We were 1 week traveling on Bali, altogether in 4 different good hotels. Pur santrian in the best condition, and here we felt really good. We would here gladly anytime again %blank%. The hotel is directly at the beach (will bolt from the hotel staff cleaned) and has a large clean pool with pool bar. The hotel's own restaurant is an italian restaurant and offers therefore a european kitchen. The rooms are clean and contain no unpleasant roommates (lizards). So i can really recommend the hotel even if the prices not very cheap are. read more

Puri santrian is an ideal hotel for ruheuhe searching guests, the but not on the lively life of the local people want. The belonging to the hotel restaurant probably is for those a must, the on Bali not on their beloved steak want to. Puri santrian is a hervorragendeer starting point for seeing the island. Our excursions in the north, west and east we have in the hotel and were with the travel guide and the driver very satisfied. The guests came from ... Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand. We were at the time the only austrians in the hotel, The rainy season is no obstacle Bali for christmas and new year's if you want to travel around, quite on the contrary, we found the holy peace during the excursions and at the beach on the island the 1000 temples was very relaxing. read more

The hotel promises not the, which in the evaluation site is specified. We had to after the 1. day the room change, since it was in a dirty and neglected (partly disgusting) condition was. The room had only thoroughly cleaned every day will, so that we, in order to alternative, move. The cleaning of the rooms is more than poor. Throughout the stay were in a house renovation works with high noise level carried out. Also at the beach (no sun screens available) was due to a 'shipbuilding' no peace to find. The securities beach towels were partly torn or ... with farbflecken dirty. The entire area not equivalent to a 4 star standard. But obviously, what we on the final day said, there was a 2-class within the complex (separate pool, extra beach towels, 5 o'clock tea). read more

We visited the hotel already for the 4. time, in the first year we had a room in the garden area (smelled musty and musty) and for three years in the club area. The rooms in the club area are outdated. All rooms in the club area are mainly in the bathrooms area in dire need of a major renovation. We had a room on the ground floor in the club. The bathroom smelled musty, expired wood on the ceiling, dirty shower curtain, old, stale and unsightly joints. After a complaint we got a bungalow, newly renovated offered. There everything ... was ok, as new. The hotel management had response. The pool-towels in the club area are of a 4 star hotels not worthy. Torn, stained and not smell pleasant. The were just right for a oil on the car to make. What is the point most beautiful optics in the garden and at the pools, if the club room not a 4 star standard more have, but 4 stars standard must be paid for. It arouses for us the impression, that the indonesian owners too much money in its new 5 star Hotel Royal santrian invested and the puri santrian neglected and on the wayside. I do not currently see, again to book this hotel. Unless, that the renovation works, the supposedly and in may 2013 will be finished, are finished. Wait. read more

In comparison to many statements, is swimming in the sea in sanur rather possible as am weststrand in Kuta/legian. The sea is here in front of the hotel quiet and well suitable for children and swimmer. Surfing is due to lack of wind not really possible. It is true, the at low tide the water way is, but it is generally a third of the day. Known, the at the same time in legian were, could high waves not a day into the sea. read more

The hotel we have Germany from booked. It was great. A dreamlike larger facilities in typical balinese style. At the time we had a room upscale hotel, the bungalow and the beach wing room. All three were great recommendable. Everything is very clean. The staff are friendly. They anticipated every single wish of the guests from. Two pool areas belong to the hotel. Even for children very recommendable. The beach section with super relaxing beach umbrellas also. Low tide and high tide disturb not. The beach daily kept clean. A beautiful spa and complimentary yoga is offered. On the promenade ... you can evenings can go walking beautifully or in the area shop or eat out. A vacation the pure relaxation and spoil. The breakfast with a sea view was great. A massive choice and fantastic quality. read more

The complex was great. The garden was with many pretty details decorated and invited for walking a. He was always very well maintained. Also the public premises were always very clean and so on the accommodation -building consisted of several 2 story complex. They seemed but by the scattered location in the garden never too massive. We had for 5 days booked half board. Previously, we made a round trip, so this hotel only for relaxation served. The half board contained an extensive breakfast buffet and evenings a -course menu. Otherwise we were ever 1 small bottle of water, a ... small fruit bowl in the room, as well as an afternoon-tea/ coffee with a detail to eat available. The guests were mixed, what age and origin regards. Our fear, that many australians in the party-make finding would, has luckily not met ( Bali is about as Mallorca for the australian). read more

    Our room in the club area was very big. Unfortunately it was very dark and a little inconvenient location. A path led directly on our room to, so that everyone could see in. The bathroom with a toilet was also precisely this way addressed, so we around the hour the blinds have had. The small terrace on the doorstep invited therefore not to stay a while. The room was always thoroughly cleaned and was great well-kept. Through the humidity was despite air conditioning however always a musty odor in the room.

    Normally we were 2 restaurants available, whereas we only one use. That was because of the fact, that we other first not at all found. We asked however also not after, because the restaurant by the beach anyway very good. The menu contained untypical balinese food. There was pizza, pasta, burgers, panini, sandwiches and a few other main courses. You 1 sleep, so you could 3-5 approximately asian dishes. Here we were very disappointed. The quality of the dishes also sometimes left much to be desired. Old, bad tasting fruit and a moldy dessert were represented. My stomach has the original balinese food on the round trip better tolerated than the Italian in this hotel \u263a. The quantity was more than good. We had to almost always somewhat give me back. But that was partly. To the long waiting time between courses. A meal could be 2a 3 hours take. The atmosphere at the beach restaurant was great. The beverage prices were ok. The beach was regularly in the afternoon with life -music or a dj with lounge -music treated to music. It was very uncomfortable at the beach to sit, as it partially. Was very loud. On the music-taste can be argued here! The beach was immaculate. Here even regularly the sea washed up seaweeds away. The 3 pools were always clean and never crowded. Loungers and other possibilities to lie down were enough available and always clean. Also shade, as well as lie is there were enough. One had everywhere free wi-fi access in the hotel.

    The transfer to the hotel fraud approximately 25 to 30 minutes our room in the club area was a bit further away from the beach, as most of the others room, but the pretty garden area no reason the complaint was. At the roadside of the hotel there were many small shops, invited to go for a stroll. Otherwise there restaurants, which we however because half board never used. You left the beach in the small path north, they came to many small stalls and 'currency' (snack) past. These were many locals there, so it was not on the tourism laid out. Also you had to no fear, to leave the hotel. The natives are there are very friendly. The previous round trip we used no offered excursions, the however varied were offered.

The hotel is in a beautiful garden built. Everywhere there were small possibilities to retreat, therefore it looks very idyllic, no typical betonklotzhotel.     The hotel lies really great. No matter wether you a lounger by the pool adopted or at the beach the distance to the sea/ pool is always the same, as both in the immediate area is. There is the beach promenade at the hotel along, but not at all noticeable and really cool. You can on your great jogging or walking. For lunch we always at the beach along to various warning gone. You go out of the hotel you directly in the pedestrian area of sanur with lots of shops and restaurants.

We stayed 4 nights in the Puri santrian. It was our last of 4 hotels and with distance the worst. Our room smelled of damp and urine. After a complaint we got completely absurd answer' that is on your wet Shoes. ' after a 2. complaint came then the hotel manager with have sprayed deodorizer and has the air conditioning on, ' A air circulation stimulate kommt'. Breakfast was despite offering a clear view variety all in all okay, but also here are the pastry partly ants crawled. We are certainly not high-demanding and the other hotels was not ... always everything perfect. However this hotel has maximum 3-star standard. read more

Very well maintained facilities in the traditional balinese style. 2-3 story building, and bungalows. There are 3 pools, a main pool with various water fountains, a quiescent pool and a, the only by the loungegästen is used. We had only breakfast, the comfortable leaves nothing to be desired. In our opinion it is the most beautiful area at the beach of sanur. The staff are continuous very friendly and extremely hard. We had a santrian club room as room type. This is huge and is very nice furnished. On the final day we had as transferzimmer a garden wing room. ... This is not so very recommendable. The furniture, as well as the bathroom were very old and the location is also not exhilarating. read more

    The complex is located directly by the sea, only by a walk separated from the beach, which is however not a problem. There are various restaurants, the evening good food serve. To us is the beach very important. Sanur, puri santrian and Bali have no things beaches and no especially clean water. The sand from sanur is rough as in Kuta, seminyak, legian, Jimbaran, for a much brighter. In comparison to the white beaches in Karibik, Maritius or Maldives but it is still brown. The sanurküste is a reef protected, so that there was no waves gives ... ( in comparison to Kuta and the other beaches). At high tide is the beach nothing special wide, but you can swim. At ebb-tide it is exciting. With kayaks or on foot you can up to a kilometer far the coast explore sea star before drying save, sea cucumbers, or rare sea urchins or fish meet. In August blows constantly a strong wind from the sea, so that it in the shade is almost cold. Air conditioning one does not need also. read more

    The hotel lies at the southern end of sanur. On one side is this more peace, on the other one runs to the center of sanur (if there was such a thing) already times 30 minutes. The Puri santrian is a nicely kept complex, with a great laid out garden and was the first exit-point our Bali trip. The hotel guests were Haupts. Australians, Asians and Europeans from France, Holland some German. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. After the arrival you get a free 10 minutes Jetlegmassage. Computer use at the lobby and WiFi is free. For breakfast you have a good-choice, eggs in separated. Variations, pastry, muesli, cereal, fresh fruit, edible sausage and cheese, yoghurt, and very delicious gesmokter marlin (similar smoked salmon ) fruit juices, different types of bread. Coffee and tea ... werdenam table. Apart from that have eating and drinking in the hotel upscale European price level. We had a garden wing room. From the size and furnishing was okay. The rooms on the ground floor have a small möbl. Terrace. The facilities belong a free of charge. Big hotel with different areas. Our rooms were older, very dark and smelled slightly musty. The hotel is wonderful and very neat. Also the beach is beautiful, even if the water rarely there is ☺ The hotel and beach by the promenade are, was not disturbing. Directly in front of the hotel is the 'shopping' of sanur. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Here you can good and cheap eat. Sanur was also a good starting point for excursions. The best with a private guide, that is relaxing. read more
