The villa Laurinda has suites and rooms, and the difference is, that the suites with a private bathroom. We had the suite 'mangueira' booked. The bathroom with window is big enough and clean, every day be the beds made and the bathroom will cleaned. Towels all 3 days. there is only breakfast, the consists of coffee, juices, Drinking yoghurts, muesli, bread, cheese and sausage, as well as fruit - absolutely sufficient. Eaten will on the terrace, already set tables. For the thirsty in between there is a ' Selbstbedienungskühlschrank '. We were there during the carnival (5 days) over there ..., so that the villa guests from Europe was fully booked. The villa is currently Regina managed. On arrival there was a detailed instruction in the district of Santa Teresa, you are apart from that information about everything about Rio would like to know. An Internet computer is all guests available, Wi-Fi is available, cancels but frequent together. on the safety we have at any time a good feeling had! read more

We had the suite 'mangueira'. Big enough, only the table and the chairs are somewhat unsteady. There is a ceiling fan, no air conditioning. Admittedly, it was a bit warm at night. the staff are exceptionally friendly, Regina speaks fluent English. The cleaning of the rooms was without a complaint, as well as the cleaning, more can one for this hotel category don't expect.

The villa (villalaurinda. C OM) is located in the district of Santa Teresa, so no to the beach. The advantage of that is but in the absolute peace, apart from the nocturnal Hundegebrüll to about 00:00 A. M.-then really peace. In the immediate vicinity there are bars and restaurants. unfortunately there is a tram ('bonds') because of an accident for the next three years, she had Santa Teresa with the Centro connected.
