque. To get into the city you need a taxi (a couple of miles away). That is why we have in the restaurant ate, the food was good quality and reasonably priced OK, the service left something to be desired. Have we forgotten the bill, the waiter was completely disappeared. Especially for the breakfast (although not a lot was going on) took everything a lot too long. We had about half an hour to get to the ... breakfast scheduled, after one three quarters of an hour, we left-without an omelet they have got.
at the front door to the room is a rubber lip appropriate, so that nothing under the door to the room crawl can. Our room was fairly new, with bright Tiled large bed and mosquito networks to all windows (also in the bathroom). The bathroom was brand new, with walk-in shower and marble. The pool was very relaxing, but no one was there.
in short: Nice hotel, good breakfast if you wanted to early get up and an hour should plan. read more

the rooms ( equipped with hair dryer, TV, unfortunately no safe, electrical outlets us standard), the pool, the hammock outside the door everything was great. Very nice laid out hotel with nice equipped rooms. The bathroom was too very large and clean. Only the service was very inefficient and very long wait up one was discovered in the breakfast five groups, and were with us maybe 3 couples present at the time and we need meeting with our His guide. After 20 minutes wait on a eggs, we have abandoned it and are going on. In the lobby we had ... only the general manager discover, so that we could only order
Apart from these detail, it is very good from in this hotel, if you are a patient person.
especially the location nearby the archaeological area is great. read more
