Art Hotel^{(3 stars)}

The hotel has a good location in the heart of Varna, from here is easy to reach (shops, beach, restaurants, bars). My room was not perfect, for example the hangers in the bathroom and shower were broken out of the wall and chrome. Chipped the bathroom and the room were not properly clean and very shabby. The Internet worked in the first floor only sporadic. Breakfast does not exist, is however in the area to get cheap.
