All told: clear three stars, no 4! The hotel is outdated, what you see and notices, it should probably and gradually updating.
Positive: discounted rate for the room; breakfast good and rich, but with 10,13 Euro depending on rate expensive very good connections to the public transport, as on the doorstep several trams stop. Very good and cheaper italian, net supermarket, butcher shop and butcher within five minutes, small shopping center in 10 minutes.
Negative hotel has clearly seen ist best years; room clean, but windows totally dirty and versilcht, no mini bar; in the fitness room 7 of ... 10 machines broken, no hantelstangen and no weights anymore; drinks and pizza (from the automat!) Nice hotel, that somewhat remote lies in the east. The hotel shares with the Holiday Inn the building, what light confusion leads. Pleasant and faster check in and check out. Unfortunately the rooms are somewhat sporadic equipped, everything necessary available, but the details as a dessert and above all outlets missing then but. The room was very clean. A mini bar does not exist, for this however in five of the 14 floors' snack ' machine, unfortunately the in the third building however only in two floors.

The hotel is very spacious altogether there were 3 building with 14 floors. We got a room on the first floor, the view was a disaster, as across the street from our window a seminar room from the other building, by every day (even sunday) has been informed and the people the participated, permanently their eyes on our room had put. At the time we had, where we in the room stayed, the curtains! Not straight beautifully, if the room anyway small and dark decor! Other condition of the room was alright except a few 'little things ' like for ... instance gum behind the bedside table. There were no outlets by the bed at least in this room. So during the night cell phone re-charging not next to the bed! The bathroom was relatively new and very bright. On the first day our arrival we were at 9 o'clock in the hotel and were not allowed at 15 o'clock in our room. As we had breakfast, but still no rooms number had, had us the nice gentleman in the dining room not pointed out, that we the breakfast had to pay, even geschockter we were at the exit of the dining room, as the lady at the front desk beach with very stroppy way been pointed out are! Overall 26 Euro for two people! Friendliness zero. At the front desk they told us that no room number the booked breakfast invalid and you have to pay in spite of the we booked with breakfast had! As we ask us what ireland standard time for a service? The dining room was also for 3 huge building way too small, if all at once and there is no more place was were the people spread the one at once to 7 sat at a table! Some were even sent away! Tagungshotel far in the east of the town. Mediocre dinner (included in the price) in a 'cafeteria'.
Renovated room ancient tv, friendly staff and good breakfast in pleasant surroundings.
There is in Berlin many better, discount hotels in a good location. read more

The hotel is 4 star hotel! The rooms are very old-fashioned furnished with a unclean carpet and tubes tv from the 80 with a not functioning remote control! In the room welcome bottle gerolsteiner for 3,50 Euro. The bed frame is from ddr times. The bathroom is ok. There is no mini bar or fridge. The breakfast was good. read more

Very centrally located, there are plenty of parking spaces right on the hotel respectively in direct nearby. There are several bars and restaurants in the hotel. We had a room direct to the street, due to the very well insulated window from the noise from the street nothing received. The size from the bathroom was enough, the size of the room was the standard. For a four-star hotel we have in any case expected more. The room was certainly hundred years old, as well as the tv. The walls, as well as the carpet were dirty and the bathroom also has definitely not glazing.
In a four star hotel you also a mini bar, the not available was.
The breakfast was ok. There was rolls, muesli, 2 types of sausage, 2 sorts of cheese. So only okay! As mentioned for a four-star hotel, I do not often enough write, too few.

If you are looking for a adventure-travel book is here absolutely at the right place.
Since the fall of the berlin wall has not changed. Here you feel right as in the former gdr.
Even if this hotel in Berlin you can getroßt experience as 40 years behind the wall must have been. Back 2 the roots.
The rooms are dirty, smell as if you never aired, and the dokoration crying for fifties.
The bathroom was probably made straight again, but the shower cabin is more than just bad and also here was dirt available.
After a hardly geschlafenen night ... is then a breakfast a, what a youth hostel reminds. 2 sorts of rolls, service incompetent and rude, and the individual sausage, as well as cheese (in each case 2 different to the selection) you should then with the fingers from the plates.
I was horrified and am immediately disappeared.
When checking out I was, of course, asked, whether I satisfied is. I couldn't help laughing and answered only: 'once and never again' and a recommendation I can under the point of view definitely not give.

From a four star hotel no speech can be. Stay in Berlin has us general so well fallen which we didn't want us because of details to complain. The bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned.
Our bathroom was in comparison to other Baths on the Eage inconvenient furnished. The mirrors were not clean at the arrival and were in between not cleaned. Devaluation.
We were 29 meters² promised there was enough space, but there were including bathroom only 24,5 meters². Devaluation.
The breakfast was good but four star hotels am I more variety used.
US was clear before the it ... outside is, so long driveways into the city. No complaint.
The hotel was not fully booked, you should have a room which to the street lies can give. Night had the windows for V. Noise be closed. Ok Berlin is not a village. read more

The hotel than 4 stars advertised but it is not worth it. The mattresses are way too soft and we slept very badly it is also very loud when you tipped window wanted to sleep, as the highway.

For 2a 3 nights, to discover the town, absolutely sufficient! Clean, but rather old fashioned!
To point out are the friendly staff, as well as absolutely great breakfast, what us after the previous reading reviews here, more than surprised! There was missing absolutely nothing! Different egg dishes, various fruit- and vegetables, lots of different bread and rolls and so forth! The used dishes were very quickly and friendly cleared, for us and our 6 months old daughter had the staff always a smile, as well as a dear word!
Furthermore super: the massive free car park, the bike shed, as ... well as the good traffic connections with the tram direction city.
Shortcoming: the (free posted) cribs ( travel cot) had no mattress, we have but unfortunately already more often experienced.

The hotel is surely not the most beautiful, is not very central is however besides that a very good cheap place to stay for a city tour. Booked we had two double rooms, we got two spacious three -bedroom. The cleanliness was okay. , the staff super nice. Breakfast we have re-entered, after we special price of 7,50 Euro offered-plenty of, varied and tasty. read more

Once and never again. When booking we were one of the few renovated room on pictures shown. They are really! Our room had no an airco (12. Stoc K, stickiness 32 °C in Berlin), still bedside lamps, geweige because as bedside tables, the windows were smeared, the TV at least 20-years-old, the breakfast moderate, the inventory in the lobby / breakfast room and room was very worn/worn (not dirty) the distance in the center was at about 35 minutes with the metro and S-Bahn.
