The Iberotel samaya is with the Sol y Mar medina the smallest hotel in the bay from Coraya. It is a TUI hotel, whereby here mainly german guests holidays. In march there were all age groups represented. It is very many families with children there. The hotel is overall very tidy and clean. There are about 20 double rooms is often written off, which the other guests to a larger family rooms can enjoy ☺ Small point of criticism is the wifi, which very expensive is. 30 minutes from the 3 days are valid cost 3,50 Euro, 1 hour ... 6 €and a 2 day completely access 11 €. read more

    The samaya consists of 2 building complexes with rooms. The choice the room there is actually no bad as all either sea view or pool view. Only the first rooms with ocean view have very much desert before, since the neighbor hotel reef restaurant in some 100 meters with. The rooms are big enough and if you like already mentioned above a family room get just right ☺ It is very clean and cleaned daily - including figures ☺ The bathroom we found it great, there was a bathtub and a large walk in shower replaced was. One gets daily at least 1 litre of drinking water to the room which is free and to clean your teeth or tea can be used. Every room has its own water digester and jostenlosen coffee and tea. Only the mini bar is not included in the price - the prices were but also here fair.

    Samaya there is a restaurant with buffet. Per stay you can even free of charge in Lamaya food. There, there are however the same food which we preferred in the own small restaurant we could have stayed longer. The selection of dishes were always big enough and of good quality. Every evening there was another theme nights and it was often european cooked. Furthermore, there was always a small oriental corner with nationaltypical courts. Could in our opinion a bit bigger. Every day there was some fresh from the charcoal grill, as well as inside the grill. The employees were not importunately tips and have a also without always served. Partly we had the feeling it was unpleasant somewhat to take.

    The service was over the whole week perfect. The waiters and all the other employees were always in a good mood and always cooperative. Nearly all employees speak sufficient german or english. With arrival at the hotel is everything and you can sit out in the first instance the lobby bar where you can get a cocktail. After delivery of the key and presentation of the hotel you get to the room run. The luggages will selbstversänclich passed. Shortly thereafter, our roomboy presented and asked, if we needed anything or have any problems. Food is always served quickly and the table-ware is cleared faster than a sometimes right was ☺ Small extra wishes were always fulfilled.

    The samaya features 3 pools. A main pool, a smaller pool and the children's swimming pool. The swimming pool is big enough and we have also without reservation always find a free deck chair. At the main pool found daily entertainment which it tested loud music there was, but we didn't bother us.     The samaya is located in Coraya-bay front at the sea. It has a small private beach section. It is however not allowed into the sea to go ( protect the riffes) Access to the sea there are over the jetty which about 250 meters enterfernung is. On the main sea front for all of the hotels there was also a normal sandy access to the sea. No shoes needed. The hotels the bay could be reached from the airport within 10 minutes we found than perfect have. Despite being close to the airport is however no aircraft noise noticeable. Samaya has a small souvenir shop. Otherwise have all other hotel with several small shops where you get the most important things. Outside the complex there are still 3-5 shops, as well as a supermarket. But there is all rather expensive. After port ghalib where many other shops and bars are, it is approximately 10 minutes by cab. (round about 20 €) Marsa Alam and quel sir are about 70 kilometers away. After quel sir there is daily a hotel shuttle bus. Night life is almost not available. In the Lamaya there was a small disco however only 2 times per week was open. (di-sa)

Very neat small hotel with short ways to the main building and the beach (unfortunately no access for swimming). Next possibility in about 150 meters above a jetty. We had a family room the very spacious was. The dark furniture in the corridor and bad lighting (energy saving) was not ideal. The bathroom is large and well equipped with hair dryer and make-up mirror. The entrance to the shower is almost ground level possible. I missed only a towel rack at the wash basin. The rooms and the complex are very clean. read more

    Mini bar available, however not free of charge. Kettle for tea and coffee is available (powder and tea bags available free of charge). There are daily two large bottles of water free of charge in the room provided. The room has an airco, that we however not needed.

    The beach was for us alright. We have now and the reviewer participated. Other activities during the day we didn't use. Improvement in our opinion the evening entertainment. Here would be a tanzmusikabend without tiring loud music highly recommended. The evening entertainment, also in the neighboring hotel can be visited, is mostly by the hosts. Perhaps you should stay here on external groups set. Maybe this is different during the main season.

    Great short transfer of about 10 minutes to the hotel. For the hotel there is a small shoppingzeile. In the neighboring hotel was a disco, the however only on two evenings opened was wonderful and this only from 11:30 p. m..

Very clean and neat hotel. Room extremely clean, spacious. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. For tips there was a box for tips, which is distributed fairly. Here the guest is king! We were already in some hotels, this was better than anything all! read more

We are definitely coming again, because in this house true not only the value for money, but also the atmosphere. We have rearly seen such helpful and friendly staff throughout the period met. From the gardener to the manager we were given always a smile and kind words. Especially is to be pointed out, that it with us in of the family a strong essensallergie returns. This was brought us daily very competently helped (thanks chief Ahmed). We have rarely seen a club to be able to know, by all present children so relaxed and relaxed are-also thanks to the ... children's entertainment. Here you feel as a guest just very welcome. Small informally run hotel with about 150 rooms. We lived in a very nice family rooms with fantastic views of the sea. The bathroom had a large shower with a glass division. The room was by our room boy Mohamed daily thoroughly cleaned. He conjured up every day from towels beautiful figures such as for example swan, peacock and so on. Again thank you very much!     The hotel lay directly at the beach, access to the snorkel over a footbridge, the circa 300 meters away. If you a few 100 metres further, you can directly into the shallow sea. Shopping, excursions we didn't use it. The hotel is 5 kilometer from Marsa Alam Airport away, the transfer time is only 10 minutes. In port ghalib about 7 kilometer away from hotel there is a hospital, where my sadly husband 4 days has.

Good and very well maintained, smaller area. Only 10 minutes transfer time to the airport. Use the hotel also in case of late departure. Food was alright, often but little seasoned and without whistle, there are a terrace, on the food can. Staff friendly and (!) Attentive. Television without ARD, so no sport watch on saturday. Internet access can be bought (6 Euro per hour, 2 days for 12 €), but work skype not (unless you build a vpn for example the company /Fritz. Box on)! I was but also mainly there for diving: base is 200 metres of the ... hotel (Coraya Divers). Very good with lots of different tauchangeboten. I personally love the nearby riff! From the pier to jump in and you had (almost) everything, what one wanted: moray eels, turtles, barracudas, tuna, lionfish, anemonenfische, snails and so on the coast further tauschgelegenheiten with 5-15 minutes transfer by speedboat. read more

At the check-in we were just welcomed in a friendly manner with welcome drink. The complete staff is very friendly and helpful and the happiness of the guests. The room is large and very clean. The restaurant in the hotel asked a variety of different dishes and also tasted always very good. For the free time there are enough planning possibilities for example tennis courts, fitness room, very wonderful pool, diving, every night another animation. Very well maintained, small, quiet area with mostly german guests. The staff is definitely friendly and tried hard. Rooms are very spacious, not very modern, but clean. Mini bar too expensive. The hotel's own beach is very small and for swimming locked because of the corals. However is in the immediate vicinity a jetty and a langezogene bay, in which you also in water. The reef is beautiful. Very good connections to the airport from Marsa Alam, only ten minutes and still no hear the aircraft noise. The dining room is small and very nice. The variety of dishes and ... taste leaves much to be desired, mostly very bland and meat and fish were too dry, the cocktails are mostly inedible. Our summary: price-performance ratio was okay, for peace and relaxation seeking perfect. Two weeks would be us too long %blank%. read more

The hotel complex is wonderful to relax and get some rest. The staff read the guests each desire from the eyes, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Again and again they asked us, if everything for satisfaction of the guest. Thereby the range from the waiter on the chefs up to the management. Different boys try, at the beach to make their business, but everything discreet and unobtrusive. In comparison to my previous stays i have a few small, but effective improvements notice. This suggests, that the current general manager really concern for the well-being of the guests power ... and suggestions seriously. Concerning the food, there was no points of criticism. It was diverse, tasted very good and was apetizingly arranged. I had a wonderful and quiet room, the facilities and cleanliness left no wishes unfulfilled. All together a wonderful, although short vacation. Please do not let you from the political location deter - in Marsa Alam shows absolutely nothing of which. read more

All in all it was a very nice, relaxing vacation in a small and very clean area. The hotel is in terms of size we felt that ideal and all of the staff are very friendly and courteous. Also the food was good and above all also bearable. We will come back for sure. A few small things there are but nevertheless: The rooms are but already a bit shabby and this impression, dirty curtains, worn shower attachments and squeaky doors, the hardly close even worse. So it was in our room 3220. Here one could certainly improve. The cleaning ... staff but the best of it, those can to nothing for it. The rooms are really clean. It is also the bring a flashlight for the clothes in the closet to find as the light outside is under all cannon ☺ Within the complex and above all to the pools are already many tiles cracked and broken which there is a significant risk of injury at the barfußlaufens entails. But other with wet feet is anyway not recommendable, the tiles are very slippery. Otherwise the hotel is very neat and as already mentioned above also very clean. Of the four hotels in the bay it is the ' windreichste ', the other grounds are somewhat better protected but also again much bigger. So, a little criticism had to be. The Iberotel samaya is a small family-run hotel, in the all wishes a holiday will be met. It is above a small protected (Coraya) bay, in which one in the winter (in the wind) the beautiful and intact underwater world can see. Everything is very well maintained and the service is excellent, above all, the attention to detail. We liked this size of the hotel better than the neighboring Lamaya (2007) please, no mass processing, but much more personal. read more

    We had a large family room with a view of the sea. There was a tv (5 german. Channels ), a mini bar and a big enough closet with safe (inclusive). The bathroom was nice, modern tiled and the shower was new. On of the terrace there was a clothes rack.

    In the hotel there was a main restaurant, with a terrace and a pool restaurant. There was also a bar, as well as in of the lobby. The food in all restaurants was very good. At night there were theme evenings, whereas it always a children's corner and a oriental corner. Also here one was spoiled. Mohamed came every evening with a small delicacy rum and you just couldn't resist. Neither the food nor its charm. :-) 1 once per stay you can in the Lamaya free food, with drinks by prior arrangement. But it was also the main restaurant is the same theme nights and the same food.

The hotel Iberotel samaya belongs to 2 other hotels the TUI group and is located in the beautiful Coraya Bay. The hotel has about 200 rooms. Our double room was very large, best condition and the cleanliness in the room was because of the very good room service super. We had booked all inclusive and we can absolutely recommend.     We had a room with a sea view in the 1st floor, very big with two units (with 2 beds) before the actual parents' room. Every day a 1.5 liter bottle of water, a small tray (no no iPad! ) ,but a tray with tea, coffee and a kettle this was every day refilled. The bathroom, shower separated with glass wall, was brand new and with warm water, or water had we at all No problems. Hair dryer available, of course, as well as the free safe. The beds were for us very good, because these were hard and we had a place without limits, grin. Television with some german programs, but we didn't need it, because we had a etisalat sim card in the tray and were so always on the newest in the world new gave. The Iberotel samaya is a very good and modern hotel. Stay samaya was amazing. We had a double room booked and got a family room with a direct view of the sea! Fantastic to wake up in the morning and right on the red sea view. It was afterwards known, that it often occurs, a upgrade gets, since many double rooms are available and family rooms available. Simply top! The sea was great! The nearby riff outstanding. To dive and for snorkelling ideal and after 14 days not boring, as you from the bay rausschnorcheln can.     Available asked a family room, we had booked a double room. Evaluated following so the family rooms. In comparison to other egyptian hotels the room in the Iberotel samaya below average. We were there for the 2. time. As well as for the first time there were no complaints. The hotel is very well-kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially to children.     The rooms are family rooms. Also we as a couple had one. Therefore, capacity without limits. But also with children it was totally alright. The nursery is a passage room with two beds. In their parents' room is a tv, the ARD, ZDF, RTL and RTL II receives. The mini bar is expensive.

    The drive from Hurghada to Marsa Alam took by bus again 2 hours and 40 minutes. A bottle of water received each as marching rations. Was important. The hotel is quite far away from the rain life. In the more immediate vicinity were only hotels and a few shops, which are quite expensive. The pharmacy is worse sorts as in Hurghada. On long trips we took due to the warning of the foreign affairs office not part. A shame, because the valley of the kings could we gladly seen. Otherwise it was totally quiet.
