Dreamlike honeymoon in a well run hotel with very friendly and cooperative staff. Every request was from our eyes. The welcome at check in was warm and welcoming and the vacation began directly at the entrance of the lobby. After a small welcome drink, we were with our luggage in our villa dangers. We had a pool villa with large terrace, a small seating area and 2 sun loungers. In the room waited a lovingly decorated bed and a bottle of champagne on us. The hotel is in a perfect location if you are not in the hustle and bustle ... of the city. A bit isolated built into the hillside and nevertheless one is loosely over the beach in karon, or after a short drive in patong. For both objectives the hotel offers 2 times per day a free shuttle bus at. The view of the restaurant terrace is incredible. The breakfast was varied and in 12 nights not boring. Beside different types of bread, there was cold cuts, cheese, salmon, much fresh fruits, thai food and a egg station where the eggs after his election could let be prepared. The many stages within the resorts don't want to walk, can 24 hours a shuttle service call de a free go from a to b. We never longer than 2 minutes on the shuttle bus waited. Wifi is near the pool villas free of charge. Exactly like the evening cocktail at the bar. All together it was very difficult for us the vacation and from this paradise home to go back. For certain we will informally run hotel and the employees around the manager s. visit again. We are looking forward to it.-) read more

Very nice hotel in green surroundings. Pure relaxation as something separated from the whole trummel. If you however times more action you this in a few minutes ( by taxi) reach. The spa is great. Unfortunately is missing it in the service a bit of speed and language skills. They are however very friendly and hard-working. read more

For a few days the hotel is recommendable, within the grounds long paths and stairs, the mit hife of small e -cars partly be mastered. For older persons not recommendable. The beach is very wide and less romantic. The hotel area is located right on the main street, but it is not from the noise from the street troubled, but quickly with a taxi in the next villages get. read more

The villas are outdated, accordingly their condition. When it rains, water in the bathroom. The way of the pool for karon beach is lebensgfährlich, and for older persons not recommendable. read more

We have for 14 days a deluxe villa for 3 people booked. We got a small room with extra bed. The extra bed was a metalpritsche on a wooden plank mounted was with a 5 centimeter thick mat. read more

The location in tropical atmosphere is very much maintained and calm, the bungalows with a view of the sea are very clean and spacious cut, the employees are all very friendly and at any time helpful, I rarely in a hotel so comfortable, definitely again. read more

Really beautiful hotel with a large facilities, in which you with a hotel's own small trains to the lobby/ restaurant ( great view about karon beach) or its own small villa drive can (a call sufficed). The bathroom was nice large, towels and washcloths sufficiently available and lovingly decorated, there even a dekoschale with real fish! To the beach led a small way in 5 to 10 minutes, the way is worthwhile: great clear water, very fine sand, the under your feet quiescht ;-D read more

    The rooms are clean, king size -beds, air conditioning, fridge, fan. The windows you can't open. Since the hotel in the jungle is, should doors be kept closed. There is unfortunately no mosquito nets on the beds. Coffee and 2 bottles of water daily free of charge. Mini bar available. Safe free hidden in the closet. A desk with armchair, a chair, a counter. The closet is for 2 persons too small. There were only 6 hangers, a small vanity and 3 drawers. The ceilings in the bathroom and in the bedroom area leave old water damage suspect.

The restaurant is clean, the breakfast finds however only until: o'clock instead of. Too, if private hour in the gym booked.     The staff are friendly. Good English speak mainly the manager. There is a laundry service, doctors come on request to the hotel. The hotel isn't recommendable for guests with small children. Cleaning of the rooms is fantastic, very nice women, very thorough and reliable. Complaints are dealt with immediately.

    The fitness studio at centara grand ( unfortunately no shuttle bus, one must over the track go) is right well equipped, great device, great trainer! There are private lessons' muay thai ' with a professional trainer be booked, cash. The hotel itself has 2 nichtschwimmerpools. Loungers, sun screens and towels are free of charge. The spa area was renovated, as we our vacation there spent there. The offers are varied but in comparison to the in the city way too expensive. On fridays there is a free yoga. Two additional pools at centara grand are free of charge. Centara grand is very child-friendly equipped, the pool has a large slide and possibilities, in the pool to jump. This pool is always supervised.

Only once, I can himmelhochjauchzenden reviews from other guests not quite understand. Clear, the hotel features a wonderful tropical garden and the location is a dream. However missing of course the beach, you have to already go a little further. The website and the Vorabinfos are more than poor. Wiki there is in all the rooms, for pool villa was even free but nowhere mentioned, is probably new. The Pick-up at the airport worked well and cost 1100 Baht. Clearly less, than of tour operators offered. The driver was very friendly and car okay. Check in took a little, are ... but also just returned with me two arrived (with mini bus). Apart from that is handling guests at the front desk and for breakfast a bit bland, almost unfriendly, slow and inattentive. Depends however strongly on the person from, sometimes it worked better. After the greeting drink and the immediate payment of the airport transfers it went then with the cart to hotel room pool villa 406. Both the beautiful location and the garden. This villa has a direct view of the see. Very disappointed I was then entering of the terrace, completely filthy, exactly like the mini pool. At night darted even two rats on the terrace. The air conditioning was from and needs for a very long time the room on a normal temperature to bring. Very disappointing. Why you can't short before check/repair? In the room I found then something longer hair. So the first impression was very sobering. Are the things, the little money and easy to fix are. But now comes again a big plus. I asked you, well altogether 4 times, the shortcomings. Then came on once 5 employees and bustled around. Wow! The work area is very small and with the mirror probably for the women as vanity thought. There is a lack of sockets! I was then however a five-socket brought. The air conditioning requires relatively long, until the room cooler and blows directly in the bed. The room has an additional fan. The terrace is so small, not even sun loungers are, only after ask one of the manager I got a sunbed. When rain and wind there is outside no protected body. Smoke is only outside permitted. The room is simple, bright, friendly and quite small. The bathroom is again quite large, unfortunately the toilet not disconnected and there is no air conditioning. Flip Flops, bathrobe, a lot of gear is everything wonderful available, even more than in some five star hotels. Mats or soft back rests for the Terrassenstühle there were unfortunately not. A beer from the mini bar costs 95 Baht, Pepsi 45 Baht and Condome 95 Baht. I have a classic club pants sandwich, a Pepsi and a Piña Colada on the room ordered. The Sandwich cost 295 Baht + 10% service charge and tax. The quality was more bad than good. The highlight was, that I in the question, if you get the Pepsi Bottle open could, to mini bar sent, the there, there are yes a bottle opener. Tv only goes Deutsche Welle. For breakfast, there is a massive selection of mainly Asian and international dishes. So if you after bread, butter, jams, sausage and cheese is, will not find (and better in the black forest drive). Cappuccino for breakfast costs extra charge and rice, Thai are very sharp, caution! A Lärmbelätigung had I not at all, times apart from the sound of the ocean and the sounds of animals, but this is actually not a' noise'! In short: if you are looking for a cheap place and if the location for quality the room/facilities/ service is okay is here in good hands. It is reasonable value for money definitely. Needs improvement is certainly the handling guests and the size of the rooms/ terrace. A great shame I found, that there are no stairs to the shore from the terrace gave. read more

The hotel lies fantastic. The view over the bay is great, the complex is brilliant, some weaknesses lie but in detail. It's not so bad, however for the price, you pay, they must at least be mentioned. read more

    They are good. Bath in good condition, bed large and comfortable. Room well equipped and very neat. This is good. We had no pool villa, but with a view of the garden. Great!

    Also here 'only' a well. The breakfast is good. Enough selection, typically asian breakfast. A mixture of continental and asian. Here and there there could have been a bit more variety, anyway. Dinner relatively expensive, we didn't use it. Exception: the bbq buffet. Does we can definitely recommend: also for the price. The was great!

    Here there were 'only' a well. The staff are friendly, hard and speaks some extent english. Cleaning of the rooms good. But : whilst checking out was super slow worked, though it was clear, that we at 11 o'clock loosely want. We also have a transfer about the hotel booked. So big can the surprise not have been, that we at 10:45 o'clock at the front desk were. Everything not a problem, but who claims a luxury hotel to be, must accordingly work. And: that there is no free access to the internet gives, but this subject to a charge acquired must, has upset. That must not be, i think!

    Also here 'only' a well. Because of the hillside location you can not opulent pool expect. There are two, they are good. Everything ok. But: if the hotel really full, it could bottlenecks in the chairs and the sun screens give. This is more than annoying. The result : loungers owner. Terrible! And : the loungers are from wood and partly not in a good condition. As mentioned, for themselves not a problem, however for this price a night you can expect more clearly...

The hotel has really extraordinary Staff. We needed a accidents relatively much help and information at the front desk. The staff impressed by your rapid help and drove us free into the hospital to Phuket and surprised the patient with a wonderful flowers arrangement. Couldn't be better! read more

The hotel is located in wonderful hillside with a great view on the karonbucht. The area is very extensive, nicely arranged and well maintained. The villas are over stairs reachable, what not at all that is bad, if you are well organized (for example swimsuits with for breakfast and then right above start). Over a short path, also over stairs, is the beach. However it is other bodies clean been... The nätionalitäten of the guests were mixed and all age groups represented. read more

    We had a villa with a view of the sea. Wonderful view and large, furnished terrace. The villa itself was large, clean and beautiful furnished. There was a free safe, mini bar, telephone, flat screen tv (without german channels) and a kettle. Apparently were the villas newly renovated, since it now unfortunately only white were and without four-poster bed (for my taste is not quite as nice as on some pictures shown). Nevertheless still nice... The bathroom was large, but no more the newest. It was so designed that you all nature from the outside could hear, which something special was. Besides we had a private aquarium with guppies, which also very nice in the area has entered... The air conditioning was unfortunately very loud and to the lowest level very intensively.

    The breakfast buffet will top of the cliff restaurant set up, where you a beautiful view of karon and the bay. The offer was sufficient and varied and it was always for replenishment. During the day successes on a snack bar by the pool (we didn't use it). Evenings was the possibility in the restaurant above à la carte meals or between daily changing different 3 course menus to choose. The dishes were perfect, always delicious and great arranged. However also a bit preisintensiver. 2 times daily there was a happy hour for beverages...

    Always friendly staff. The communication in english was always worked. The room was cleaned daily and groomed. Service of the hotel: 3 times daily shuttle to karon and patong, a free 'city tour' (lookout on phuketstadt, wat schalong, but also beads and jewelry store ), pool- and beach towels, shuttle within the complex ( we didn't even need, have the stairs always overcome)

    The hotel is somewhat outside of karon on the hillside. During the day on the stairs with access to the beach and a short walk everything easy to reach. There are also 3 times a day a free hotel shuttle service. Unfortunately the guests only (karon or patong). Back you'll have to watch. Either punctually walk, one in bright the strandtreppen comes or small trains back. What however on duration quite expensive. The price for the short distance is 200 Bath (about 5 €) and the drivers are not bargain... We rented a scooter for independant and to save money (circa 200 Bath on the day). Thus we could also evenings fast in the place down for dinner and drinks buy. In karon is good going on. There is lots of restaurants, bars and shops... And if that is not enough, you can then in the neighbouring and busy patong,. Through our scooter we were in the location the area to explore. Neighboring beaches, patong, big buddha...

    The beach could be reached over stairs, as this hotel was quite high. From the pool are about 5 minutes on foot. On the beach you can in the village of karon-distance about 15 minutes town center numerous purchaseand entertainment possibilities. The hotel itself hardly a wish goes unfulfilled ( very well maintained complex, great rooms/bungalows, beautiful restaurant with great view) but the location is not optimal. The hotel lies on a hill between patong and karon-both places are without taxi not reachable. Nevertheless you get evenings the full acoustic irradiation from the party mile from karon with. We can recommend the hotel, however the management of complaints work. Here we have to a fault in the room out (we had lizards as roommates, since the türe did not close correctly)- however this lack was despite not removed. Karon as tourist ... resort in the meantime only really suitable for party people- peace searching are here definitely wrong. From the former tropical paradise is actually nothing more remained. read more
