Residence Villa Norcenni^{(3 stars)}

Meanwhile hmm, may even properly cleaned or updating ( shower and toilets) but see above. Since we the last two years for a trilo paid, see below, it has me amongst others annoying, that the mattresses, the already last year totally over were (we had the same accommodation as last year), not renewed were. At the closets falling partly the schubladenknöpfe from, the curtains were ( meanwhile) completely filthy, it 'smelled' a bit unpleasant. Simple furnishings, already older and, as mentioned, partly in need of renovation. Closets and storage of children (!) way too small respectively too few ( they are 14 and 6 and there was a trilo for a maximum of 5 people). But I guess, we booked through ecvacanze stop simply too much paid respectively uS clip I... On the other hand we had plenty of space, a large, separate garden in front of the house.

We have either in girasole grill restaurant eaten or, mostly, pizza from sant Andrea in/out privileges ( pizza the take-away snack gives it also, but it was in my eyes to classes worse, rather fast food-moderate). Strange: even same orders differed partly considerably, but we work took. Really more than reasonable and good value for money, but if you a car thereby, one should not miss it, so often goes other restaurants to try out, if you are traveling. In the village there is a huge coop, you should in any case as self provider use, tuesday is otherwise market in figline. We were this year without a car on the two 'markets' on the complex rely on. The quality of the food was for my taste not so appealing and the selection understandably not so large (but you nevertheless more than good pull through).

Everyone strives to please, polite, helpful and cooperative... , except for this one issue ( s.'tipps ') and for me really everything broke this time. Apart from that ( and) again thanks for example for the evening key service, the friendly and efficiently helped, as our daughter the key in the lock was broken. On the information-point I would not hire a car, unless you spoke very good Italian, the nothing else do as the distributor to mediate. As it goes (as the complex back), remains you leave, conditions in Italian! I was too risky. Trips to the village were via shuttle bus or with the trolley possible, easy and cheap. nfahrten to Siena and last year to Rome were super organized, nice and informative, great. Foreign languages skills: except for our smallest we are all talking fluent English, therefore I can say little, how well you only with German get along.

Pools are every year full, for swimmer disappointing, it didn't bother us, you can lots of other make ( slides!)... The eyecatcher-giant slide I think after year and day still great. Animation like most, for me rather superfluous. Children's disco every evening, the children sentence. Child care very hard, but a bit 08/15 with the children ( outward to the parents /' customers' however very friendly), but probably not the time, individually on each child ' wishes. It never attempts made, the children somewhat together to bring. For young people it is still extreme/anonymous, but that didn't matter, you can nevertheless people meet. Just not expect too much, animators speak English and dutch, German rather less. The terrified of course some small children. I was but extremely bother us, that ('down' the' sunflowers') the tv continually ran. My easy-care and outgoing six-year wanted in any case not really back (now already in the 3. Year not, in other holiday area that was different). My husband the fitness studio every day used (and was satisfied), I occasionally, the lady at the registration there is in any case very nice, ' Jorge' (manager?) well. Facilities device not so great and showers was there in the morning (why?) , however the pool and its adjoining showers are right next door. On colder days, however, and is uncomfortable, strange.

We are or were regular guests: since 2003 we almost every year at least 1 times in one of the apartments villa norcenni used (plus for the first time in a mobilhome). We always had at least one bilo for 4 (as we were three people ) respectively meanwhile a trilo for 5a 6 persons. The benefits the hotel and their location we were so thrilled, that we smaller lack of beauty gladly overlooked (condition and decor of the apartments, noise because of the noisy apartments and lines, increasing crush in the peak season, what especially this year too much noise also during the nightly rest periods led). Nevertheless we also this time so well, that we already not only about a return next year believed, but otherwise also have a large family celebration, the there would have take place should.

During my family more on beach vacation is, I love it, of the hotel respectively figline from to Siena, Florence and in other more or less known places there nearby drive (greve!). This is both by train or bus, as well as per car possible (we had the last two times, not for everyone, excursions are but nevertheless in any case possible). By train to flrenze is very simple, but not accidentally into the 1st class -compartment, if the doors are open, one recognizes the differences and must not extra charge are charged. Tickets always stamp, otherwise, in the worst case as a fare dodger.
