The hotel is outdated. Very in need of renovation. In the room even mold formed. Also the bathroom fittings need replacement. However for a short city break the hotel you can but recommend, but you have to very good on foot his, because the next subway station ( Cornelia) is about 2 kilometers away. read more

Hotel lies very far outside of rome. Drive by bus to the peter place takes half an hour in usually crowded buses ( line 46 or 216 ) hotel area wasn't very inviting for walks or evening activities a. Decor ageing. Food ( half board) unimaginative. Breakfast needs improvement. Dinner 3 course: unloving pasta, meat with little imagination cooked and presented, dessert easy. Staff behaves towards the guests rather neutral. read more

In september 2012 we were for a four-day break in Rome in the hotel Marc aurelio.
This star hotel has its best time (apparently in the 70./80. years) behind it, but it was for the price (3 nights for 150 €) very cheap.
The room was with new furniture (approximately 5 years old) and also the bathroom was modern.
The rooms were though cleaned daily, but also only in this way, as it was with the naked eye could see. In some places where you have definitely not always look was some dust, etc. To see. And i am ... definitely not to the sort of people, the extra in every corner. From the cleanliness it was but ok.
The breakfast was okay. There was a large buffet with bread, rolls, croissants, zwieback, several types of cereal and yogurt. The bread rolls were not crispy, but nevertheless ok.
To drink there was the usual hot drinks (unfortunately from the machines), juices and milk.
With the hot drinks i however also notice, that guests from the waiters a decent espresso, etc. From of the kitchen have them. If you pay extra for it had cut unfortunately my knowledge.
To the subway you need on foot approximately 10 to 15 minutes. So it is good within walking distance, although definitely not just round the corner.
Prior to (if you have the public transport in the vicinity would like to drive) you should definitely before on the internet the path to watch, otherwise runs you are easily!
Altogether i judge the hotel as good. It has a few vulnerabilities, however, i would it for a rome attendance will again use. read more

Marc Aurelio is the hotel is rather outside from Rome. but since one in about ten minutes to the metro station, it is a great hotel for leisure as well.
The breakfast is sufficient total (a variety of cereals, sausage, cheese...).
Rooms, as well as the bathroom were clean. If you have any questions and at least a little English, the hotel staff gladly help and friendly.

The hotel has gotten a bit old, but as a place to stay for a city trip to Rome in the best way suitably. To the underground there is only 500 meters on foot, so a very good base for getting to know Rome. The rooms are clean, the bathroom also. But unfortunately our door had no lock in the bathroom, so that the door is always left rebellion. The breakfast was not tasty, but we overlooked. Front desk was very helpful the and friendly. He showed us on the map where we all sights of Rome find. Check-in/check-out was ... smooth. Free parking is available on the side of the hotel. read more

In the bathroom is mould at the walls. The bidet is operated only with cold water. In the room are also mould and it have very dirty spotted curtains. The whole hotel is in a very neglected condition. I became at the 1. Evening before the breakfast area of large black beetles welcomes! The “small meals” from the microwave in the bar are served on plastic table-ware. read more
