Very likeable hotel with an extraordinary ambience (also in architectural terms); absolutely quiet, since below the gardesana located ; great location right on the lake ; excellent kitchen (quality and quantity), great wines ; dreamlike swimming pool; incredibly gracious host (Claudia & Antonio).
Really recommendable at easter, pentecost, in the summer, at new year's eve or at all other days, at which is open.
Thank god nothing animation and hardly (small) children. Wrong understand, we have had two of which raised and love you, but this hotel is a gourmets -hotel.
For 5, -kids airbeds-raft -families, as well as for bourgeois rather unsuitable. read more

The hotel lies directly at the lake and make a short walk on the lake you are right in the wonderful old town of malcesine. We have our short break in the hotel Primaluna very much and would stay there in any case have another vacation. The team deserves big praise in all areas. For only 10 €more per day and person we could still a dinner to book. For this we got a daily 4-course menu of the finest quality. The food was very tasty. The hotel's design is very private, let us however also sometimes a little puzzle ..., whether certain things now exactly wanted or just 'unprofessional' implemented were. What however nothing in our enthusiasm for this hotel and his team changed.

Very nice stylish hotel right on the lake and only few minutes on foot of the historic part of town from malcesine.
The primaluna suite and the junior suite are very spacious and modern furnished (with wooden floor), the beds are very feast and comfortable with direct lake view-no noise from the street!
The whole hotel is very clean and the view of the lake unique. The primaluna team is very friendly and skilled, the breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired and the dinner is of unique quality. Because of the manageable size of the hotel there is no ... crowd and no mass processing- here you can really relax! If you're looking for good quality and informal atmosphere sets is in the right place here. The direct access to the beach and the hotel's own pool also for water lovers nothing to be desired. read more

We were 4 days in the great luna and were very satisfied. The value for money is very good with the half-board.
The hotel is very well run, which in very good service and the friendly staff points. The pool area is not large, but more than adequate. But you right on the hotel a large beach area and the lake Garda.
In the reviews often mentioned optics (the design) could certainly be disputed. We found the most quite good and partly really funny. Time something else! read more

A special hotel in best beach area... We were very comfortable there and the magnificent view on mountains and lake enjoyed. With family Stefenelli and its staff one is gladly guest and feels like' at home'... A very good kitchen, the pool area with a view of the sea, beach with beach bar and loungers - everything great.
The city center of malcesine is on foot in 5 minutes to reach, as well as the cable car to the Monte Baldo.

We were already the second time in this in (almost) all areas great hotel:
Restaurant and food (also special wishes were gladly considered ) - every day a poem;
Atmosphere, cleanliness, service orientation and friendliness - a dream, as you could imagine; pool: great.
Also the hotel owners Claudia and Antonio are in any case approachable, very friendly and sovereign.
Siblings and friends are regularly gladly (like we also) again here and enjoy the hospitality of this beautiful hotels: it is vacation.
Unfortunately has, and this is the aforementioned downer, now in this hotel the annoying ' reserve chairs' by ... the pool Taken hold. Partly was in the morning already a third of the loungers with towels 'reserved'. That this is not the 'bad' places is, goes without saying.
The hotel management assures us, that this is not and wanted and 'remember' also in the hotel rooms and flyers. However a sustainability ( for example by active Remove the towels) by the hotel ( at least so far) are not considered necessary, it must, where appropriate, each into the' conversation' with the Handtuchauslegern go.
This negative circumstance can but fixed and is merely a small clouding our stay dar. Apart from that was a really beautiful, relaxed vacation and it was-thanks to the great food - with a few Zusatzkilos to end. read more

We were to the third time in this hotel, after we the previous years some other hotels on Lake Garda try the Hatten. After the first Times primaluna let on Lake Garda now only in this hotel vacation.
The hotel and the rooms are very clean, modern and individually.
The breakfast as well as the dinner are very good! We have only booked breakfast, to the offer in town to use, but at the quality in the hotel regrets this almost.
Problem very Fast and competent solved (against my Spinnenphobie I got instead of the mattress on a holzpodest extra ... a real bed into the room provided).
The location directly at the beach with beach bar and loungers is great, the city center of malcesine is on foot in 5 minutes to reach, as well as the cable car to the Monte Baldo.

Now is the 5. time we stayed we the most precious days of the year in the great Luna spent. Antonio, Claudia and the entire team make a fantastic job. It is simply the best disease, that one can, the great Luna virus. This is actually only curable, by you again and again there is. We are already looking forward to 2013!

In addition to the now super relaxing beach bar with verandahs Ganztagsküche, in which it the diversity Italy to enjoy and the sparkling wine yet for 2 Euro slurp can, have the owners in strandebenen floor of the hotels two so-called ' Love suites' built.
It has us with the entering the chambers (one inhabited we, one was shown to US), briefly ... speechless. Sensational what the Hausarchitekt from Rovereto here from the spring has left!

We are already the 4. times in primaluna, and swarm still which.
Here is simply right everything, from the very friendly staff on the very nice owners to to eat,
And of course the extravagant atmosphere.
Should be emphasized the very good cuisine. The chef and his crew charms really something for everyone, and also still extremely tasty. The beach bar is a great addition for lunch/ Nachmkttag and evening.
We had a suite with lake view, wonderful view. Lakeview room definitely recommendable.
We can thus the ... primaluna highly recommend, and

The hotel lies at the main street on direct distances to malcesine. Parking is at the top of the roof of the hotel and a elevator drove into the ground floor we had a family room booked on the ground floor with a terrace. Here is a small kitchenette integrated with a fridge, stove and microwave. We then lunch time a small something for our daughter coffeemakers, a high chair was also available. That was really great, our -year-old daughter felt from the start here. The terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs was great and we were right on ... the lake, only a couple of steps on the waterfront. Really terrific, a top location of the hotel. We booked half board and we were very satisfied. The food was very diverse and you could from several different menu' s select. We could even with our daughter rather for dinner come, the menu' s were quickly successively served. Such a delicious food we had for a long time no more on vacation. Everything is freshly prepared! Our daughter it tasted, for they had always a private portion be ordered. read more
