My trip was not worth the money, the food was not fresh and there was a very small selection (leftovers from the day before). Furthermore, I probably the stomach. The staff was very rude and very pushy. The room was not properly cleaned, the bed was covered in hair. The bathroom had large stains, the outlets did not work I couldn't even my cell phone recharge:-(The balcony door was broken and the generators were very noisy at night, was impossible to sleep. read more

A vacation, I wish no! Worse, I have never experienced something like that. i don't know where to begin. You can get in the lobby and it smells already the complex completely everything is dirty they didn't know cleanliness! The rooms are disgusting. The first room we got was on the smell because of the flooding. On the walls was mold because of the damaged the toilet was dirty without end. then worked not! Bed sheets were dirty they have umtaschen but it was dirty again. The front desk was not very helpful. It was said that they are responsible ... is that the bed linen is dirty, but the customers, because the stains at the wash out more. what is the justification? On the walls are flies and mosquitoes off slaps and mold in the bathroom and balcony. beds are completely dirty and sheets were not changed as the explanatory memorandum of the workers looked clean and the linens were not changed the sheets! Sometime after the guide we have been given a second room was not much better. It smelled it wasn't that bad anymore, but the wall was broken. The hotel was formally definitely good but it looks that nobody alsob more care. the rooms dirty and infested with mold. first after several exchanges of the rooms we were given a decent, but that was also infested with mold ☹ Staff understood no German only few Russian. so far was the first time I stayed side and don't know whether the mosquitoes is normal but it was really a plague in the room the gardens are really nice, lots of palm trees, plants etc. The food was always the same and rather not calling. I had then 1 week ... long failure ☹ So rather not recommendable/ read more

Already 5x the location and never had such bad resided. The staff spoke neither German nor English. Room impossible to get good and clean, food always the same taste on dirty plates and dirty tablecloth, wine not to drink, the reatsaurant looked like poor canteen ( PLAYWOOD ON THE CEILING) always plenty of people and no free table, impossible to seat by the main swimming pool because of lack of free sunchairs.
No animation, generally dirty and noisy place not to rest. read more

Bad hotel, totally run-down, Verano no thanks.
Never again Verano Hotel.
Rooms and bathrooms are totally run-down and molded, under the shower you had to jump under the drops in order to get somewhat water and it doesnt matter when you wanted to take a shower, whether the water was ice cold or cooking hot.
Every day the same food. read more

The hotel is very nice, but very badly maintained. We were three people and we had a room that one could not fall for. The cleanliness was not good. When taking a shower do not use a lot of shampoo because the foam does not get off the hair. Towels were rarely provided. There were many blackouts and the temperature regulator did not function anymore. The hotel was absolutely over staffed (mainly with Russians). read more
