Front desk was rather unfriendly, maybe it was because, we spontaneously online for 1 night booked. Further and many staircases you get finally to the lift. Breakfast was not especially, I expected more. For more younger people are not so suitable read more

Short break to the osterfeiertagen enjoyed! We were in the Adriatic II (room ' standard) accommodated, however with all the amenities of whole area. ( last-Minute ) very good value for money. Very clean, exceptionally friendly-competent -helpful-accommodating staff! read more

Good middle class hotel with excellent service, very clean, only you bathrooms are small. The buffet was always well stocked, there was something for every taste the food could do with a bit more spice. You should only book a room with an ocean view, with single room to the land side you only saw a rather drab backyard and the whole night the noise of the highway. The staff at the front desk was extremely polite and efficient response to requests and complaints, a room change was no problem. I would stay here again in this hotel. read more

Already the first impression the front desk is reminiscent of a Bahnhofsabfertigung. The rooms are on the small side, the bathroom, the toilet is not suitable for 2 people. In the spa area looked thrown, this was not at all inviting. But the dining hall as well as the food dropped the cake. The food was inedible, in the dining room, it was so noisy and crowded. On the second day we did not really needed more breakfast and dinner. This hotel is probably the worst choice for a holiday in the otherwise wonderful opatija's. read more

The hotel is nothing to do the description on its homepage: 1 The hotel staff is anything but friendly!!! 2 The 4 -star double room was tiny, no double bed available, but only twin beds pushed together. 3 In the bathroom, in which not more than one person, regular Überflutungs scenario, because at the showers under the shower screen the half water flowing through. 4 The food was absolutely unenjoyable. not only the buffet dinner and this included the breakfast. (We are then despite half board outside the hotel for dinner. ) The abandoned tables were long or without requesting ... it did not cleaned, so you always had to sit at a dirty table and then a waitress nachzulaufen to make fresh covered! 5 The "free admission" the private beach is a pure farce, as it was something like a gym pass did not exist. The beach chairs and umbrellas are also available for guests' to pay before, which was not discussed. Moreover, the beach was not that shown on the hotel's website, but only a concrete slab, on the cheap plastic chairs don't narrow could be running together! read more

    room where it smelled hospital. I was bad. Totally outdated. The only thing to say is that the bathroom (although older) was nice and clean.

    We arrived after a day from, and before leaving with the buffet breakfast at the strengths. But it was totally unenjoyable!! Coffee horrible, and it was not refilled. The guests so what zumutet is unheard of.

    The staff (apart from the concierge) are consistently rude. If you are not careful you will also with currency exchange to be ripped off! We felt like intruders. Very unfriendly, unappealing and totally demotivated hosts who couldn't entertain staff.

There is a 3 star and a four star hotel. Half board for all the same. Rooms at the 3 * a little smaller, and older in a state. Pool is outdoor pool in 8. Floor, the hotel beach (rock plateau, beach chairs for a fee) accessible through stairs. Negative: ACUTE Parkplatzmangel throughout the place needs a generous buffet could be placed more variety. The hotel is showing from the outside wasn't very well kept, because the windows cloudy and worn. The staff is unfriendly. We didn't feel very welcome. The rooms are in the star complex big enough. Unfortunately bed and bath hair. The fridge and side table were sticky. The TV was full spritzers. It's also in smelled musty. The worst however was the restaurant. We are not spoilt or fussy, but such a bad food (buffet) we had never experienced before. We went elsewhere for dinner and have very good restaurants. I like to give information: If interested, please let us ... know. The breakfast was already 5 minutes to 10 cleared. There were a literally the plates nose ripped off and the more than unfriendly staff was a feel unwelcome. Bedding requests there was of course NOT!! We would stay at this hotel again. We still have far nicer hotel looked at and we already asked where the next time we go back. Nevertheless, we made the best of it and enjoyed our short break with a zugedrückten eyes. read more

Rude staff, only nice to the own countrymen, very bad un-defined food, no trace of culinary kitchen! Without prior notification as annoyed and served a la carte, 1h later on request, as are more important VIP guests! Check in from Zagreb about 2.5 hours for a a Bulli-transfer, after that you're looking for a real bus to Opatja about 30 minutes! Return journey: carry the bags uphill 109 steps to the bus stop, also in Rijeka unfriendly or no information about the real bus to the airport! I even sit 3h in the wrong bus only through my plane ... and could get a taxi! No entertainment in the hotel except the casino in the hotel! Wellness area much too loud no real quiet zone! read more

From the outside the hotel is truly no a decoration, plenty of concrete. The rooms are 4 star but spotless, spa in the 8. Floor with great view I enjoyed that. The quality of the food was rather poor, typical mass processing. Breakfast was good. We liked the most the Tourist Trail (Lungomare) to Lovran with the magnificent trees and views and the many freely available no bathing bays (rocks). read more
