For Singlereisene, not very ambitious, young (Young-remained ) people recommendable. The hotel prices in New York are very high, above all for traveling alone. The hostel is in comparison to uS incredibly expensive, but fürNY a 'bargain'. The hostel rooms are room for 2 people in a bunk bed. They are small but clean and with air-conditioning. ( possibly. Take some ear plugs). The shared bathroom is often deseamed. read more

We felt for this price no luxury accommodator could do expect! But were nevertheless positively surprised.
Our room consisted of two ' single beds'-but king-size beds. Towels were changed and towels were changed. We had a large TV in the room, but if you're in the New York (!) is one spends most of the time anyway outside of the hotel.
The shared bathroom is clean but very 'worn out'.
The employees dirt are very 'cool' -so that you can handle. The guests are primarily under 30 and are certainly not the quietest-) but we were very nicely received ..., you can with other guests easy access to the conversation. There is a kitchen available, in the common room there is free Wi-Fi - even a cash machine in the foyer, one is fast with the metro, there are subways, Starbucks etc. In next proximity!
So you can quite sleep there! read more

This hostel is a good spot to spend there 1-2 nights. Located near metro line, with easy access to downtown New York but far away from city's' noise, you may chose from shared or private accommodation. Check-in quite fast however you need to give deposit for your keys only in cash. They didn't put this information on their site thus. Central heating there is extremely loud. Rooms are typical for a hostel, bathroom could be more clean. Free wifi downstairs. Lots of restaurants near by. read more

For New York an acceptable hostel: We had a room for 2 people, the bed is for European standards but quite small. The rooms and shared bathrooms were always clean, I have a feeling that the bathrooms even cleaned twice a day. The connection was perfect, right by a tube station and a direct connection to the heart of Manhattan. As well as various places in the immediate vicinity and supermarkets (open 24 hours) for the small wishes in between. The staff was friendly and helpful, more I expect a hostel. What I found it a shame: There was no ... closet or just a small counter, for things to store. Something for everyone but was great: we lived out of a suitcase formal and had no Abschließmöglichkeiten, but never lost. Another thing to mention: The noise level was very nice too. Our room faced directly on Broadway, where it never really quiet. Till about 3 hours at night there is general bustling and a lot of traffic and about 6 hours it begins again. I would highly recommend you take ear plugs still to get some sleep. This has been however everywhere in New York and provided you not 300 euro per night, want to pay (finally, there are thousands of nicer possibilities are in the city to spend the money!0 ] ) you have to just adapt! It is an absolutely fantastic place!! read more

The hostel was exactly as expectations. For 25-30, - € per night in a mainly from under-30th bewohntes hostel a clean, safe place just a few minutes by metro from Times Square. Very nice Aufenthaltslounge with sofas, armchairs, several LCD TV (CNN, mostly in the evenings during the day 2-3 movies or DVDs), free WLAN, refrigerators, and microwaves. The staff 24 hours to. Security staff at entrance. positive: 1 ) you met a lot of young people, 2 ) good cleanliness, 3 ) air conditioning in the bedrooms (adjustable), 4 ) Gepäckverwahrung, 5 ) underground (lines 1,2,3) only ... ~ 300 meters away now the negatives: 1 ) in the rooms are only beds, nothing else. No chair, no table, not even a hangers. 2 ) Gepäckverwahrung on the departure day costs $2 extra (verschmerzbar ) 3 ) hostel is quite large, front desk so there was sometimes a bit crowded Conclusion: For a city trip alone or with a few friends is a good place to stay. read more

Our students had each separated, boys and girls, a 6 -bed hotel rooms without wc, you had to use the shared bathroom in the hallway. But there are also single room with bathroom. The lady spoke only Spanish, but with the necessary tipping did you super clean. The hotel is only a short walk away from the metro and 4 blocks from Central Park. We have all in short. Breakfast can be directly across in a bagels-breakfast-shop. Very cheap, rich and tasty. Absolutely recommendable for Ruf youth trips. With children. read more
