We had a really wonderful and very relaxed vacation. Four star the hotel has not quite, but it is surely in the upscale 3-star hotel. The food would have sometimes a bit tasteful can be, but it was ok. Especially to stress the friendliness and willingness to help all (!) Busy.
If you are for a few days a small hotel if, in the you feel comfortable, without demanding to be, we can Cala Gat highly recommend and could imagine, once again for a few days to come. read more

The hotel lies very quaint somewhat remote in a pine forest. A small sandy beach is about 200 meters away. Over the beach promenade one arrives in etwa 10 minutes away by foot or 2 minutes by car to the harbor and into town. The rooms, the balcony and the bathroom are very clean, the furnishings corresponds to the standard ( tv, safe, bathroom with shower). The waiters - partly German- very friendly and attentive. The guests are almost exclusively German in the middle age. Children are hardly to be found ( in any case during our stay in the ... November). The food is very tasty, the selection could a bit bigger his.
We were very comfortable in the hotel. The vacation was very relaxing, however is a rental car very recommendable, if you the island explore want. Since Cala Ratjada somewhat remote was from the main attractions Mallorca, we are in one week about 1000 kilometer dangers. Personally I was about 15. Times on the island. It is the hotel Cala Gat for certain among the top 3 in my previous accommodation. The value for money is also great ( in any case in the November)! read more

After a room changing ( the first was really very small and dark ) we got one in the 2nd floor. This was bright, had a nice view and was wonderful quiet. There during the 2 weeks also the weather -played, we had as requested a very relaxing and quiet vacation. The hotel is very good for couples in our age adequate. It lies somewhat outside, but if you bars and bustle to have wanted, it was over the street in 5 minutes at the port. On the wonderful promenade it takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes, since the detour ... over the beach take ( hotel lies somewhat higher). For 3 days we had a car rented and D a few wonderful excursions made. Mallorca has dreamlike landscapes, not to be missed. read more

We were already in October 2011 in the Cala Gat and would now after a year our experiences say: since January 2012 I have three mails with request for reservation of the room 218 or similar shipped, we had at the day of arrival our 40. Wedding anniversary. On arrival on 30-9-2012 we got than a room from the 80., that was so small as a single room. The safe cost for 11 days 23 Euro and Wi-Fi for one week 15 Euro, actually the today to the hotel standard. By the way, if you want to transfer rate of ... the modems the 80. Should spend this money, the location is everywhere WiFi free of charge. Three complaints on the ' Geschwindkeit ' didn't use it. The manager of the hotel had only as an answer, that we were the first with this problems are. There is nothing more to a.
The breakfast was unfortunately very one-sided, around 2 to 3 types of sausage and 2-3 sorts of cheese, eggs as fried eggs, scrambled eggs and cooked but unfortunately always the same, which after a week ( in 2 weeks stay) get bored. In the hotel Cala Gat it is a very well maintained, rather small and very quiet hotel in green location ( in a pine forest). Next door, there is no further hotel! Exclusively German speaking guests middle age and older. We had with half board booked. read more

Beautiful, small hotel, close to the center from Cala Ratjada and nevertheless in 5 minutes in the middle in the happening. Short on foot to the small, dreamlike Bay Cala Gat ( the Mojito the kiosk is recommendable). Of course not surprise, that the bay gets very crowded. However it is early enough there, you had free choice of possibilities to lie down. The hotel is completely Kinderungeeignet, which is great! The opportunity here of noise from kids belästig to be very small, at least in the low season, can in the high season not judge. Because we the hotel ... only with half board book, have then nevertheless from and to evening ate. Is surely not a culinary experience, but it is reasonable value for money nevertheless and is as an alternative to the but relatively expensive restaurants in the town (the sole Mio is recommendable) not to be underestimated. But only, as for us, the food on vacation a absolute need is. Breakfast is spick-and-span. What unfortunately with a very lots of hotels to complain about is: safe and internet is extra will be charged. Belonged for me nowadays actually a natural service for the guest. read more

Hotel lies on a hill in the middle of of a kieferwaldes very peaceful area, an oasis of relaxation, striking friendly and competent Servicexepersonal, excellent cuisine, very good food -offer, every day fresh fruit, meal times in the shaded free to be taken, room very clean and tidy, daily fresh bed linen and towels, good air conditioning, very friendly and helpful front desk, pool very clean, enough chairs available, these are very well maintained, for the children was missing however private wading pool, enough parking spaces, Bay approximately 5 minutes on foot, to Cala Ratjada about 10 minutes hike away. read more

The hotel is, in comparison to usual betonhochburgen with hundreds of rooms, a real gem secluded from hauptgetümmels. The hotel and it's facilities are very clean, even if the (although few ) ants in the bathroom disturbed. Since you are in southern was very seldom and furthermore in a pine forest is, you just have to expect something like. So maybe ameisenköderdose carry forward; o!
We booked half board and didn't regret it!
