Great, very clean 4- star hotel, quiet, with best location a small but beautiful, very well maintained beach. Short transfer time to the airport (15 minutes) but still only a few aircraft noise (not disturbing) on the day, free surfing on 4 modern computer'stationen, very courteous service of the entire staff. Very good and extensive food in buffet form. The only weak point : the mattresses are worn too much, that means worn out. read more

Surely no absolute top - star hotel. However therefor not overpriced-and with good quality and good, friendly service.
The kids club is excellent: our 7-year-old son wanted always again for 1-3 hours there, what it for my wife and me very relaxed made. We had also times time for us - without that our small yourself deported felt.
Fuerteventura was for us a stroke of luck: about 4 hours flight, heat in the winter, island not concreted, but largely unspoiled. The hotel has a good standard and we consider seriously, whether we not just coming winter there want to return. read more

The hotel has definitely not 5 star quality; we find but the complex altogether nice and if the location of the room fits, one can recover good. However you must be aware, that the family friendliness and hence, the lots of children, also sometimes disturbing can be. read more

We have ourselves after our 1. stay at this hotel a year before, on our stay very pleased to find and were disappointed. The building was still the same, but the staff is with few exceptions, inefficient and in particular the reception unfriendly. The service slow and the invoices not partly correct. The room 360 nordostlage had unfortunately only a partial ocean view from the balcony, but you in the winter there without the sun did not use. At the badezimmerwänden were old fat-and make-up stains. read more

In the week before Christmas we decided to tank some sun on Fuertaventura. We were very lucky with the weather and had a full week of sun. The hotel is great. We were upgraded to a junior suite and had a connecting room for the 3 kids. The breakfast and evening buffets were very diverse and a lot of nice typical Spanish specialties. The pool is big and centrally located on the hotel terrain. Closeby on a walking distance is a small shopping mall and there a two golf courses on the other side of the street. We chose this hotel chosen as we otherwise always very satisfied with Sheraton were. However this time we were bitterly disappointed! Despite request at the check-in after a quiet rooms we were a room directly above the bar given where so loud music for the 'disco' ran that the 3 floors it could hear. When we at the front desk announced for a different room, we were told it would not be possible. Only when we pointed out habendass we Sheraton members are and we a quiet room asked the assistant manager called. It has had extremely a problem so ... that we a room in another/higher category and we also 1000 times said. It has again and again said the hotel is full! Finally we could agree that we again a room in the main building take, but far away from the bar. read more

We (2 adults and one child and 1 baby) were for 12 days in October in sherateon in a junior suite and had full board. The room is big and beautiful and had a great, large bathroom and a big balcony.
First the points, which us negatively noticeable are: we had room 364 and unfortunately no sun at all, neither in the morning nor in the evening. And there is a unfortunately the big balcony also not further. For the room price ( junior suite) we found, could coffee (3.50 Euro) in the minibar free can offer. OK are ... details, but. We also find, that the staff better have to speak English, you can in a five-star hotel expect. In the pool some tiles broken as some paving therefore around, you could ignore that or not. We found the garden could be maintained and the damentoiletten in the restaurant by the pool were very dirty.
Now to the positive: clear first the beach, the is great with high and low tide and for 9 Euro per day for 1 sun screen and 2 loungers ok. The shallow pool is great with 'spouting' figures. Animation it has, but it didn't bother us if you prefer peace would like to have. Noise from the planes, hotel located fully in the trace aisle at the airport, the noise from the planes is audible, but for us it was more interesting than disturbing. The food has we all tasted and was also quite varied. The loungers were not like in other hotels overly 'reserved' what actually would be prohibited. It has enough chairs!-)
On the whole good, but for us not a five-star hotel, rather a good four star hotel, because it is on the kleinigekeiten were wonderful. read more

We are also 2013 there again, guaranteed! We did a little bit in the complex verguckt. We had the deluxe room with a view of the sea and this is more than enough. The complex was always Maintained. read more

The vacation was the absolute hit, the hotel was great great service cleanliness was written, nevertheless the many families with toddlers's present true, we have barely hear a thing.
Fuerteventura it is a desert island with flora and fauna there wasn't much, one gets this however in the hotel back, very nice green complex.
The hotel lies in the entry lane to the airport, therefore land on the day relatively many planes, this us however not really bother us.
At the beach it is very windy average wind speed 25 kilometer per hour, the tv in the room may be ... renewed also times is not the 5 stars.
This is however complain of a high standard!
Dining outside of the hotel is not really recommendable!
Please note, you should not seaworthy make definitely not A trip to dolphin or waahle to look at very strong swell!
In the bay there salary it is time to quiet water to snorkeling, you can great things see, note at the rocky buchtenden sea urchins are so be careful.
This hotel I can definitely recommendable, simply great is not it to complain about.
However for my taste I need Fuerteventura not again to see, is a bit lonely. read more

The hotel is in a nice location and has a large pool area and a very tasteful garden area, therefore we after a short stay before 2 years again selected. But with a 2-week vacation this time have some small faults shown: the entertainment with 27. August turned off, apparently, because the entertainer the hotel left, therefore, there was no pool-Gymnastics, archery eTC. The cleaning of the rooms was in the first week very good, the 2. were the rooms sometimes first at 15 o'clock cleaned, once not at all, once were missing the towels. The 4 computers with internet ... access were hours of children manned, the loud action games played, you should once a chair, it was in this area ( for young people under the age of 16 years actually was forbidden) usually very loud. I have twice for free in the lobby pointed out. The buffet at breakfast and at dinner asked enough choice, however I would have liked more Spanish and Canarian Specialties! All together we spend a quiet, great vacation, however the flaws in this and other, smaller details. read more

Very nice hotel with pool area and sandy beach at the sea. The rooms are spacious with a balcony
/ terrace to the sea. We are the 4 time here to guest. Half board is our favorite, also board is possible. The food/ buffet is versatile and excellent quality and fresh. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the nice dealing with children really impressed us. The excellent state of the house is not least the always present and courteous director to owe. Wether at the pool or in the restaurant, Mr squire is met and shows its staff and ... guests, as in a great hotel work needs to be done. read more

We really enjoyed it; we are going again over there. The beach was super, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms very big, the food for Spanish standards was excellent. Only the TV in the room was a disaster. read more

The service in the hotel's own restaurant ' Los Arcos' is particularly praiseworthy. By the bank extremely friendly, attentive and helpful staff.
4 pools, all very clean and tidy. Merely the fact that the reserve from loungers tolerated-, although at any sun screen ' loungers reserve banned ' is with aboveaverage occupancy a bit annoying. read more

Honestly, the hotel is great class, big room with minimalism and balcony, everything perfect. The choice of dishes is not very big, as in all inclusive hotels, but I am not negative. The quantity needed, will complain about, in the Sheraton there is a good quality, special food and that's it. Animation is offered but so, that its peace has, if you don't entertainment want. Service has potential of improvement, some adopt too few trouble or has no imagination, speaks only English, that is too few for 5 *. I had 2 times until what moved. The ranges in abstract. read more

Junior suite on the third floor with a view of the sea. Absolute sharpened!
In May is on Fuerte low season, thus hardly guests on the island. In the hotel were predominantly French, German and Russians. Everything but absolutely friendly and 5 * level. Next to the great rooms is also the pool area to praise. Very clean, enough couches and for relaxing really suitable. One big draw back was the dinner. You should than 5 * house in the low season its guests something decent to food. The Max 3 * rather less. For children ( sat at the ... next table) there was only overcooked pasta with a Tomatenpampe. The 'bad' food but the overall impression of the hotel not adversely affect. This visit will probably not our last in this hotel his. In the conversations with other guests we have experienced, very different offers and price for this hotel are offered. So best on a special deals eighth and then with a lot of joy this hotel visit. It will in any case not soon forget. read more

The entrance and spacious lobby made the feeling that you have arrived to a five star hotel. The bell boy brought us glasses of cava while we were making the checkin. After that he escorted us to our room duplex suite #374 which was probably our biggest hotel room so far. Dowstairs was a living and dining room, a toilet and a big balcony. Upstairs was a bedroom with high ceilings, a spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi and an enormous roof terrace with another jacuzzi.
Only one small minus point was that there were many families with small children which ... caused a lot of noise at the pool and in the restaurant. Also the hotel lies under the flight path to Fuerteventura Airport which causes additional noise at the daytime. read more
