I was in the Hotel Europa we felt comfortable all around. Extremly friendly staff gives the guests the feeling, welcome! Only small point of criticism: unfortunately it is in the dining room not possible, 'tap water' to drink. At the excellent quality the engadine water is very regrettable. read more

In spite of the at short notice reservation in Hotel Europa all facilities experience. The rooms are very spaciously furnished with beautiful view on the mountains. If all host and employees in Switzerland to be as friendly, then would be the swiss food very good. Can recommend this hotel. read more

The hotel is 40-years-old and looks like it! However the rooms are quite large, with a terrace or balcony! The bathroom is renovated, room is rustikalisch, you feel however probably! Lots of guests from Germany and Italy, average age from 50! read more

    Had only breakfast! The quality and quantity is moderate or not special, little choice, no variation, no fresh juice(a shame for a 4 star hotel)! No friend for breakfast!

    All very nice and friendly in the hotel! The only complaint, bathrobe for a fee (10 franc) i find it sad in a star hotel should be included, since it was a spa, as well as no hausfinken! After hausfinken asked, i was in the room and on the final morning in! 17.70.- Was a big disappointment!

The hotel is very large, clean and offers many. Unfortunately is the building partly getting a bit old. The garden seats in the pateré -room should reason newly made and then maintained. The hotel- as the garagenschlüssel should a chip card (in actually) are. The food is plentiful and very tasty. The selection at the breakfast buffet is huge and leaves nothing to be desired. Unfortunately is no wi-fi included and the two computer terminals in the hall operation more bad than good. Both should new are devised. read more

    My single room is a bit small, however it is clean and has everything I need. The toilet-door comes with the wardrobe doors in the way. All rooms are with murphy bed furnished, which is useless. In the morning if I erwache, I am in a book shelf. In the room there is a flat screen-tv combined with radio and computer. My room has a patio which I very pleasant think, but unfortunately should the garden maintained and the moldered blumentröge (from tree trunks) be replaced. The toilet included shower was newly renovated. It is nice, modern and very clean. The room is very quiet for me and the is of high importance.

    In the house there is a large dining room, a pizzeria, a bar and a lounge. The quality of the food is excellent the portions are enough, apart from that you can order. The kitchen is different international and the pizzeria naturally Italian. The tips was like in the whole Switzerland included, however the staff pleased nevertheless with a small attention.

    The staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The room as well as the whole hotel is very clean. One of two complaints was sorted out. The shuttle bus-bus is only for trip there and back provided. If one it otherwise still in use, this costs extra.

    Here in the house there is a beautiful, clean and bright fitness room. The exercise equipment is in an immaculate state, but unfortunately the cardio equipment already somewhat older. Free weights, terrabänder, gymnastikbälle and luftpads there is no. Unfortunately is the stretchbereich way too small. I have the background music miss anything and had me then help. The saunas, the fountain with the two hemispheres repaired and set in motion. Unfortunately there is a massage therapist. I would find good, if the massage area constructed and the offer would expanded. The indoor pool with its 14 meters length is ok and also only used little, that means you can swim in it. Unfortunately is no wi-fi included.

    The hotel is very good at sunny and peaceful location in the middle of the mountain world located. In the winter it would be pleasant, if the bus station a bit further from the hotel beach chairs would. In front of the house is parking free of charge available. 15, 00 franc for a parking space in the underground garage I thought that was a bit expensive. From two nights one gets a goldcard, where you can enjoy the total public transportation and the funicular railways can use free of charge. I thought that was very generous.

The staff were very friendly. The room was for us big enough. The room and the laundry very clean! The kitchen was excellent. The serving staff very friendly. We could wonderful hikes undertake. Luckily was us the weather well-disposed the whole atmosphere in the hotel really pleased us! We can really recommend this hotel! read more

Very friendly hotel staff, manager of the hotel is always a model. Outwardly, the Hotel Europa not adapted to the times, but inside absolutely great. The swimming pool looks rather dated. But other than that a great place, the customer service, the food the disadvantages back on! read more

Who st. moritzer schicky -mickey-setting, is available in the Europa in the wrong place. Mr p. has an informally run hotel and is it in this style further: friendly, uncomplicated, courteous service, an excellent hotel and a good, well-kept infrastructure. After the forthcoming reorganization the room this area again the current needs and standards. Also for oekofreaks : the hotel has the largest solar heating in the swiss hospitality industry! read more

The already very well known hotel, I was at a beautiful and quiet location in the vicinity of the normally nature. With the absolute best service the hotel scored. The plant, in particular the rooms are old. The room (bed, cabinets, carpet, etc.) are not to todays standards. read more

We felt really at home in this hotel. Only the access to the public transport is not ideal. Great was, that all cable cars included in the price are, but disturb but the very numerous montain-bikers on the vielbegangenen hiking trails. read more

Shower holder for smaller people is a bit too high too. In order to adjust the shower the trade a pole, the mounted on the wall and the shower after can be moved up or down. This also applies to the high-ranked magnifying mirror. read more

I felt very well cared for. The whole staff was very friendly and attentive. The 5-course menu in the evening I enjoyed very much. It was excellent. Not too crowded, so you could also enjoy the dessert. A special compliment to the kitchen. For breakfast the different fresh breads and croissants I was greatly appreciated. read more

The hotel is recommended Chmapfèr Europe in a quiet, suitable for families sports hotel very pleasant. The staff is extremely friendly, the hotel was pretty good for customers that are appropriate and the price/performance ratio was right. We were-as for years-guests during our holidays, we were very satisfied and have booked again for next season. We make our winter break for a number of years in Hotel Europa in Champfèr and have always been satisfied. If there was anything to complain about, there are a few tables in the lounge at normal high which boards or evening games are possible. read more
