Big tourist hotel in former palace, later school, then the luxury hotel rebuilt, nearby the isrälisch -palestinian border, 2 modern room-buildings, 1 old schloßartiger zentralbau, in between long corridors and different level to lifts, dining room, ballroom, front desk, bar, lobby. Difficult orientation at the beginning, later problem-free, since usable but room for improvement signs. read more

Large opulent after american. Standard designed room with king -beds, partly separated, partly as double bed, tv german only with RTL-program and english cnn, mini bar sealed, light tight curtains, ac discreet silent, good heating ( near frosty temperatures at night), but not in all the rooms happy people due to technical defects the room, large bathroom with shower/bathtub, bidet, counters generous, makeupspiegel, hairdryer

Food in buffet form varied, many vegetarian options, The quantities may at potatoes and vegetables not domestic expectations and must nachwürzen, it is constantly refilled, much fish, Kebab, chicken, pasta, rice. Drinks from domestic source : beer and wine around 4 to 5$ Breakfast buffet left except grey/wholemeal bread and, of course, sausages and ham ( not kosher ) nothing to be desired, much cheese, yoghurt, fruits freshly like cooked, very good hot coffee from thermophoren

Very friendly reception staff, in the restaurant as with the clean room service, for the most part. We met english-speaking employees in the hallway, then question the way pointless and will unfortunately than unfriendly.

  • Sport & Entertainment

Large pool areas at this time of the year not usable, the massive fitness room in the basement we didn't use, as our program more than clean

This hotel is an impertinence for each guest

The hotel is like a 'maze'. The staff was not helping with the search. The carpet was not vacuumed, the sheets were 'kuddelich', the bathroom was ancient, the mirror lights were broken, and the lampshades were partly burnt. The dining room just Okay a third-class one. The service staff was busy with themselves and not for the guests. The dishes were only slowly. For breakfast bread. read more
