•room size was very good, but the bathroom rather small •the showers you have to 8. give, that you are not thermostatic control-with us the water pressure from and to, then ran only hot water-very bad, if you have a toddler shower •in the bathroom we have the dirt corners (dust and fuseln) to 2 days even eliminate, stains on the tiles were even after a week available •the food (all-inclusive) was only in the evening varied theme evenings •the cleanliness in the restaurant could have been better, french fries from the night before on the floor are not nice-children ... slides also gladly times on the knees •the friendliness the young ladies (service ) in the restaurant absolutely left a lot to be desired •guest structure was well mixed, during our stay read more

•friendliness was okay – restaurant bad, reception okay, room cleaning also okay •child care: the kids club is located in the side building, what we found rather unpractical were and therefore hardly used. This would in the house been, as we from other families hotels were, we would have the offer gladly often notice. The service itself we found great! Games room in the house for all age groups, we found as rather bad/inconvenient. •handling complaints: during our stay was without notice-the sofa with place for a new replaced. The new smell was after complaints with another deodorizer hidden. We loved it! Unfortunately the hotel nothing for it, is that during our stay the sofa delivered and replaced!?! •morning 8 hours we were greeted by the front desk to schneeberäumung our parked cars assigned, since the entire parking lot from the snow will be freed had. Which not a problem is, but at this time?

•nice hotel on the edge of st. johann centre •a roundabout directly in front of the entrance to the hotel – this meant, that the urban schneeberäumung around 4 a. m. very good to hear was •ski lift, swimming pool, or similar are easy to reach •parking spaces are scarce -4 booked rooms and 3 needed parking, were still not enough spaces available. A reference would have been nice, that for example only a limited number of is available or similar
