Concrete block the 70. the outside yuck, inside but also. Expired carpet in front of the bed with 'ways' -trace bathroom and window, ancient -tv and a bad picture, only network cable and no wi-fi (bad in the smartphone-life). In the rough it was clean. Breakfast with 19 Euro clearly overpriced and not used.
Per night cost a lot of money, but value is not.
Advantage : central location, short distances to the center and the u (city)-trains, directly opposite the Rathaus. read more

In fact, the hotel is very comfortable and well located with good staff and very nice breakfast. The decor in the rooms are a bit outdated, but it is not a serious obstacle. The hotel can be recommended both for business and for private recreation. read more

The hotel need a urgently renovation. This applies to at and out. The staff are competent and exceptionally friendly. The breakfast however is not acceptable. There are only vorgebackene rolls ( terrible taste) and the brown bread was only on one day for everyone. read more

Due to the many 'weak' reviews other guests, we were excited about the reality!
At check in they offered us as of course the possibility at, 3 room first zubesichtigen.
The room in the 6th floor, with a view of the 'new Rathaus ' we took. ( A upgrade for the cat.

We were with two other couples a weekend the Maschseefest. The hotel we had due to good price and best location booked. The reception was perfect. Could already at 11 o'clock into the room. The staff were super friendly and fulfilled also special requests. The hotel was very clean. The bar included drinks and service was very good. Bar closes however before 24 o'clock. Why white not a soul. All the equipment is very old. However
Didn't we do disturbing. The rooms were old and had no air conditioning. The poor rate of further recommendation in our opinion, not justified. ... So, if you don't new hotel need and a hotel in a good location and for the good price searches, need not have to worry about. read more

The Maritim Grand Hotel in Hannover with its betonfassade from the outside rather a cold impression. Inside it is however tastefully and comfortably furnished. The room furniture is somewhat older, however of good quality, so the overall impression not harmful. The bathroom is beautiful and even has a bath tub. The room had also a balcony with a great view on the old Rathaus. read more

Dear Travellers,
I was on business for a night in the hotel invited. Have paid nothing and me did not complain. But this hotel is in Hannover ( opposite the Rathhaus ) and not in the hinterland from Kazachstan! Four stars with the best will no more. I had in the hotel lunch and a breakfast, both without rebuke. The staff friendly and tried hard. A bit strange I found, that in a city-and business hotel at 24:00 o'clock the remaining 10 hotel guests from the hotel bar were thrown. 'we are now' a hotel with over 200 rooms. ... Bad luck I had my stay with the elevators. On two days was a review and all the guests had the personnel elevator use. With sensitive clothes you should each contact with the walls of this elevator definitely avoid. Inhabited I booked a room in the fourth floor. This is not for people with weak Imunsystem. The bed very clean, the walls in the room ( Structural/ wallpaper made of cloth) frightening dingy, carpet in certain places to the fabric expired. The bathroom really clean except for the ruined Türschaniere. Respect for tip: water once properly run forward leave. The first Qubikmeter was plentiful yellow.
In short: the house is difficult ageing, urgently in need of renovation.
I will be monitoring this house (voluntarily) no longer visit. read more

The Maritim Grand Hotel is located opposite the Rathaus, walking distance to Hanover city center away. The building holds, what it from the outside promises: a ageing comfort, the modernisation crying.
The rooms and Corridors are run-down, nevertheless but clean.
The breakfast buffet is varied, but there is large close and very loud atmosphere, if-as often-groups want to have breakfast.
For the price there is certainly a better choice in Hannover. read more

The rooms are very old, but still a relatively well maintained. Everywhere flashes the typical Martiom -brass of 80. Years. Thick carpets, but some hopelessly frayed are. A parking garage, so niedrg and dark is, like in the ghost train. additionally from the 2. Basement no lift more available, so one its luggage on stairs drag should. The room rate and the extra charges anyway not really cheap. And nevertheless: I give a' recommendable'! Why? - because I travel back in time to the 80. Years in Maritim Hannover simply likes. I know only a few hotels, the manage it ..., the lifestyle the 'Dallas' and' Denver clan 'time with their antiquated' Grand Hotel'-Bling-bling so directly experience and old memories back to get. read more

the room 816 was a bit strange: as soon as the heating in operation taken it was, started to burn and our eyes to tears. At night, when the heating house-has been shut down, heard on this phenomenon. I suspect, that are replacing wallpapers behind the heating, pollution free-are set. Also the breakfast with €19/person in any real value for loading money. read more

The Maritim Grand hotel Hannover works as a typical disk in the former East.
Emptang at the hotel is very good, the rest left much to be desired, clean room 544 dust, the Chair, on the worn, sat out and stained, not to think of peace, no soundproofing, you can hear every car, the beds were soft, shower only in the bathtub by entrance possible.
The room, on the front of the wall out Friedrich, was spacious, but dark (awful colors), unfriendly and dated. Have felt comfortable we us not, but for a night it was OK. Here a renovation ... would nearby.
The hotel was relatively central location, public transport are good to foot to reach. It has helped us unfamiliar competent. read more

In the Maritim Grand Hotel in Hannover you get what you pay for! From the exterior impression, easy ageing impression don't be fooled, because from the inside know that Maritim to impressive. The rooms are although not the largest, but pleasantly and comfortably furnished.
The environment of the hotel is wonderful with the directly opposite nearby, magnificent new Rathaus including maschteiche and maschsee and in just a few minutes you are right in the city center, where against all rumours life is lived to the fullest. read more

The room is very run down. You can close the doors/windows, for example, hardly. The room is very dated. The bathroom is very small and run down. Everything looked, like in a old hostel!
Positive was the helpfulness at the reception.
The hotel lives from the business, make it the 'must' , as to fair times the city is full.
The hotel is definitely not recommended! read more

The hotel makes me already outwardly a terrible impression. It is a grey Plattenbaukiste in erbarmungswürdigem condition. For business in the far Russia are not a patch so shabby building noticed in the upscale hotel segment. Only plus point here is the central location. The offer other hotels in Hannover but also!
The bad impression continues inside fort. Cloudy facilities from the Achtigern. Room in very bad condition. No significant spa facilities. Furthermore leaves the cleanliness very to desire. If you stay here for~ 90 euros per night descends must mentally deranged are.
