We are rather with mixed feelings to Bulgaria dangers. We are by car hang-drive and it has endless long, could but also some impressions from Bulgaria carry forward. First we are a bit around dangers, since we didn't in advance had booked. The Hotel Laguna beach four stars was initially very personable and finally also. We have big eyes made we the lady at the reception the price wrote. 5 days for 2 people all inclusive at 577 Euro, okay. nehmenn. The rooms large and clean, the food much after unserne taste, the staff rather neutral and unobtrusive. The town ... of Sozopol is located about 4 kilometers away, was a lot of movement and offers a lot of entertainment. For children and adolescents is a little paradise, I would say. Restaurants, bars and pub come however also not too short.
The Bulgaria vacation was for us sharpened and the town of Sozopol a feast for the eyes, would gladly come again read more

This holiday is in very pleasant stay. Location, staff, beach etc. very nice. The only drawback is the wake cleared dirt in the area. This corner of the country and the hotel are recommended. But if you go abroad to get to everywhere to speak German, you should probably choose a bigger area, but with a little English there is also great. read more

Medium sized hotel with individual buildings. Grounds very nicely done. Large pool with a swim-up pool bar, good pool chairs, everything was clean and tidy. Guest structure composed of Bulgarians, Russians and Germans there. Whereas it should be mentioned that the first two for a nicer place made as the latter, enhanced Urlaubsdrittel were unfortunately at the foods. read more

grounds are beautiful, great pool and children's pool, rooms are small but clean and nice, some with a scenic view of the pool area. A straight for relaxation searchers families highly recommended Hotel. If you want you can take the shuttle bus at any time after Sozopol. The beach is very recommendable. In general, no waiting time always sufficient Beach chairs and umbrellas (also by the pool). All in all very relaxing. read more

We stayed for two weeks to relax in the hotel, unfortunately was the music in the dining area and by the pool too loud (disco). As all inclusive tourists made us feel like second class guests. Certain drinks were only to vorgeschhriebenen times of the different bars as this at different times for Ali tourists were open, otherwise you had the drinks pay, large paths the cause was. The food was not varied and mostly cold, but in the microwave heated could be! The staff went out of their way to fulfill its tasks but my he ausgebremmst respect from ... the hotel is pretty good.

We, a family with two children in June 2010 our 2 week holiday, in Laguna beach spent. There were minor flaws, but not more important. The holiday ran smoothly. When we arrived home, I felt physically worse and worse and had to visit a doctor. There has been a legion infection, it is a two-way thing pneumonia triggered. I had nine days in hospital treatment. Legionella of stagnant water in pipes, which is not used for a long time. At the Showers are waterhaze the bacteria, you can breathe an. Since we were there in the early season, we have ... with great rooms probably had contaminated shower, which is probably never been turned. I as the father of two young children thought that was very huge large wastage, in a four stars Hotel! What would happen, if we (2) and (4) as our children first have gedusch? Did God forbid! Since we from the tour operator (its) no compensation received an insight, we would advise all this hotel again! The tour operator quoted:
In the hotel all the sanitary measures are complied with. We say: the hotel is dangerous! We are deeply disappointed! Who still holiday want to spend up a tip: in front of the showers hot water and shower 20 minutes walk. Steam do not breathe. Then a normal shower. Finally: we want the long longed for Annual vermießen. Bulgaria is a nice holiday destination but that similar cases of negligence must be uncovered! For the sake of relaxation. read more

We spent 5 days at the hotel and, in the end we were very disappointed with the whole service, from the food and from all the staff. The people were very poor and unwelcoming. Sometimes we more than 30 minutes to get a glass of water. The selection of food was fun droll - 3 dishes, 2 salads and desserts for 3 days only fruit and ice cream. Really bad for a 4 star hotel. Full disappointment ... Not recommended! read more
