The staff and owners were extremely helpful when I needed assistance in navigating the city or when I needed to translate some text. I was greeted very warmly every morning and found the staff very quick in assisting to any need I had come up. The hotel's location was in a very quiet neighborhood with very easy access to everyday needs. I would stay there again without any reservations. read more

We were from friday to sunday in this small guest house, almost directly at the subway - station 'schönhauser allee' is.
The traffic connections was really great; within a couple of minutes one is with the subway on Alexanderplatz and from the city tour start.
In the area the guesthouse, although not directly in the center, there are a lot of great restaurants and pubs, as well as a cinema directly opposite - it is really comfortable in the area, price all more than ok.
The guesthouse you enter from the street by a small glass door, framed by two ... large storefront shops. This area is also right in front of the breakfast room, which in the morning nice is prepared, means candles, clean, several small tables, silent music and small, but tasty buffet for only 5 Euro / all-you-can-eat.
The check in was okay, the young man at the front desk nice and accommodating; we also without any problems directly underground connections via internet picked out and expressed.
Our room was a door in a large old building, directly on the ground floor.
On the first glance clean, mini fridge, coffee machine respectively kettle and lcd - tv available. Bathroom super, toilet and shower even in a room separated from each other.
The mattress was very narrow (as double bed) and very soft, it was definitely not good.
Bed sheets seemed to us not changed, my mother had in the arm after the three days rash, this does not mean, however, that this definitely with the guesthouse to do-it is only noticeable.
Change of towels did not take place.
Apart from that evenings in the corridor properly which the matter and noisy, no idea, whether this normal hotel guest or guests the guesthouses were.
I personally would possibly again drive, my mother would be more for another hotel. read more

The hotel is in the price-performance ratio absolutely great. The rooms are very clean and tidy, the furnishing is very tastefully decorated and functional. One has everything, what one for a indulgence needs.
Breakfast was very varied and more than one for this price expect can.

The guesthouse's location is for a city break excellent. The distance to the next subway fraud approximately 100 meters. The design of the apartments for a guesthouse is absolutely sufficient. The kitchen was also fully equipped. The breakfast was for the calculated price really reasonable at night it was a bit noisy, what in a big city however is normal. Except for the rather ruppige dame during the check in the staff were friendly. Parking spaces are in the street given. Absolute surprise! We were even the suitcase to the room buoyed, super - friendly welcome. After w came with the location room not clearly, we got a private apartment, well equipped, large and comfortable. City Guesthouse in Berlin is located in the trendy area of prenzlauer Berg. To the Alexander Square with the subway, the directly opposite the guest house is in 5 minutes.
Totally great we found, that around the guesthouse numerous restaurants and bars were, the additionally fairly cheap and very good were.
The guesthouse is located therefore super central, one is very fast in Berlin-Mitte and great value for money.
The breakfast for Euro 5 is unbeatable! Fresh rolls, cold cuts, scrambled egg and so forth!

The front desk is located at the café in the main building. We were welcomed in a friendly manner and with many useful tips public transport supplies. Our double room lay in rear spar from, wonderful quiet and with its own small terrace. The room itself was a small fantastic, fresh and modern furnished, with lots of small comfort, how: plenty of storage space & storage, safe, fridge, Ceiling Fan, tea and coffee-Corner, the mattresses nice feast and there was plenty of bedding and pillows. In the bathroom it was-Presidente-cozily warm, the water also, everything very clean. A large shower ... hand towel would be however have been nice.
The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious and shortly after 8:00 we were in the morning in the café almost alone.
In short: very good value for money, individual accommodation among Berlin residents alike. We would gladly come again! read more

After we already in the morning in the hotel and our double room not cleaned was, we were given the friendly lady at the front desk a other room assigned, so as not to wait had to. The only small Downside is the lack of source of heat the shower in the bathroom. In the morning it is heating just a bit cold.

The service was always very nice and with typical Berlin snout. We were as a family in the December in the guest house. We really enjoyed it. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable freshly renovated. We had actually a double room with extra bed booked and without extra cost a 4-bed-room. This is what I call really service.
the area is fantastic, easy access to the transport and options for shopping. Park possibilities for free in front of the guest house. In short: we surely come back. Thank you very much for everything. read more

great guest house in perfect location. It is easy to get to the suburban train and subway or on foot in about 20 minutes at the Alex. Beautiful small cafes and shops all around.
earlier check-in and on the day of departure the suit is still leave not a problem, the very nice staff the suit-cases stores.
