Big and spacious, television had only ProSieben and satellite. 1. otherwise totally soundproofed. One gebekommt everything with, whether from the corridor or of the pool or from the neighboring rooms. You really need a good night's sleep-otherwise as nothing at all.

The food was ok, for a 3 star hotel already really wide choice.

Very mixed. Some of the staff were genuinly endeavored and nice-see easy room change. However in the dining room one had the feeling, that nobody the service people was afraid, a bit more time to talk. I asked repeatedly a german employee after ausflugsitpps and this seemed very rushed and driven. Also at the front desk was just the ladies, the good german, very unfriendly and cool.

The entertainer was really a joke!. Well, soon the season is around, but nevertheless he deserves his money and he should do more, as still by the loungers creep-after the motto-no one wants to join in-so i am in my room and read newspapers. My son happy, the announced very low key to participate, but as only a girl still found-blew the entertainer from, instead of the anyway few children something something to do. At the end i had it only laugh. Otherwise there were except for a ping pong table nothing stylish in the hotel. The pool was mega cold and not to climb.

Unfortunately we had the first night in a room to the parking lot and on the street side to spend, where we the whole night to progress were to investigate, where the permanent motorgeheule of came, which alredy sleep. The room size is adequate, just a little spartan. In the bathroom kaumablagemöglichkeiten, although enough free wall surface available.

The food at the breakfast buffet was adequate, but could have been a bit more variety required. The evening buffet was offered daily variety and something for every taste.

Staff were always friendly and concerned. Used dishes were always cleared away quickly. All tables were occupied was at the entrance a short wait and the next free table immediately set The cleaning of the rooms was daily conscientiously accomplished without ever this to be disturbed.

Wonderfully located hotel, only by a street to the beach separately. Room with a partial view of the bay of Santa Ponsa. Only the immediate vicinity of one livemusikbaar at night is kaumzu bear. Over-loud music entangled itself in the hotel complex and in the rooms with poulblick. Daily until midnight! I

The ladies the room cleaning was all super nice. The cleaning of the rooms was very good. The size of the rooms was also good for 2 people, pool view is obviously better than the street (we had pool view). Safe was for a fee but okay, one could get bath-towels against bail and the was great.

The waiters (all ) in the restaurants was perfect friendly. We sat always gladly when diego! It was clean and neat. The food we did always found something. Was possibly not always our taste but we were always full! The was very good. Only the guests may also sometimes better behavior. What falls down remains beach chairs, can the other fuss! Some guests-impossible!

The staff was very nice. Some no speak german have did not bother us, we are also in Spain. We could always communicate with them somehow.

At the beach, as well as by the pool it was always clean. By the pool everything was cleaned. Entertainment in the hotel was great. Jeremy was perfect, lots of fun had! Federico, on the frosty guests watch out was perfect!

Over 200 rooms, state of the hotel very good, half board, everything was clean and alright, the nationality of the guests is no matter, the some guests not behave, is not at the hotel! We had a lot of fun!

Over the street and we were already at the beach, great! Shopping right nearby the hotel, stayed at the Daniela katztenberger the shop and café and had luck, she was just as. Excursion possibilities were also very good, but we have on own fist something. Good bus possibilities.

The rooms are pretty small held include but everything you on vacation needs. The only thing which missing was the fridge, but everyone knows beforehand if he the hotel bay. There is a safe (not used) and a very small tv with two german channels, ProSieben and satellite. 1 (but who wants to watch tv on vacation). The closet and the counter in the bathroom could be larger, everything else was adequate and clean. Now to the often described here soundproofing. It is really very badly soundproofed but not so the it was unbearable. It was also think not directly so on the walls, but the front door was a disaster. You heard the cleaning ladies morning when work began and if times at night a bit loud and drunk came home (came only once before) one heard the already. The you should improve, but as mentioned it was bearable and only disturbed little as long as you have a normal sleep. There our room to the right side in the town showed you hear the first week to zero the somewhat louder bars of the irish people, the door to the balcony was however relatively close, and you could comfortably sleep. Only quiet sitting on the balcony there was not so good.

There is a dining room in the hotel and a bar, the bar is to the lobby and to the pool now open. The dining room is unfortunately only inside and you can even after the breakfast not even a coffee with out to take the in the fresh air to approve. The dining room was actually large enough all to accommodate only once in the holiday period there we had to wait five minutes to get a table. The waiters are much endeavors everything clean to keep only rarely there was a plate of not 100% clean. The with the food is always a big issue. We found it now not completely so good, as the vegetables and all vegetarian food tasted very good, but the meat mostly nothing special was. The fish we can't say because we eat both no. In terms of choice could however nobody could complain. Breakfast is rather english 'style', but i have to say the best thing i ever abroad had. Itself the breads came almost to the familiar from home up. In addition there was always good grepes and eggs and bacon in all variants. What was missing were honey and nuogat cream. With a large water and a large beer was with 5,80 Euro %blank%. I think for a 3 star hotel the food was reasonable, one should only a little in the preparation of meat work.

Although we in one sunday already ten hours arrived in the morning was our room already free and equipped. The staff in the hotel is in general everywhere friendly and cautious. At the front desk all spoke english well and only one employee spoke german. The remaining employees did unfortunately hard with her english, but we could always communicate. There is a animator in the hotel the rather annoying and also really bad english spoke. We and the other guests use the few offers of their actually had never, tip to the hotel: you should the entertainment in this complex jump! Yes the entertainment in the hotel you can as already above mentioned rather than rag book. The pool is nicely arranged but quite small, since we always at the beach beach chairs was this but we only used it once. The beach in the bay santa ponca was is really very nice. Quite clear water and with the trees in the background beautiful (you can also beautifully in the shade the trees recover). There is almost no waves, as well as current and thus can wonderful to swim. It is therefore also for families with children recommendable, because he also beautifully flat. Beach chairs are very expensive for two beach chairs with umbrella you pay per day 13,50 Euro. Therefore tried you, as we, an alternative to find. Space for people who a couch is also more than enough available because the beach is not too crowded. There are three bars distributed at the beach where however was very expensive which is not bad, because the supermarket ' casa Pepe' directly at the beach and you can buy cheap. Only minus is that it at the beach no toilets for are free, only the at the beach bar and the costs right now 0,50 Euro. As a guest from the Playa de Majorca is the the problem, as you are in 2 minutes on the toilet. However, if you a hotel further away booked it was a stupid solution. There was a half beach free wi-fi front desk, as well as the McDonald's the directly next to the hotel is. We had the right side a room therefore we also front desk from two to into the room inside.

The playas de Majorca is a three-storey hotel in 'u' shape to the beach back was built. There is approximately 250 rooms, while most have a partial view of the ocean and a few directly to the sea there are built. Cleanliness and condition in and around the hotel are immaculate, except for the loudness the room, as you here already several times described. During our travels, beginning september, were the majority of the guests from Spain, the rest of the guests was a colorful mix. We booked half board, was possible but also breakfast or room only.

The location of the hotel in the town, as well as the location of the place for us were just spectacular. The hotel is in the middle of santa ponca was directly at the beach and is only by a small coastal road from it separately. At santa ponca was is actually for everyone which required. The right side of the village (from the beach from seen) is for people who want to experience something and it sometimes loud want. The left side of the town is rather quiet, and the further away you away from the center there will always be comfortable. There are shops directly in front of the hotel whereas the supermarket ' casa Pepe' especially recommendable is (there is really tasty sandwiches where even the price true). Maintenance gives it in the of any type, as i have already mentioned on the right side many pubs by irish besieged will also one or another disco. The other side of the town attracts with lots of small bars, mrs katzenberger and the king of Majorca have your bars at santa ponca was. Palma with the public bus in a good half hour to reach. As already described, we didn't the room get, the we booked. The view on a massive palm covering any view. The bathroom was okay. , however we asked us what a plug on the door of the bathroom to find had. The cleaning the room was ok. , except for the lack of bed sheets. The noise from the street was extremely ( arriving buses day and night, street musicians till about 23 hours and so on). On the balcony it smelled toilet.

We were already very often in Mallorca (3 and four star hotels with half board and also all inclusive without which we somehow have complained about-I was long on consider, if I am to speak), but what we in this hotel restaurant row exceeded by far everything before seen. Bread and rolls were rock-hard. Grilled beef was in reality meat in disguise consisting of bones, tendons and fat. I have the chef and the head waiter and received only the statement ' not understand'. The rice pudding was sour and remained even after instruction in the buffet. The omelets was from bags prepared and was luke warm. The juice machine delivered a transparent indefinable and smelly liquid. There was only one type of vegetables, the above warm and down still has been frozen. Fries were mushy and lukewarm. The sauces were without any taste. Boiled eggs had a green egg yolk and smelled strange. Yoghurt was 3 days available and disappeared. At the glasses were lippenstiftreste. After the 'benefit' from fischpaella we had to on the next day a pharmacy visit. We informed not only the head waiter, but also seldom present travel guide ( came twice the week for 20 minutes, because hardly German guests are present), the part of the problem knew. It changed but practically nothing and you could go eat out.

The staff are only conditionally friendly. Housekeepers speak only spanish. The waiters understand only partially English or a colleague, the help. The behavior of the staff at the front desk was unacceptable. If they persons on a problem destination (missing view of the sea, food, broken chip card) you get only the 8,50 Euro offer or the instruction, that you not understand would (also English).

The pool is clean. He was however a day without some instruction with a rotweißem band for the guests locked. The animator annoyed every day with a rifle and dartpfeilen. The majority of the guests participate bit of such actions. Best one goes at the beach.

The hotel deserves only 1 star. We had the half board and a room with lateral view of the sea booked. We received a room to the street with a view to a palm in 2 meters distance. On demand at the front desk offered us a room with sea view for 8,50 Euro a day. On instruction on our reservation one reacted with understanding. The employees at the reception ( unfriendly and aggressive) spoke fluent spanish, English only if you want it to be and German only a only lady very little. The food was a catastrophe. The bed linen was not changed ( the same stains on the pillows on arrival and day of departure). The rooms are badly soundproofed. The whole night you hear drunk English guests, and departing and from the street the buses and garbage trucks. The hotel allocation is circa aus 80% englishmen, 10% russians, 5% dutch and austrians and maximum 5% germans.

The hotel's location is good and centrally located. You have small distance to the beach, supermarket and restaurant. The is however the only positive about this hotel. The place is very on the English visitors. Right from the place English pubs and discos, where the whole night is celebrating. The left-hand side from the hotel seen is quiet and much pleasant.

So we make Mallorca only in three star hotels vacation. But I'have no other such a food. We are many a time outward meals, because nothing has promised. There are 2 types of meat and 2 fish dishes. 2 noudles with undefinable sauces. Fries, rice and a gemüsesorte, salads and 2 soups, as well as a Paella. The fish was almost always only cut into slices with skin and bones. The meat with bones in thin disks gemetzelt and advice or grilled. I erhäbe no high expectations however the food wasn't especially. Drinks must exit in the dining room be paid. Small beer 2.55 0,5 Euro liter water 2,30 Euro Cola 2,55 Euro. Wines 0.7 liter from 11€

The service was reasonable. The waiters were quick and accommodating. Some understood a little German, but with English everything was not a problem. Cleaning of the room was done well. However the cleaning staff catches in the morning at: o'clock on rampage to make. It is on the hallway meeting made in a volume as if it beside one to stand. The hotel is my opinion overrated. Hotel itself large and clean. Staff are friendly. Pool clean. Food average. To 90% with English occupied. The hotel is more than just noisy. The doors are from plywood and paperboard. You could exactly a curtain dorthinhängen. Then every room a connecting door to the next room. You can hear the neighbors as if it with in the room. It was awful especially if you English next door, the in the morning around 4.30 to come home and rioting power. 2 weeks little sleep. Our night every morning at: o'clock to end.

The hotel's location is good. Centrally located in Santa Ponsa. Out of the hotel and over the street and D one is at the beach. The beach is okay. Beautiful sand clear water. However 13,50 Euro for 2 loungers and a umbrella is an insolence. But this is now everywhere on Mallorca. At the Playa de Palma even 15,50 Euro. But the location Santa Ponsa is purely on English designed. There are almost only English pubs and restaurant, dementspreschend is also food and drink. The prices are higher. We were in Paguera there, everything was cheaper. katzenberger café ' is more like a garage with a terrace and the pub from drews is also not the hit. In both overpriced price. There is a German pub, the wildy'S. There, there are tasty cocktails. But what we did not know the its price still 10% sales tax on it without mentioning. As we were a bit very annoyed as the bill brought. Besides that reasonable.

For 2 persons more than enough. There are two beds (2 times 1 meter and 2 meters times about 1.50 meters) are not worn and very stable. Also under the bed was cleaned. The air conditioning is brilliant. The power so cold, that you'll freezes ( we were thrilled by the complex) the place in the bathroom is the bathtub than a bit too small side. As shelf space for cosmetic and so on there are merely a counter. Good thing is, that there is a safe (2,- Euro daily) with permutuation lock and no key is.

The breakfast was in an English style and really reasonable. There was bread, toast, rolls, sausage, cheese, jelly, eggs in many variations, sausage, bacon; yoghurt, muesli and fruit. Also coffee and tea there are plentiful. During dinner we had 10 days the feeling, that the kitchen unimaginative was. There was every 3 days exactly the same food. The dessert was always 3 sorts of mousse (strawberry, yoghurt and chocolate), wackepudding and canned fruit ) ice and one sort of pies.

The staff were essentially very friendly, however the young staff in the dining room 'went to the cellar to laugh'. A friendly ola or smile for the guest rare find. The front desk is very hard to help. However the only in English, but it is a simple, if you are not good English knowledge has. We had a problem with the door, because this was not automatically calculated in the door lock. Only the 2. caretaker (older and with more idea equipped man) could the problem after a week solve. The cleaning of the rooms takes place daily. We had nothing to complain.

The hotel and the rooms are in a flawless and clean state. We booked half board. The types of people are very mixed. There were except German also italians, very lots of spaniards, English, irish and also some russians in the hotel. The average age went from young to old. Also many families with small children were in the hotel.

The location at the beach is unique. Out from the hotel, over the street and already is one at the beach. However are the chairs and sunscreens with 4,50 Euro per piece now quite expensive. Also the young man the money kassiet is not the most friendly, these changes only, if it is a tip get ( own experience). The water was in September about 24 degrees and very clean ( blicktiefe: at least 2 meters). The shops and bars/ cafes start directly in front of the hotel.
