Top location only couple minutes walk into town. The hotel is very large and nice. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. We had a lot of fun, the hotel has a amazing entertainment team. Food was fine. The swimming pool with the Wolf is amazing:-) ( inside is the disco, entrance from the Wolfsmaul :-) rooms were large enough and it was always clean made. We were very satisfied and go in September go back.:-) read more

Very good location, short ways to the city. Is located on a beautiful waterfront. Unfortunately no German speaking guests. Apart from that with all the services (food, service, and so on good. For a one time vacation during the off-season is, I can this hotel not recommended. Time apart from modest but loud evening entertainment it looks with the entertainment more than poor, so that there is a rather into town and the surrounding area attracts instead of the danse macabre in the hotel to live. The dishes do not offer real variety ( and with only a week vacation) and you can get from a fluke talk if you want to make a clean plates. Spoons are a rarity, so you in a' five star hotel on wooden sticks resort must. ...
You should be better always lock, since the staff after a short knock already in the room stands. The hotel complex does not load also straight for stay and displays that it still a lot to do before the peak season starts.
The spa area deserves the name at all. Such a bad Hamam I have never face ( and smell) get. All together no comfort atmosphere. To Kemer I travel anytime again gladly, but not to this hotel. read more

We were already 2010 in this hotel and because stay very pleased, we come back. The location to the beach is optimal, only by a small park. The rooms are big and clean. The food is very good and in a massive selection available. The waiters are all very friendly. The entertainment in the evening was however somewhat noisy and very poor. At the same time found a Congress Turkish post in the hotel instead, it was the volume in the dining room very high. We would the hotel but in any case because of its good price-performance -proportion ( ... in the pre-season) recommend. read more

We stayed in this hotel the birthday of my mother and for relaxation. It is a 5 star house and seminarhotel declared. Seminarhotel is true, the rest not. The first 4 days we had about 200 anzugsträger the service was tremendous. Post to as a conclusion approximately 50 children the school trip were. The whole pool area the whole time renovated. That means from 8 o'clock in the morning until 17 o'clock were tiles with a flex and with intermittent hammer blows processed. Beach chairs there were not, on demand at the front desk 'put it and take it on ... the beach' in english there was only through our discretion which in the park next to the hotel forecourt. The ordered and paid cake for birthday was forgotten and on demand still organized. For the food we were with the anzugsträgern on lukewarm until cold food line up. The quantity was ok, the quality was bad. Not peppered and mostly small gezaubertes Gulasch. Evenings the grill put on, with a longer waiting time on stylish wings. A waitress was very attentive and cleared the table like, quickly and smiling from, the other deeds rather reluctantly and only when you got up. There was also in this ' 5 star hotel just about 20 coffee spoons, alternatively splitternde holzrührstäbchen. Coffee sort especially bitter from the machine, the sometimes cleaned. The rooms were okay, but the best times behind itself. The entrance to the showers in the bathtub was so high, the you very carefully. Be had, at the handles and the water tap already the previous record, the. Were all loose. Also the cleaning of the rooms without water, the was probably turned off, went into utopian 2 minutes over. With a 50€ appearance at the front desk the bill of 8 €to settle was only hours later possible, because not could be. The bar, the alcoholic beverages convinience, was only in the basement, but a aufmerksamenfreundlichen barman served. Engin was our 2. friendly staff in this house. More service oriented staff, we have not found. The swimming pool was either many turkish postmen populated or then by the children. But we wanted those with the musty odor anyway not more baden. The best about this hotel is the location close to the sea and close proximity to really pretty place Kemer. The view from our balcony was really great. And the weather with during the day 26 degrees in the bright sun was great. But had the hotel little to do. Kemer, Turkey at this time of the year time and again, with pleasure, the hotel never never again. read more

Summa sumarum price-performance ratio was just about okay; family room had no door, was packed with sea and mountain views. Playground and children rooms were in! Bad condition... Animation team is only once in the evening with the children disco for children active... Service-very friendly and helpful-buffet selection could be improved-fitness room devices old and sometimes not working-sauna-Hammam and massage very good-pool basic but clean pool water too cold and dirty room were very shabby, carpet stained-beach unsuitable for small children-large pebbles... As we go back over the Turkish Opferfest drove, was the guest structure of course, the largest part of Turkish Middle Class, extended families (in the best sense!) and groups marked-so very pleasant. Also after feast it was not bad, the majority of the guests were Scandinavians. In the last year strongly represented Russians (the also okay were, the only way) were missing. The audience was therefore very pleasant.

Das Hotel hat sicherlich mal bessere Zeiten gesehen. Zur Reisezeit im Deezember war das Personal eher zurückhaltend. Das Essen entsprach den Sternen entsprechend eher dem eines 2 Sterne Hotels. Die Polllandschaft wird im Sommer sicherlich ansprechend sein. read more

Da ich von Weihnachten bis Neujahr dort war muss man natürlich in Bezug auf Animation, Pool und Kinderbetreuung Abstriche in Kauf nehmen. Es ist nun mal keine Badesaison mehr. In der Umgebung haben die Discos geschlossen, hat den Vorteil, dass man Abends in Ruhe draußen spazieren gehen kann. Die Geschäfte haben alle geöffnet und reißen sich praktisch um die relativ wenigen Gäste. Mit den gebuchten Ausflügen ist es ein Lotteriespiel, weil kurzfristig nach Anzahl der Anmeldungen entschieden wird, ob er stattfindet. Nun zum Hotel. Durch den großen Raum in der Mitte hat fast jedes Zimmer was von der Abendanimation in ... der Bar im Tiefgeschoss ist aber gegen 22.30 Uhr beendet. Die Animation war nicht besonders, aber wo soll man im Winter groß hin, wenn es ab 17 Uhr dunkel ist. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und täglich Handtuchwechsel. Der Fernseher hatte ein paar deutsche Programme aber zum Fernsehen brauche ich nicht dorthin zu fliegen. Die Flure sind alle mit Teppichboden ausgelegt und dort sieht man schon an vielen Stellen nicht mehr zu beseitigende Flecken. Mein Zimmer lag direkt nach vorn zur Meerseite und das Bad schien renoviert zu sein, Armaturen noch ohne grüne Stellen. Die Art, wie die Schürze vor der Wanne eingepasst und die Silikonfugen gesetzt wurden ist für 5 Sterne nicht würdig - aber nur ein optisches Problem. Im Restaurant war ein reichhaltiges Angebot mit teilweise wechselnden Hauptgerichten - es war eigentlich für alle Geschmacksrichtungen was dabei. Das Personal war manchmal etwas sehr schnell mit dem Abräumen der Teller und wenn man allein war, musste man aufpassen, dass zwischendurch nicht abgeräumt wurde und dann jemand anderes sich dort breitmachte - also immer was liegenlassen, was eindeutig zeigt hier kommt noch jemand wieder. Eine kleine Reklamation gabs gleich zu Anfang - der Safe auf dem Zimmer funktionierte nicht - Der Kofferträger versprach Abhilfe und schon nach 10 Minuten klingelte der Monteur - prima.
Im Winter ist der Wellnessbereich eines Hotels sehr wichtig. Im AI war die Benutzung von Hallenbad, Sauna und Fitnessraum enthalten. Der Fitnessraum machte einen ordentlichen Eindruck wurde von mir aber nicht benutzt. Das Hallenbad ist ebenfalls in ordentlichem Zustand und man erhält auch ein Badehandtuch für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes, eine Betreuung bzw. Aufsicht gibt es dort nicht - eher wichtig für Eltern mit Kidern. Der Bereich Hamam und Sauna ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Vorsicht vor den "Sonderangeboten" im Hotel für ein Komplettpaket mit Sauna, Hamam, Massage!! Dies wird den Neuankömmlingen gleich bei der ersten Besichtigung angedreht - kostet normal 80 Euro oder 65 Euro - hab da mehrere solcher Gespräche mit angehört und die Preise variierten gewaltig. Die Angebotspreise bei sofortiger Buchung lagen dann zwischen 49 und 55 Euro - wohlgemerkt für Hausgäste im eigenen Haus. Die Reiseleitungen bieten solche Pakete beim Begrüßungsgespräch dann außerhalb für 23 Euro (FTI) an und wenn man selbst durch Kemer läuft, bekommt man das Ganze für 12 Euro. Sauna und Hamamraum können ja eh bei AI kostenlos benutzt werden, die Steinbänke beim Hamam sind dann allerdings kalt.
Alles in allem ist das Hotel für den Winter empfehlenswert, dies zeigt allein schon der hohe Anteil von deutschen Rentnern, die schon seit Jahren immer wieder dort sind und bestätigten, das es bessere aber auch schlechtere Hotels in Kemer gibt. read more

Schade, in diesem Winter hat das Feiern im Hotel keinen Spaß gemacht, überall wurde gspart, besonders beim Essen, die Qualität ist nicht mehr gut, wir sind sehr sehr enttäuscht. Wir bekamen dieses Jahr nicht mal mehr kleine Löffel zum Eier essen, den Tee musste man selbst aus Kräutern oder sonstigen zubereiten, hatte aber keinen Sieb um ihn dann auch zu filtern. Das sind nur Keinihkeiten, aber all diese zusammen genommen hat das große Auswirkungen auf die zurückgegengene ges. Qualität des Hauses. Wir und unsere Freunde die wir immer dort zu Weihnachten immer getroffen haben, werden uns wohl ein neues Hotel ... suchen müssen.

Zimmer bereits nach 5 Jahren verwohnt, Personal auch an der Rezeption kann kein Deutsch sprechen, Essen am Buffet mmer das selbe. Absolut keine 5 Sterne verdient!!! Am Pool oft keiner an der Getränkeausgabe. AI Getränke immer die gleichen. Beim Essen oft kein Besteck. read more

Im grossen und ganzen ein schönes Hotel.Man darf halt im Bad nicht genauer hinsehen,is aber eben nicht Deutschland.Ansonsten sauber,Handtücher werden jeden Tag gewechselt und Bettwäsche jeden zweiten Tag.Essen sehr vielfältig,riesengrosses Buffet,draußen wurde teilweise gegrillt,frisches Obst,Eis,Torten Kuchen...verstehe die Leute nicht,die da noch meckern!!! read more
