It is a small hotel with a clear number of rooms. The room with a view of the sea promise a spectacular view. The rooms are with a good working air conditioning.

The hotel has little room, what very pleasant is. The rooms are but badly soundproofed and extremely small. Quite tiny. The bathroom is so small, that it can, shelf space are not available. The hand towels are to odor freshly washed, but stains in the various colors. Also the room is barely large, that one around the bed go can. The hygiene is also needed improvement. The vertical surfaces of our doors were in any case very course-made dust, the other shortcomings this I attribute not. What the cleanliness subject, I can my the lady who wrote the previous rating ... disagree. We had already during of the vacation other hotels looked at, the very much clean were. We had breakfast and half board, the breakfast was typical turkish and good, the dinner was nearly great.
In short: tiny noisy room and not very clean, good breakfast and very good dinner read more

We love Aqua Princess Hotel with it´s very friendly personal and a beatiful view over the sea. In the hotel there are a lot of steps an no elevator, we get free exercise :-) which is good, the food on the hotel is very good! read more

Nice family-run hotel at the end of kas with super staff ( very friendly and helpful). In comparison to view of the sea-room last year were our revenues room on the side and the bathroom very small. And even the furniture we give it only stars.
The beds are very narrow. A plus is the free safe and the free wi-fi.
The dinner is always tasty, it gave also 2 times per week fresh fish. But there is only a main course ( near fish alternatively spaghetti), taste international; we could also a turkish specialty desired. read more

Older house, good location, all room with a view of the sea. There however diagonally in the rocks, built, no lift available, from the parking ( there is only the front desk until the first room floor one must already heavily loaded down some meters altitude afford, the first floor with rooms follows after 50 meters, our room was on the highest floor, again about 6 floors high, very arduous. Our room was rather in need of renovation, beaten carpet, older furniture, us very small. We found rd. 30 piece empty bottles of our predecessors, as nenutzte women- hiygienartikel in ... the small bathroom. Complaint was quickly. Beautiful view of the sea, acceptable pool level of the restaurant, respectable breakfast. For our rundreisezwecke itself acceptable hotel ( s. but failed. Lift), tidy beach-which we found everything. iches value for money. For longer beach vacation not really recommendable. read more

Very well run hotel with brilliant food, rooms are tiny but perfect clean. Because you only there to shower and sleep in the room is secondary. I am over 20 years of kas and know almost every hotel. Aqua Princess is in kas one the best in the price comparison. read more

The more shabby condition of the room, the bath and the beach bar the very friendly staff more than made up for it. The view from the room (605) is unique and is the quite small and in need of renovation room forget it. Stairs do not constitute anything, from the sun lounger to my rooms are it 122 stages and there are 2 floors higher.
The service in the restaurant is very friendly and attentive. The quality and variety the meals I found excellent. There is evenings a main course, salad and dessert of the buffet, always lots of ... crunchy fresh fruit.
In the hotel there is free Wi-Fi. read more

The hotel is wonderfully located nice with a view of the port by kas. The rooms are rather small and the hotel is a bit outdated. But everything was perfectly clean. The couch possibilities at the sea are great. I had rarely seen such clean water experienced, schnorchelgeeignet, and very fresh. The food was good, restaurant with very beautiful view. Service as it should be, attentive but not pushy. Compliment!
Can also very much undertake, there are very lots of possibilities. Kas is anyway great. Boredom impossible-).
In short, we were in the 9 days felt completely comfortable. For ... the price really recommendable. read more

A hotel in a good location. The rocky beach and the clean water we found very good. Especially our room ( Nr. 803) had a beautiful big balcony with beautiful view of the sea. The slanted Ceilings of the room however difficult for large people. The staff were very friendly and relaxed, the food was delicious. The beautiful view from the terrace of the restaurant did his remaining. Apart from that is kas a beautiful small place, the especially in the pre-season a very pleasant impression left. There are a lot of comfortable restaurants and bars. Also as a starting ... point for tours in the area well situated. We were on foot, via car, Moped and boat traveling. read more

Great location
The hotel is good, however not so, that one before enthusiasm pass out.
The rooms are small, bathroom small and needs of the renovation.
Loud the slamming of doors at night and early by loudness always good to hear.
Activities in the neighboring rooms are also good factor.
As a basis for excursions suitable the hotel but already. Staff is friendly. read more

Already older hotel, but clean and with friendly staff.
Because of the many steps (up to fourth floor 115 stages) not for disabled recommendable.
Central location with beautiful view of the sea, maximum 10 minutes walk away from port in kas. read more

Vacation to the unhitch. Away from everyday life stress and into the holidays. So we have two really great weeks in Kaš spent. But you should excursions plan, because it is a really great Region, Turkey as will be happy to help you has. There are no: 'come in, buy' without end. Clear one here and there addressed, but if you friendly no thank you says, it was and you can his way or just look. Environmental really great Archeological Sites, nature and also beach. Diving we would have liked to go, the water looked great from, unfortunately we had ... but all a cold, a shame. read more

It was my second stay at the aqua princess. Hotel is not the most up to date and could use some remodeling. Decor is typical of the country, the food with half board but not very varied, but the taste and quality is okay. Other hotels in kas IND but not substantially different or better. Very friendly staff, the price/performance ratio is in order. read more

Great location a bit out of town, therefore very quiet and yet within ten minutes walk from the center of town. Only through a little driven street and you are on the hotel's sea and sea platforms section, beach chairs, umbrellas and pool bar. All with a magnificent view of the coastline great! Simply indescribably great. Room was large enough and everything was very clean. Bathroom (shower/toilet) was a bit small. Room on the sea side with striking views. Rooms are newly painted and partially. newly furnished. Reliable individual air conditioning in the room. tv, but we didn't use it! ... Food was varied and of very good quality, tasty with many Turkish dishes. Great views also from the restaurant (buffet, but also some à la carte). Various excursion possibilities in the area.
We can highly recommend this hotel! Since there was no all inclusive possible, the abuses continue end go hand in hand, mixed international guests, German, Italian, Swedish, Danish, British and also Turks (no Russians).
