Rooms are very spacious and with a large flat screen. We had a rollaway bed for our son, which in the size of the room however not a problem represented. The bathroom is very big and was with a shower equipped. In the wardrobe is a free safe.

Praise goes to the kitchen. The food is varied and very tasty. For our child were fulfilled all expectations. Sunday there is a galadine and wednesdays fondue. Recommendable is the cakes in the afternoon. As with nuts/mothers.

The service is perfect and one gets each desire from the eyes. Hansi, the owner himself is the team always there. In the morning you get to Silvia all tips for the day need. It is informed about everything and can all provide information. Besides it is a great breakfast. At noon or evening, you will Helene and Maria served the also their jobs really great make. Here you can see, that all the work fun and to the guests deployed.

Small but very nice spa. Recommendable is the new sauna. This is fired with wood. This is very relaxing since you always the flames can see and especially it is another heat the very pleasant is. Then it was the same in the outdoor jacuzzi.

Small but fine hotel, with a immediately feel welcome. One has everything which the heart is. The hotel is really new and very nice and style-genuinly furnished. Otherwise it was already everything about the hotel testified.

The location is halfway between the ski resorts of stubai glacier or schlick2000. Therefore, you could on the recommendation of Silvia for breakfast or by hansi leaving. Can you learn, the better choice of the day is.

The rooms (with a tv and balcony) were clean, cozy and in good condition. We had a double room with bunk bed for children. The size was alright. The bathroom could have been a bit bigger. Shelves or towel rack at the wash basin, we have missed. Well it pleased us, that the toilet separately is.

The four course menu was really excellent. Every day there were two menus to choose from, and a day fondue evening. On individual needs for children also taken into consideration.

The staff and the hosts were really very pleasant. Our kids were also very impressed and every day have their stuffed animals on the beds decorated. There are sometimes the little things that make it.

Very nice, comfortable and informally run hotel with about 14 rooms. We were very comfortable.

The daily prior to the mountain station of the glacier-ski area has quite long (1-1,5 hours). The buses were very busy, at the valley station there was long queues. But you have to say, that it with the easter week probably the season was.

The rooms are absolutely sufficient large and up to a all a balcony. They are sufficiently furnished, there is lots of counter space and plenty of storage space. The rooms have a telephone and large flat screen tv with all major german programs. In every room there was a small safe, the you without fee to be used. The bathrooms (probably all with a shower), we have seen, are all generous, very clean and lovingly decorated.

In the hotel there is a dining room for breakfast, restoration in the afternoon and for the dinner. Everything is very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet really leaves no wishes open. In the afternoon ice cream, even baked cakes (amazing good ), but also hearty dishes, as well as the in Austria inevitable kaiserschmarrn. One is at any time very quick and served in a friendly manner. The kitchen style was local typical with a successful touch of 'new german cuisine'. Everything very tasty.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a informal atmosphere, which never intrusive looks. As far as we realized, is good english and italian spoken. The rooms are very clean and tidy and almost lovingly decorated. For children there is a games room. The fits in with the spacious playground on the sun terrace.

In the hotel there is a very spacious and well-kept sauna area at the back of the building there is a jacuzzi, the sauna from too corresponds is. At the hotel a cross-country ski trail past. Direct from the hotel there are hiking trails in the wooded areas of the stubai valley. For skiers there is a cellar for ski and heated springboard for the boots.

As far as we know, has the hotel 15 room. They are absolutely sufficient large, very comfortable decorated and modernly furnished (for example large flat screen tv). Everything is remarkably clean and nice. We had breakfast and dinner. The breakfast buffet has sausage, cheese, jam, yogurt, fresh fruits (nothing from a tin), cereal, juices, coffee, tea, simply everything and more than enough: there are several different types of bread rools and daily very fresh bread. Every evening five course, whereby one with the main course between three dishes to choose (a vegetarian course always is thereby). As far as we know, are also special wishes (chips for children and so on.) Fulfilled. It is the large number of german regular guests middle-aged to. There are but also young families with children.

The hotel is in stackler (900 metres from neustift). Almost directly in front of the hotel the ski bus stops, the the vacationers free directly to the resorts runs. There are plenty of free parking for the hotel or on the parking across the street. In neustift there is lots of restaurants, which we but because of the very good food in the hotel never used it. In the supermarkets in neustift there is everything that you need. There is a bus from neustift to Innsbruck (a good hour drive). In the small district stackler itself there is only a few apartments and two hotels and otherwise, a great area.

Spacious and very clean room with a balcony. Flat screen tv, a safe, and a bathroom with a shower and windows. Thorough daily cleaning. Charming decoration on the whole hotel. Also the carpet made a good impression...

Perfect 6 stars! Lena and team conjure up each evening a varied and special menu. Especially highlighted the gala dinner on sunday and the fondue evening makes as a family great fun. Excellent quality of the food! Even special requests are possible.

Very friendly and well trained staff. Helene and Maria care very warm for the well being of the guests. Is in the morning Silvia a small 'dictionary' what the weather forecast, hiking and the area of neustift is concerned. The rooms are to the smallest crack cleaned and every day expected a nicely decorated herzerl -bed the guests. Children's playroom with Playstation, so that also the parents the evening 5-course menu,. Legendary nachtrodelabende the elfer...

Fine spa with a sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, infrared cabin, solarium. Everything very clean and comfortable. New and especially successful was the 6 square outdoor sauna with fireplace and window views of the stubai alps releases. Drinks and fruit are free enough. Also (quiet) children should in the spa!

Great, by hansi very easy going run herzerl hotel, with about 15. rooms. Very positive atmosphere in the house and among the staff. Arrive & comfortable! Beautiful sun terrace with view of the mountains. High stammgästeanteil -what the quality of the hotel speaks. To the vacation time with children, the likewise very cordially are. Ski cellar with ski boot heating

Perfect location on the way to the glacier. Few going minutes after neustift. Direct at the end the toboggan run the elferlifte. Parking in front of the house.

The building has nice big room, our room had approximately 20 meters², it was very clean and well cared for, shower and toilet were completely hygienic.

For breakfast you had a wide selection of very delicious breads, in addition there was different bread rolls and cakes. Fresh fruit salad, yogurt, cereal, meats, eggs, everything was there. The service left nothing to be desired. The dinner was sensational, every evening there was a 5-course menu. A very creative cuisine, you had the choice of three main courses, which a vegetarian dish was offered. Everything tasted very good to us.

There were all wishes from the extremely friendly and attentive staff and the ' good spirits' hansi, the owner, met. It is a hotel, in the us felt very much at ease have.

The hotel is a family run, by the wellbeing of the guest in the first place. All, and particularly the host, care with extraordinary friendliness for the guests. The small very clean house is international, the average age the nice guests was during our visit around 40 years. The sauna area is particularly recommendable, there is amongst others an outdoor hot tub, a wood-fired sauna in a blockhouse is housed.

The hotel is for a cozy winter very convenient, it lies in gletschernähe and you can take the ski bus, the almost in front of the house stops, easy access to the mountain. It is also very quickly by car or bus in Innsbruck, if you're not skiing.

The glacier ski area with its about 110 km of slopes is also suitable for beginners (no steep slopes, wide slopes). The sauna area in the hotel is can only be recommended.

- stop ski bus: distance around 2 minutes away on foot - bus connections to the glacier and back every hour, travel time because of the new speed limits 20 minutes

The rooms are wonderful furnished and a beautiful balcony, from where you the beautiful mountains can.

The food is worth a sin. Exactly like the delicious delicacies from the café. The cakes are all with love baked. A dream for all.

The service of the hotel in excellent. One can with all requests to the owner and the staff go and you will be fulfilled as quickly as possible.

The spa is grandious. You can but also only on the beach chair and the wonderful mountains enjoy

A very fine hotel with a lot of charm and class. It is the appropriate seasons always beautifully decorated. It is very clean and there you can only feel at ease.

The hotel is about 500 metres from the town centre. You can from the hotel very many walks and the buses to the glaciers is really near.
