We were for an overnight stay in this hotel. Our first room was under the roof and very hot. The cooling was a ageing Fan. This made no sense, since it only the stuffy air umwälzte. After complaint we received a room on the 2nd floor. Also here the same old fan. The equipment in the rooms was ageing. Especially the design of the bathroom was old. Cracks in the meanwhile blunt became Mineralgusswaschbecken were black and very unappealing. The mountings didn't look better. The roof made a unkempt impression. The breakfast was nothing special and on the table we ... found hairs. For the safe park our bicycles was a yard announced, the not available was. At the back exit was a public street. Staff, room, ambience, restaurant good to very good. Of ours and announced bike vacation with own wheels the hotel is poorly prepared. There is no reasonable possibilities to store things away for our own and so that usually more expensive bikes. The hotel Straw is ideal for rail travellers, fall almost from the train station to the hotel, in the middle of town, right at the port Location, with friendly inclusion and beautiful breakfast buffet in a wonderful Hall (Moorish hall).
