Contrary to other, the staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all a beautiful vacation. What we find not good, when i in a golfhotel am, that you not even a reduction on the green fee gets. Bewertung lesen

Our overall 3. stay at the Steigenberger. The manageable size of the hotel was a very pleasant atmosphere in the dining hall as well as in all other public areas. The condition and the daily service of the room corresponded fully the expectations of the hotel. At our time the all-inclusive services in the area of the drinks we thought were fair. I have long time to decide, what i write. I will now turn my attention to this Way mr Maier and his staff on the warmest thanks. My Husband and i were not for the first time in the Steigenberger and always had great golftage, therefore also our trip in october. Unfortunately, my husband in this holiday deceased. The Efforts and competence in this house were unique. I was the secretary the whole day festellt and this has all formalities taken care of. Already after 1 week was the leichnamm transferred. A sensational performance, particularly the german consulate, mitteilete a ... release usually takes about 3 weeks. Unfortunately i had also still 2 days with this in Egypt the honour, one must not have. Now you are in a foreign country and should accept. But otherwise i would this hotel recommend it to anyone. The double room, the i as a single got, exceeded my expectations in size and comfort. The terrace from the rooms with view of the lagoon and the golf course were very quiet and relaxing. The room service worked well and the cleaning of bath and room was very thoroughly done. The services with all-inclusive i the first times in use. Since my holiday mainly in the entire hotel area and wanted to relax, was the hindsight exactly the right decision. So i could also at lunchtime a delicious meal at the pool bar and order wine, beer or coffee. ...     See above! The hotel was from the service so good, that i have my next holiday in january 2014 as a single booked. Tip: in the morning at sunrise a hour cozy swimming before the breakfast is great!

    Everything was after my wishes and suggestions in progress. A form of aufdinglichkeit in relation to offers such as massage, facials, etc. I didn't experienced. I politely on the offers at the pool said. Some services, such as the massage, i have stayed in and was very pleased, as i just arranged, as i massage to have would like. It is important, also here feedback to give, then the staff it. There is no problem, just to say no! I have stayed in all areas very much friendliness and courtesy experienced.     The distance to the beach was no problem with the shuttle taken care of. At the beach you could very good suns, windschütztende walls have helped.     The room cleaning was limited only on the bare essentials. The guest is stained sheets. No change of sheets in 14 days. Empty shampoo and duschgelbehältnisse remain in the shower are (despite tips). Dirty floor in the room.

    The quality of the meals in the hotel is good. Who however no friend of schafsfleisch and so on. Is, also has no firm filled buffet. The advertised dine around weren't allowed per person only 3 times during the entire stay Unclean carelessly layd tables and unfriendly staff were in the restaurant at the agenda (without daily tip you will not respected). Constantly wrong issued invoices, had of the guests only corrected, and then be signed (invoices are with all inclusive guests with 0 - amounts issued). With us, the universe inclusive extent during our stay the alcoholic cocktails reduced. The had then to be paid. Dinner was no dress code required. Here one could even people in swimming trunks with shirt watch. Only on the last day of our stay, there were a bit more european guests in the hotel. Now the guests were from the staff in a necessary dress code addressed. The food at the beach is more than poor. All-inclusive guests only with burgers and other moderate meals from another hotel self catering. The drinks are here only water, coke drinks and a few fruit juices in all inclusive. Who something different, must pay for it.

R. since 4 years sold at orascom and this means: the on the name and reputation of the Steigenberger hotels match expectations of a 5 star hotel were not met Steigenberger is not Steigenberger! Because of the current situation almost no europeans more journeys, the hotel is with egyptian tourists. The modified the hotelatmossphäre sustainable, as predetermined rules concerning behaviour such as dress code and forced as well as the stay spaces of the many children not enforced. The infrastructure is in umgebungsbereich ... and on the beach enough maintained. So broken gartenlampen not replaced, with bird droppings dirty sidewalks not cleaned and the padding of the beach chairs were in majority torn and dirty. The service, in the service area, particularly with regard to female persons, the alone, to be desired. Good is the meal with a rich buffet.     The location is very nice and the golf course of the golf club El Gouna embossed lagoon surrounding area is also very impressive. The way to the Downtown El Gouna is short and well to foot feasiblly. The way to the beach by the sea, with shuttle transport to ensure. We were now in august in the Steigenberger golf resort El Gouna. At first glance the hotel made a good impression, but if you in more detail, there are a lot of places, where it hooks. We had our 17 year old son and for him the full price paid. Different than on the pictures from the hotel one gets however no room in the 2 large beds is possible, but only a double bed and for the 3. person there is only one setting bed, that quite is past its best. Nice is the huge shower and the really ... large balcony in the form of a kind terrace, with a direct view of the salt water lagoon. Great is the architecture of the house, it is in the hallways no windows, so the wonderful wind through the entire building was, which at the temperatures is really pleasant. It is also the friendliness of the staff, however, it is almost imperative, at least something to speak english, then one comes best way. The toilet at the pool left however much to be desired, would have to be urgently reconditioned and smells quite, as well as the jacuzzi. There was every morning fresh water above, but it is too small for so many people and started after a short time to smell. One should avoid. What was very inconvenient, is the beach. One is in few minutes with the shuttle bus drove in front of us, that is ok. Unfortunately the beach is not flat, but simply flat, that meant, the water is a about to wade and the approximately 500 meters far. Afterwards a circa 10 meters wide stony reef, not crossing and then the open sea. So for families with small children and to the kitesurfen really ideal, but for swimming totally unsuitable. You also get to the alleged beach bar, which belonged to the hotel, only pisswarme drinks and food wrinkles. In the hotel plant gives it directly at the pool a small cottage with air conditioning, where 3 beautiful recliner and the owner and her 2 helpers to favourable prices professional and at a good price a professional massage. Beware! Prices are negotiation, although their catalog first fixed prices is possible. So applies to azza, then everything is good. The golf course looks professional, i can but unfortunately no judgment, since we don't golf were. There is definitely still a real spa, with sauna and steam room (but was broken, at the time, when we were there). The prices are somewhat higher, but it looked good, as far as i judge from the outside could. There there is also a restaurant, where you for a dinner to book can, although the not to the all-inclusive deal, which means if you want to eat there, we must pay. The hotel was probably due to the unrest in the country only to a third room, which was nice, since it was not so full, however the disadvantage, that the 2. the pool, where there was a bar, the bar had been open and the restaurant, which i have just mentioned, had been open. On request we were told, that it closed for renovation could have been, but we suspect, that simply too few guests were there and therefore open to expensive would be. Especially positive is someone to be highlighted, the all the excursions organised for us and with much fun and humour. So if it no desire have, you in everything even to take care of it, then to the man with the rasterlocken, the most anywhere at the pool or so rumtreibt. He sees just about everything and you get a snorkel tour, diving, quad biking and so on at a really good price. He knows god and the world, and it must not be paid extra (you can but of course, as it is very badly).     The staff was nearly all very friendly and courteous, however, to complaints or not only very slow, or only after repeated requests. The fruit basket, the one at the tour operator promised, was not there, and was also not more delivered on request and after we with other guests had seen, that of two oranges and nothing else is, we could also pass. What was very bad, is the slowness of the staff at the lagoona terrace bar. There you can eat lunch, which i however in need of warn against any promotion, if you're not 30 minutes on a few chips want to wait. We were only there for 2 times and each time it was terriblly tasted. The room cleaning was neat and the men were very nice.

Especially positive is someone to be highlighted, the all the excursions organised for us and with much fun and humour. So if it no desire have, you in everything even to take care of it, then to the man with the rasterlocken, the most anywhere at the pool or so rumtreibt. He sees just about everything and you get a snorkel tour, diving, quad biking and so on at a really good price. He knows god and the world, and it must not be paid extra (you can but of course, as it is very badly). So overall i would say, the hotel was ok, but if you on luxury stands and really 5 star level expected, then you are not right.

Had a wonderful and very relaxing holiday. If you want to 'party' is, this is not well cared for. Pure relaxation! Rooms are a little 'old-fashioned' furnished, but clean (not lapped but ok.) And large. Balcony in terms of size as a terrace ☺. But you need not.! Staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly and anxious. Small error you see as gladly away. Beach is not with few steps to reach and not appealing. Clean, but the rooms are not 'Steigenberger-niveau'. Stayed there 1 times for full 2 hours. Water top. Loungers way too far away from ... the water, by very many windsurfers are. I was afraid to get into the water. Since i do not have the bunch of surfed wanted to be. Recommended: the beach at the Hotel Marina (great. I prefer for the beach chairs). Easy with the tuk-tuk for about 0,80 Euro go there and enjoy. Laguna landscape with the hotel but lovely! I really liked it. Food was delicious and varied. The best part was the nice atmosphere on the patio the food. No loud noise like in other all-inclusive hotels. You could very comfortable dinner. But 10 stars. Conclusion: if again el-gouna, then i try the next time the Sheraton, the correctly on the sea. Bewertung lesen

A beautiful stay at this hotel, but unfortunately some shortcomings this hotel. It is a house, which a few years old, accordingly, are the amenities and air conditioning in public areas. We were for the 4. time in a star hotel in Egypt. Our expectations to this star hotel were not quite met. We had a room with a pool view and all-inclusive. We got a room with lagoon view. What a stroke of luck was. At the beginning of our holiday the tourists were multicolored mixed. German, austrian, swiss, french, russian, italian, belgian, british, egyptian, and so on. - a great mix. The hotel was perhaps 50% occupied. The last 4 days were the absolute dive. The hotel was of egyptians flooded. Obviously at this time holidays in Egypt. The ... hotel was fully booked. It was very loud (also in the middle of the night children in the hallways played).     The rooms are nice and conveniently furnished -2 beds, closet, safe, telephone, tv, kettle, minibar, hair dryer, air conditioning, armchair, desk and chair. However, the cleanliness left to be desired. The mini bar was on the way there empty only on the 2. day filled. The beds are great. They were the highlight about this hotel. The hand towels were sometimes good, sometimes they had stains.

    The food was to anfach really good and the selection was great. Up to the day when the egyptians had arrived at the hotel. From this day on the buffet a battlefield. With english one comes clearly better than with german, which i but not as a drawback to display. One is not finally in Germany. The staff, the on the beach are very courteous. If one at the beach a drink, it could be, that you have to wait an hour, until it is. For the beach there is a vouchers for food and drinks on-site. After 14 o'clock but there is nothing more to eat (which one forgot to tell us). With the drinks you had to then you could help yourself.

    The hotel has a beach reasonably well maintained and a private beach, the only with the shuttle to reach. Travel time: about 5 minutes. In the hotel there are 3 small shops. The sales assistants are very nice and not pushy. The drive to downtown El Gouna we saved. The hotel (the nativity figures for you-and Karl-Heinz) offered excursions are nice and well organized.

The location of the hotel surrounded by golf course places in el gouna is for golfers and for vacationers who absolute peace and no direct beach access to the red sea, in the best way suitably. We were in the last few years very often in Egypt. This hotel can we but unfortunately 'in our opinion' not good! Reason: The hotel is located in in the middle of places in el gouna on the lagoon. Here also the vacationers a few umbrellas and beach chairs at the 'beach' set up. The water of the lagoon was completely quiet, but very ..., very cloudy. Drinks there were not, one had to the drinks in the hotel. The beach section of the lagoon is steep and the concrete of the artificial lagoon looks at many are already out. The room was big and very clean. But the minibar despite repeated complaint only after about 3 days refilled. In our description and also in the paper which we with arrival presented got, should the restaurant fairways of lunch 1:00 p. m. until 15:00 o'clock be open. However, it was closed. The only possibility for us in the logoon restaurant to go. But who at noon only quickly a snack wanted, was in the wrong place. There was no buffet or snacks, only a la carte. You had to early again (number of seats were very limited) and a lot of time carry forward, since the waiters very slow and partly also not were so attentive. The dinner, as well as the breakfast (buffet) were all very good and the staff very attentive and friendly! If the sea wanted, on request, equipped with a meal ticket, to a beach section ('private beach'), the Steigenberger Hotel belongs, dangers (travel time about 10 minutes). There was only soft drinks, despite all inclusive-everything else had to be paid. Soft drinks were on the counter provided (about 35 °c in the shade) and we should then serve. The plastic cups soft and small were absolutely unsuitable! The friendliness at the temporary bar was also not straight, but Steigenberger expected. The beach section was not attractive still good, but rather bad! A five-star Steigenberger hausmehr than inadequate and u. e. maximum worth 2 stars!. For this reason we are after about 1 hour to this hotel again diminished. We had no children thereby, but is this hotel (as well as vacationers with children confirmed) absolutely unsuitable for families with children. We were there at the beginning of june 2013 for one week in Steigenberger golf resort and we were very comfortable. The public consisted of german austrians french and egyptians. The hotel was i think not fully booked and so we have both at the pool and also at the beach always found a pool chair. The food was both the breakfast, and the dinner was excellent. Who looks for peace for it exactly the right hotel. But if you needed activites is in the wrong place. To relax, it is perfect. The pool and its own lagoon are really great. Only the private beach area was not. In some places you can see that it is not a new hotel but it is nothing special. The staff is perfect. We wanted a pure seaside holiday in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. It was in the Steigenberger really! The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, also our room was super nice! Spacious, large terrace balcony with beautiful view of the lagoon and super comfortable beds (double room superior)! The buffet was diverse and really good! With the tuk tuk is fast one in Marina, the really is very worth seeing! The staff was always polite and nice! Snacks there is always to find fault but this is the speech not worth it! The gym was now no gym but everything ... was there, that you need! The spa invites to relax! We can the house definitely recommend it, if you just relax and take a break from everyday life would, for people, the action, entertainment and sport in it, it is nothing! Except golfing and in the morning, aqua fitness in the pool is nothing was offered! Who the perfect holiday also love to the open sea needs, it is also not so ideal, because the hotel the sea only in the laguna has, which is beautiful or with the shuttle bus to the beach is driven, which is not necessarily the most beautiful! Am with today's date still in the hotel, but must now my review, which i never do, but everything connived have. Rooms are large and spacious, and clean. The state of the hotel when you took a closer look a bit slipped down, as you alleg. Worthy. Have half-board. The food was of the quality poor and unimaginative. Examples, hard meat, whether chicken or beef or duck. The fresh juices were anything else than freshly prepared, you rather go in downtown food. The guests, well, for the price can you should expect nothing. Many arabs, the in my opinion preferential ... treatment. Unfortunately you have to observe, that many tourists with a handshake the staff oneself, how one says so beautifully. Simply, so that it better from the service runs, and i with my main concern am. The service is a bit of a nuisance ever. At every meal one has to ensure, that everything on the table which is, if one the meal to want to take. Constantly to look for our silverware, constantly ask, that you coffee, constantly ask, that cleared the table should be, because you have a course to eat would like. Yesterday i gave it up and the table-ware then under the table, so that it can go much further, otherwise säss i until the breakfast there. Reason for this lack of service. Too much staff, that around and bustle vortäuscht, but nothing works. The restaurant manager can unfortunately not enforce, probably, because the problem does not recognize. My table ceilings, i have at home. After i have learned, it only in the luxury restaurant sparkeling water, i felt like home and have bought drinks. 3 times i have tried at the pool soda water to order. After i then lunch in the restaurant was, i got my soda water. There are so many of the staff at the pool, only no interests, whether one something would like to have. Unbelievable and then i get information to the room, i am in a star hotel survey, with western european level. The staff can also very bad english. Many words lack stop the vocabulary. There must be very much to do. To survey some golfspielergäste, am i with my estimate not alone. It was mostly more ranted. I think, here is the one or the other to speak. I hope, after i already on the 2. day at the front desk my concerns have, a few successful vacation hours with the hope, this the last Abendmahl still some level, lest i be so sad return travel must.     Pool is ok. The condition of the pool is clean and free of drawbacks Beach chairs in the travel time is to have. No fight with fellow travellers. Shower available, is from the guests he didn't use it. They sweated right in the pool. Umbrellas available, but only by staff open. Very nice time in the Steigenberger In comparison to the last stays in the Steigenberger you can tell, that the change of manager of the hotels a lot of the positive has changed. Also the dinner is from its variety and alternation of the daily offer tasted much better. We felt good overall and it is reasonable value for money in the full match. Nice is, that it in the evening varied performances and offers. We will definitely be back soon book this hotel and can only recommend that. All critics, one may Steigenberger not with our steigenbergerhotels in Germany ... compare. From egyptian standard, and compared with other hotels in El Gouna and Hurghada, our opinion the best hotel in El Gouna, as well as Hurghada. Bewertung lesen
