Nice hotel, with good pools and close to the beach. When you stayed a week, repeated menu for dinner. It was sad to be placed at the same table both at breakfast and dinner each day. The service was friendly and accurate. read more

We see the Severin since many years as our 2. at home! The friendly and attentive service all staff leaves us gladly again anytime to this hotel return. The rooms are 2-time per day checked. %blank% for breakfast, as well as during dinner (we had the half board) there were always delicious things from the buffet. If you didn't get full here, it was their fault! Since their 8. year accompanied us our daughter with in Severin. Where you every time lovingly and attentive the entertainers James and waiting was cared. And until today a friendship is. The beach is ... only 15 steps away. So you can a wonderful view enjoy, no matter wether of the pool from, from the inviting swing bar or the restaurant or the pool chairs, a fantastic unforgettable view is guaranteed. And don't worry about the beach boys, they understand a friendly no. Everything hakuna matata. The pool is very neat and also has a slide for the little ones. Thus is this hotel not only thanks to the good food to be recommended, but also by the variety of the offers and the family-friendly environment for small and large just a must! Asante sana at mister menza the us never for a long time on our couch mats and towels has wait let. We very much hope, that we this year the possibility in our regular hotel again to check and time to be able to enjoy! read more

Very quiet, good hotel. Moderate animation. Relaxing, stress-free stay. Standard room at best 1.5 stars (no tv, no radio) bathroom rather in the 70's standard. Beach is not to the hotel, could but nevertheless now and then times of seaweeds or washed up old; to be cleaned. Would the overall impression was very good. Apart from that relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant, good buffet, good à la carte, Altogether a good, further recommendable hotel, which now 23. 30 hours sleep offers. read more

    Disaster: Began at the check-in Seated at our is behaving like a sergeant, Since it helps nothing, that the waiters quite good. The front desk put my modified time of departure in another envelope, so get this information a foreign woman-but not me. Housekeeping staff, gardener & ascari were very hard

    Unfortunately the streets in mombassa a drama-so depending on the time of day, the arrival from the airport instead of 20 minutes 2 hours take. The hotel is directly at the beach, unfortunately current very dirty was.

The hotel complex is very pleasant and green. We had a standard room (caribou) in the bungalow. By the size the room was ok. But that the hotel is already older. Everything seemed a bit worn. The door of the bathroom was not too, as they completely deformed was, but there was the servin in good company with all other hotels in which we stayed. Kenyans need no doors. In my opinion it is really important to look, whether the guest structure a fits. The guests were mostly 50 years and apparently überwinterungsgäste, the always come back. One knows and ... is. The target audience 20-35 was hardly represent and frequently only for a few days between safaris since. So was the activities not younger guests and the hit was the wi-fi internet access for 50 €(!), the mostly bad and the peak not at all worked. read more

    As already described above the rooms are now quite worn and our old safari lodge worked since nevertheless very much appropriate. We had a standard room in the bungalow. Per bungalow there were four rooms and we were thank god top, as this is something like sound proofing did not give it. Except for the spoiled door of the bathroom and the initially missing remote control, there was but nothing to moan, but also nothing positive remarkable.

    We had only overnight stay with breakfast, but in the à-la-carte restaurant. The breakfast was ok. If i not really sweet breakfast but beans and spinach for breakfast then curious finds, but it is not so easy. Particularly strange was the reservation system on the breakfst tables. On every table was a room number, but does not mean, that every room a table. We had no and really explain like us also none. At a reserved table we could, we should not set, if the non-reserved tables not covered were. Thank god we then always no english is spoken. Perhaps there is breakfast in the sit only for the aforementioned long term guests. The à la carte restaurant you can get given the competition at the beach forget. The food was ok, but with prices no competition to the pizzas from the robertos, the meat in the yuls and the fish in the la Marina.

    The location was for us not ideal. The way to the airport extended surprising back. A real beach there is at high tide and at low tide you want there is not, as dozens of kenyan jump around and the tourists something or abschwatzen want. For shopping it is about a 5 kilometer to the city mall, but with the taxi from the hotel already times slim 15 €costs. During daylight, since the bus for 0,50 Euro per head. In our opinion have the restaurants south at the beach (particularly yuls and robertos ) you location saved. Furthermore, the la Marina a free shuttle service to and from to the hotel.

The stay was very pleasant, the staff attentive and friendly. Outside the hotel and outside of the surrounding beach however the largest poverty and trash where you look at. Very recommendable a 2-day safari in tsavo N. P., very good and reliable at the beach to book, just the half price, the official in the hotel is required and you are in the park in the same hotel as expensive booked guests. Good experience we did with the ' beachboy's' August & rama made, absolutely reliable and fair. The padi diving school in the hotel could use a new facilities ... use, there are in the area better possibilities. read more

Wonderful park with very nice in the pub style built houses and bungalows. Safari was perfect and just a huge experience. We have 3 times the room have to change. Maun something has been fulfilled, what we had hoped for. Very much mold in the bathroom and in the air-conditioning devices. It smells like mold spores. The beach is very dirty and dares not to go there to for instance to bathe. The annoyance at the beach by locals is extremely large and hear after a clear 'no' not on, because there are so many amongst others 'flying händler' and want a lot to rip-off prices get rid of. Furthermore, are the beach sections other hotels ( partly three stars) much ... clean! The drawbacks this hotel are simply too many and thus I had no relaxing vacation, unfortunately. The food was magnificent! The 2-day safari in wurtschaftlich coherent safari camp has some made up for it-) nevertheless no recommendation in my opinion. read more

The hotel exceeded my expectations clearly! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The service in the restaurant exceeds a lot top restaurant in Germany. And the top wine is not to forget:-) You feel very safe and secure. My friends and I have done a great deal and a few excellent experiences and impressions with to Germany taken! An excellent hotel with a wonderful park -, or baths and many nice and helpful employees. The food (half board) was very versatile and something for everyone there. Our room (caribou class comfort ) was very clean (it was cleaned daily included bed sheets, towels, etc.) And a good size. The bathroom was very modern and comfortable. The many seaweeds at the beach, the because of the reserve not be removed must, and the ever-changing tides have the beach unfortunately not to our lieblingsbadeplatz made, however have the two pools these small lack super compensated. The beach boys at ... the beach for many somewhat annoying, however, if you are a little with them, you have have fun with them and can also one or another good deal with them negotiate. We also have a trip to her village made. A great experience, however also much trust advance. Also the 2-day safari was perfect and memorable, but unfortunately way too short \u263a overall a great hotel, which we without doubts to further-recommend can. read more
