Big tourist hotel in former palace, later school, then the luxury hotel rebuilt, nearby the isrälisch -palestinian border,
2 modern room-buildings, 1 old schloßartiger zentralbau, in between long corridors and different level to lifts, dining room, ballroom, front desk, bar, lobby. Difficult orientation at the beginning, later problem-free, since usable but room for improvement signs. read more

the hotel lies on the Reservations palästinenesischen, so that the check-point Jerusalem must passsieren, it was however not a problem.
the building in a historic palace is beautiful, the rooms are modern, clean and large. With service and friendliness of the staff we were very satisfiedin the next visit to Jerusalem/Bethlehem we will be back. read more

The hotel is like a 'maze'. The staff was not helping with the search. The carpet was not vacuumed, the sheets were 'kuddelich', the bathroom was ancient, the mirror lights were broken, and the lampshades were partly burnt. The dining room just Okay a third-class one. The service staff was busy with themselves and not for the guests. The dishes were only slowly. For breakfast bread. read more
