From the outside sees the hotel not really great and it is also a huge complex. However from the inside you/out privileges, which is go and it was successful. You had a lot of renovated just in the spa.
There were rather elderly guests.
Inclusive was nothing. No wi-fi (only telekom), no parking (8 Euro per day), city tax 3,5 Euro per day/person. Thus comes something together.
Also the massages and treatments as very expensive designate, therefore declined. read more

I had a room of the category premium plus... Very decorated up to date - almost hotel - spacious... I was extremely comfortable. Wonderful wellness area with steam room, large sauna with glass walls and sauna in the outdoor area. read more

We have never had so friendly and accommodating staff in a german hotel.
The sauna and pool area is outstanding. The half board with food in the frankenstube is very recommendable.
We will come again and recommend the hotel. read more

The large ageing hotel is very centrally located in Bad Kissingen.
The staff at the reception was nice, but it seemed apparently not trained or motivated.
The guests to the room to accompany or information to the hotel drain as spa or meal times and so on known to none.

We had platinum suite 450 probably the nicest and most modern suite in the house but their price of 288 euros per night overnight stay with breakfast not justify such action. The partly suite is spacious, clean and ... stylish, but unfortunately with very simple furniture including kustledersofa, kunstlederbett and kunstlederstühlen and so on fom the standard rooms to be silent completely.
A kettle, tea or coffee machine you are looking for so in vain as free wi-fi.
The zimmersafe was unfortunately without function as the most tv program.
Adjustable air conditioning also not to find (in a four star superior suite)!
Unfortunately no shower in the room only a small bath tub.
Because they had the same 2 orders in the room service failed, we then hungry determined the restaurant frรผhlingsgarten to visit. The restaurant resembles a cafeteria as well as the dishes there are. For people with functioning taste buds an insult and i mean sunday
Very dentures friendly food, since the audience too many between 70 and 85 years ago.
The water in the aqua well area was very pleasant temperature also not overcrowded with guests, unfortunately the floors in the aqua well not exactly hygienic and clean.

Big house with about 500 rooms. Will probably also with overnight stay with breakfast offered, unfortunately, we had booked half board. Two free internet access in the lobby, wireless rf room fee, but for our stay not working. Mostly older guests, about 15% younger couples, single with children.
For a 4 star room, we have just a extra charge of over 100 euros,- for 4 days in the double room paid, plus vat per person. New years eve allowance per person. 62 euros,-. It made you at the new year's eve at 23:00 o'clock from the restaurant ... asked to leave, with the note, a band plays in the foyer. There was unfortunately only place for about a maximum of 100 people, on demand we were in the disco out. Disco for guests over 60 years, great. But even the was crowded and, of course, extremely noisy. read more

We were 2 nights / 3 days in marktbreit to rest and around new recharge your batteries. Have the wellness area gladly used in Bad Kissingen strolled. Spa steps we found it to be very good and absolutely sufficient for a 4 star hotel. The guests in the hotel is 75% older 60 years. In the hotel and in Bad Kissingen are from 10:00 p. m. 'the lights'. As also helps the on-site 'petit rouge bar' and the disco nothing. The restaurants in the hotel we would not visit again-reason: in the franconian restaurant is farm atmosphere, in air ... hangs sauerkrautgeruch, the seating areas are uncomfortable, complete than biergartenqualität insufficient. We have 2 time for the fine restaurant 'rotisserie' decided. Example: beef stock with chanterelle = clear broth with a zerschlagenem egg inclusive = 8 Euro (absolutely overpriced). Evening 2: filetsteak asian = 26 Euro (filet was slightly pink, but dry-not a toprestaurants worthy) supplement, singapurnudeln were not enjoyable-went including a steakteils back.
Jakobosmuscheln without the specified cherry tomatoes, leeks, courgettes. Our complaint remained without consequence. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Reasonably priced-was for us in spite of the high room occupancy in the ' rush hour ' reasonable.
A word on the service: bed was during our breakfast made (8:30 until 9:30 o'clock). But only the bed nothing else.
Conclusion: wellness, stay overnight. If you're looking for good food sets, should a restaurant outside search.
We recommend not further, since we don't know, what our opposite value. We think, that it improves overall package is, we want better. read more

After we before about 2 years were disappointed (and this through a review here at holiday check expressed), we were after we last year another wellnesshotel had visited now but in marktbreit and were this time positively surprised.
All former points, the us had, are no longer available.
The food in both restaurants ( frankenlandstuben and rotisserie ) was very good. It was here that the map apparently again completely revised.
On the first evening we ate in the rotisserie (steak with very well coordinated sauce and side dishes) and the elected french red wine was on the one hand ..., cheap (25 €) and anderersetis of a very good quality.
The orig. Wiener Schnitzel (in faßbutter fried ) on the 2. day in the frankenlandstube was also very good and recommendable.
With our booked platinum panorama suite was also very satisfied (100% clean, as well as bottle of haussekt, fruits and free daily faz to the room inclusive).
Swimming pool and sauna facilities:
Very recommendable. The bathing area with swimming pool and (real!) 32°c water temperature was pleasantly large and nice angled with several massage jets, waterfall, large jacuzzi, and so on laid out. The sauna area is also very big (steam room, finnish sauna, and so on and so on).
Spa:
This area has been completely renovated and extended (as we have learned in the spring of 2012). Everything seems to be very modern, but nevertheless comfortable (modern brown-green color scheme). Optically definitely worth 6 stars.
My wife booked a hot stone massage was very your statement very good (and professional).
A word to the staff:
This seems completely changed to have. The old regular staff, which we still from the last visit two years ago and before seen, is completely way. Even if in the two restaurants we visited the trainees served themselves, was the service and friendliness good!
Our summary:
After the flop less than two year was apparently very much has changed and improved, so that we had our short vacation very enjoyed and this hotel currently definitely again highly recommend. All changes and modernization are so far we have seen complete, so that there also weren't any further disruption is more.

For new year's we were a 3-day trip in Bad Kissingen and booked this star hotel via internet. Ignorant he küchenverhältnisse than half board. Totally overcrowded dining room (cafeteria would be the better term) staff, impossible close, so it was hardly possible to the buffet to get to. The food was there with a cookhouse in the bundeswehr comparable. This has time nothing at all with a restaurant of hotels in this category to do!
We ordered after the first 'abendessen' will be charged the half board from and enjoyed ... henceforth the great and delicious local in the nearby located city center. Thus we could every night with a smile the infinite queues in front of the dining room to pass.
The cleanliness of the rooms, we had on the 5. floor premium plus, was acceptable, the furnishing was on a reasonably modern and clean updated, only the bathroom and the bath/showering tub would be for older people certainly the barrier which has! Mini bar was empty and broken, but it was finally time for new year's eve, there was the sparkling wine also on the balcony cold!
The spa area was very nice and, in fact also clean. Our room type was even a bathrobe including. Ask you, why it in this hotel categorie is not compulsory, that you in all rooms get?!
The average age was rather in the area 60 years, but i this hotel a family with small children not entrust me!
For breakfast it was similar to during dinner. Always crowded, hardly any space at the tables and where which was, was long not cleared. The staff is although it is very eager and polite but constantly understaffed. No way! The buffets were often emptied, but you could at least its place select itself, where one was.
Conclusion:
At least for new year's you can this hotel nobody further-recommend! read more

There was always in the way and so surprised the right huge construction at least inside with a few nice ideas. However, all very much interlocked before, what i in the orientation really difficulties. As i arrived i was a single traveller but often alone under foreign cards. But all in all a although huge but modern hotel with good standard. Which structurally not so great is just ... the general friendliness of the staff again offset. read more

Huge hotel with 500 rooms and 835 beds, continuously updated. Dining room with appropriate noise level. Meeting rooms pleasant, however only on winding paths reachable. In my opinion too few and small lifts, therefore only limited barrier-free. Stairs from front desk to the restaurants and to the rooms in the basement, bell boys are helpful, very nice staff in all areas, partly something overburdened or still in training.
The rooms in the basement ( are the basic -room) are large and very well-appointed but really dark.
The underground car park needs getting used to ( ramps) and often occupied. Little ... free parking spaces in the area. read more

My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised by the beautiful spa and aqua wellbereich. Everything bright and friendly.
The employees are all very nice and helpful. I had concerns, because of the size of the hotel. The guests got lost and the aqua wellbereich it was very calm and pleasant. The dining room 'frรผhlingsgarten'
Is very modern and brightly furnished, the staff also very friendly. There are many nice trainees in the service area and in the food issue. read more

The superior rooms are old. The wardrobe inside is the old, outside new design, the bathroom is we could have stayed longer, but the tv flat. The pictures are crooked, it feels a little like wanted and not accomplished. Many areas in the hotel very nicely updated, the spa area like always very clean. It may a few there were water stations more, in the ladies' sauna there is unfortunately no. Breakfast in frรผhlingsgarten could have been better organized, empty plates, lack of glasses etc. Only on repeated requests refilled. The building is from the outside ageing. Inside one sees however, that constantly renovated. The room was great and pleasantly large. The bathroom is vollraumgefliest with white tiles - not very appealing.
All sport/spa possibilities but top modern and create a real oasis of wellbeing. The wellness-and sauna area is better than most swimming pools.
The food is high quality and delicious. The service very accommodating.
You had to be on a certain cases set (straight at the front desk) and the prices at the hotel bars are exaggerated.
Parking is- at the weekend - a lot cheaper in the ... nearby located theater-parking garage (5 Euro for friday evening until sunday lunch).
You is 3 minutes away on foot in the really pleasant and varied pedestrian precinct.
But we would definitely come again. read more

Great hotel, friendly staff, everything was clean.
A few minutes walk to the beautiful city center. However is the smoking area directly in front of the hotel, which is very noisy, as the alley a superakkustik has. And people have no consideration for other transportation. The breakfast buffet is varied, but it is reminiscent of a mass processing.
