    It was dirty, the room was cold and smelled. The furniture was shabby, beds & blankets looked as if they were from the 1970's at least. The sink was cracked, curtains and bathroom shower had mildew. No effort has been made to upgrade the facilities.

    The service was unhelpful, breakfast very poor, no assistance, we had to ask at the reception for a second cup of coffee. I was annoyed that I had been debited on my credit card $24.00 after having paid the bill in cash. On my email I didn’t even get an answer.

The room was nicely decorated with a bigger glass-fronted to the rear. Not very big, but clean. The bathroom with shower was average (small nor large) breakfast very limited (toast, jams, cereals, coffee). But relatively centrally located on a small hill - 5 minutes to the city center. Good starting point for all your activities in Queenstown such as. Rafting, skyline Godola, stroll through town, restaurants or cruises on the lake - all within easy walking distance from the hotel. read more
