Value for money is very good. Location of the hotel is very ideal. Train station or gondola lift in 5 minutes reachable. Versatile breakfast buffet. Beautiful rooms, flat -tv, wi-fi in the whole hotel. This hotel can be recommended. read more

The rooms have a normal size. Half board is unfortunately only moderate. Breakfast is ok but everything even café is self-service. I was with my elderly parents, is relatively difficult. Not accessible for disabled people. In the hotel are rather older guests. No children. read more

    Half board is very poor. Quality is rather bad, very simple menus. Breakfast was ok. But unfortunately without service, little willingness to help. In the evening nobody is at the bar.

    The staff were very reserved and not helpful. Very friendly was the whole wellness team and the massage. The spa is very nice, especially incidently; a dream with hinreissender view in the resting room. For families with kids, the hotel is unsuitable. In the pool must not injected or will be played. It is quiet area.

For the third time in the hotel. Almost no guests to best wintersportzeit. Course Swiss Franc? Had to for a jug of tap water to a bottle of wine for 35 Franc still 5 Franc pay! read more

For us this year the right choice, short way from the train station to the hotel (no noise disturbance) and only approximately 30 meters the männlichenbahn ins winter sports region. Check in ok., unfortunately, but our desire for a different dinner at the front desk only widerwilig received and not at the kitchen forwarded. Top service in the restaurant (Kerstin) and a breakfast buffet, which leaves nothing to be desired. Beautiful spa facilities with a fantastic view over the Gipfelwelt. Check out bumpy, as Bill wrong was issued, but Ronny it has saved. In short: we can this hotel recommend ... and will gladly also next year here again. read more

The hotel has a great location. A top wellness area. But that's about all the great things we can mention about it. Many changements have been done over the years not for better but for worse. Reducing the staff and increase the prices has made all regular clients very unhappy. The Swiss quality does not exist in this hotel anymore. The bar which used to be full is mostly empty; almost nobody orders good wine for dinner as the prices increased sharply. The reception staff is rude, incompetent and hardly speaks any foreign language. The staff in the hotel restaurant ... is nice, but too stressed due to too much work load and very little helping hands. A big disappointment. Having said this we might add excluding personal emotions: The hotel is next to the ski school meeting points. Very close to the ice rink. The rack railway to Kleine Scheidegg leaves in front of the hotel and the funicular to the Ski resort is just behind the hotel. The food is okay; nothing special to mention about it. Therefore, you might still consider the place taking in to account the things said at the beginning. read more

We have our skiing vacation here in the Victoria-Lauberhorn spent. On the day of arrival we were welcomed in a friendly manner. In the winter holiday one has bekanntlicherweise more clothes thereby, counter or possibilities to store in our room were rather small. Also the tv should rather bigger. Front desk was rather unfriendly, rarely welcomed the guests, if at all, unlike the staff in the dining room, who were very friendly and accommodating. Otherwise we are very pleased with this hotel. read more

Nearby to the cable car railway and the jungfrau railway, ideal for a skiing vacation. A great wellness area, great breakfast and great dinner. Gladly anytime again! read more

For me and my wife was the stay very relaxing and very enjoyable. As only fly in the ointment could the floor in the room 418, be faulted. We knew the commit never actually, if it breaks.
