L'hôtel se trouve dans le centre de la ville. La plage était à 300 mètres environ de l'hôtel, mais cela dépend de la route qu'on va prendre. Les chambres sont très bien, mais elles sont mal insonorisées. Pour notre gout, la nourriture était complètement OK. Le personnel était bien sélectionné et très compétent même dans le restaurant. Il faut bien mentionner ici que la demi-pension est proposée au petit-déjeuner. On obtient une table qu'une heure après ton arrivée, le mieux, c'est d'y aller entre 18h15 et 19h45. Lors du petit-déjeuner, il y avait toujours des places ... libres. On peut recommander cet hôtel. read more

In the year 2011 thoroughly renovated, so everything was in good to very good condition. Guest structure during my stay in january 2013: mostly retirees and retirees, a few younger. In the summer that should be clearly different look. Catering: breakfast and half board. read more

    Standard room (number 522) not very big, for 2 people but adequate. Problematic could but the a bit small side closet are, at least for a stay in the winter, although warm clothes are accommodated to. Equipped with a double bed on wheels, which pros and cons in. Modern lcd tv on the wall with more than 14 international channels. Minibar only for a fee, i declined. Air conditioning also be used as a heating, worked well. Small, clean bathroom with usable hair dryer. But there is danger of flooding at showering, the (fixed) partition is a bit too narrow side. Occasionally was the water from the line either a bit too cool or too hot. The enough big balcony, furnished with two chairs and a small table (new), had a beautiful view of Palma and laterally on the sea!

    The dining room (in the 'basement') is a bit small side, so meals in the evening in 2 layers, the capacity for duration of the stay assigned, which i personally not very fancy. For breakfast empty. Quality and quantity not for 'gourmet', but adequate. Uneasy atmosphere, the hotel was fully booked.

    The service left hardly cause for the complaint, only one receptionist was sometimes a bit 'brusque'. One speaks german. The rooms-cleaning was different: very thorough, sometimes superficially.

    In the basement there is a small indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna. Big enough, if not too many people are present, water temperature about 25 degrees. Outdoor pool not heated, not too small, clean. Chairs in the outdoor area in good condition. Altogether left the pool area a good impression. In the large lobby with bar occasionally dance or show. By myself not taken into account, therefore evaluations not possible.

    To the beach maximum 10-15 minutes on foot. Transfer from the airport only 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the number of stops. In the proximity a larger supermarket with reasonable prices, as well as several restaurants, in the january were many still closed. Also the next bus stops within easy reach. The hotel is in a nice location on a hill, a few hotels in the immediate neighborhood, most of the rooms from the 4. floor beautiful views of the sea, Palma or the island! On one side of a small forest.

The hotel works on the first glance alright, on closer inspection but there is room for improvement in friendliness, service, helpfulness, cleanliness, food. The guests during our stay (20.10-27.10. 2012) were almost all from the german-speaking area. The average age moved from about 40 to the retirement age. Families with children were in this travel time rather the exception but also represented. The use the internet is clear the non-existing servicegedanken/services of the hotel again. For all of the guest stands for a fee a computer with internet access available. Wifi is in the whole hotel but also ... only for a fee available. There goes one better to the beach and uses a variety of free hotspots. read more

    Although the hotel at the end of october not anymore completely sold out was we after about 3-hour waiting period a rückwärtiges rooms (134) on of the kitchen received. The room is for two people adequate but it is missing clear of storage space or a small wardrobe on the wall to hang would have been beneficial. The balcony however, on this floor was very big. Air conditioning and heating worked perfectly. Safe and refrigerator were available, but not usable, since blocked. Neither at the front desk still in the reception area on were to find information about. The room was in normal condition according to the renovation before around 1 to 2 years. The state of the room on arrival was alright, however the cleaning of the rooms in the course of the week on the basics (bed and bath) limited. Us for example on the 2. day a little down, that was the day of departure next to the through shoes hereingetragenem dirt, various dust and wollmäusen still on the floor! The room was during the entire stay not vacuumed nor wiped! Soap, as well as the from the hotel available the bathroom/toiletries were the whole week on not replenished/supplemented.

    The restaurant is for the number of rooms actually too small, so must on two shifts will be. Cleaning and hygiene in the restaurant were okay. The selection of dishes is plentiful, but not very varied. In our case were the dishes almost always 70-80% identical. The kitchen style is in our opinion not typical for the country. Local food was only rarely offered. Furthermore is the quality in our opinion not a 4 star level. Most meals swim only in the oil, are hardly seasoned and very little taste. The tomatoes in the salad bar were usually still green. Lots of dishes were mostly very overcooked, the chicken inside usually still rare. By clearing the buffet counters already 45-30 minutes before closing time of the restaurant was the guests subliminal told you should watch that you the restaurant should leave. The choice at the breakfast buffet became from day to lower and the coffee from day to day less. It seemed to us in such a way, as if the inventories at end of the season be used up, and nothing more is bought in addition,.     We never have so unfriendly reception staff as in the Hotel Timor experienced! Enclosed examples: •at check in you got no information about the hotel, where for example the room or dining room is, to which meal time one has been assigned, when and for how long it breakfast... Without further voluntary declarations from the hotel you could only get the room key into your hand pressed. •on my please, whether the front desk upon the car rental because of the pick-up at the hotel calls could, i received an answer, that this is a personal matter and i should the payphone in the lobby use. •some employees the front desk were more with their personal cell phone and have therefore often not at all notice, that a guest of you wants. Even during the meeting with the guest was the cell phone from the hand laid out. •when checking out we were only the bill under the nose held, neither approval nor a good trip home. All staff understand and speak german. The waiter in the hotel were always friendly and nice The cleaning of the hotel was limited to the most necessary things, at least we have at any time of during our stay the cleaning staff seen, but in other hotels.

    Evening entertainment (music, show/entertainment ) in the hotel was regularly offered but not used by us. The hotel pool in the outdoor area was also at this time still open and there were always enough loungers available. The mentioned pool in the interior area more like a larger bathtub than a pool.     The hotel is close to the beach directly with the b04. You could use the exit at the pool is around 3 to 5 minutes walk directly at the beach, as well as right in the Megapark, Oberbayern, Bierkönig and so on Bus stops are also right nearby. There are shops %blank% directly at the beach (expensive), as well as in a supermarket behind the hotel.

Good hotel for small money. The staff are very friendly, the service in the restaurant was great. Who here nothing to meals finds it is your own fault. Very much selection, always changing and great arranged. The rooms are okay, balcony enough. One small downside was perhaps the first impression from the bathroom, everything there that you need and also quite again, only the cleaning lady could have been a bit thorough can be. Basically the hotel is but very recommendable. read more

Were with 3 women 50 to 60 years on the way. Had a suite on the 9th floor with a sea view and the entire bay from Palma. The 2 rooms were very spacious each with a balcony. Especially varied the offer in the restaurant. In the morning already sparkling wine for breakfast and a large the offer for fresh fruit. Evenings always the 4 different meat- respectively fish grilled and every day changing. Also the vegetables changed and were delicious prepared. Only disturbed us the uncomfortable Halle. Very loud and uncomfortable. Apart from that the wine was good and ... we would have liked to see more in the hotel anyway, if the quieter premises would have given. All together a successful short stay, bus to Palma goes in the immediate area. read more

For us was this hotel a gem and I can only recommend it. We will stay there in any case again have a vacation. Are safe details improved and with other details you have to stop arrange ( lifts). At the front desk is merely a woman of somewhat grumpy, otherwise everything was ok. in the dining room was a wonderful staff on the way, always friendly and dirty dishes as quickly as possible clearing. Drink prices are completely fine. Rooms are clean and spacious, as well as in the bathroom everything ok. read more

Was already more often in this hotel for longer or only a couple days, location good central and for malle quiet. Voted for 2013 already again (3 weeks) booked. Now was I in October only 3 days as for ausspannten. Palma City by bus quick reachable always great again.! read more

Was a great vacation with friends. Ideal location for evening excursion ions in Arenal (4 minutes to the mega park). The food is opposite other hotels very tasty and varied. We will definitely come back again. read more

The hotel surprised us really. It lies in a small, quiet side street near the getümmels and offer some rooms even view of the sea. We have booked half board and the selection of dishes positively surprised. It is definitely something for everyone! The staff were very friendly and many languages powerfully. Deduct it for the two much too small and slow elevators, which were often forever waited. Apart from that the hotel I can best knowledge and conscience to further-recommend! read more

Are the second time in the hotel descended and very satisfied. In the restaurant were all very friendly and accommodating, the head waiter were all heavily on the ball, the chefs and the food very good. Has the 4 star rating. Room and bathroom were always clean and carefully executed. A downside the 2 lifts ( too few). The evening entertainment was also ok. read more

Nice hotel. Unfortunately the night's sleep in the rooms above the merchandise delivery ( on all floors with paragraphs 18-22 ) evenings and in the morning from 5:00 A. M. by deliveries and consistently by a noisy compressor bother us. read more

An all-round successful stay in this well renovated hotel. Particular emphasis should be on the half board in büfettftform. Varied and very tasty. We have on the 10th floor with a approximately 30 meters² large roof terrace with a sofa set and 2 loungers ( everything new). read more

The hotel Timor features 10 floors with 240 rooms. Everything was renovated-even the foreign and pool area. The rooms are friendly and nicely furnished and are equipped with bathroom with a shower, balcony, satellite -tv- safe, telephone and air conditioning. We stayed in the 9th floor and a fantastic view to the Palma with lateral view of the sea. Already the entrance area seemed friendly, clean and very welcoming - to be comfortable evenly. During our -day stay were too many German, besides but also swiss guests in the hotel. The average age I appreciate on circa 45 years. read more

    The rooms are big enough. The furniture we really liked - modern style in the entire area. In addition to satellite -tv- telephone, hair dryer, air conditioning, safe was a mini bar in the room, which we didn't make use of. The room was always clean, the change of towels you could decide yourself when. We were really satisfied and had nothing to complain about!

    Also in the dining room there was a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The selection of dishes and drinks for us left nothing to the imagination. There were local, but also German dishes in buffet form. Both for breakfast, as well as during dinner meals were always freshly prepared, what you may also like a couple of minutes waited. The choice was so large, that we do not have everything to try. Great we also found the sparkling wine for breakfast. During our stay had a guest's birthday, the next to the chorus sparkling wine and a birthday cake got. At the prices for the beverages there are also nothing to complain about - in Germany one pays often more. Tip we are in a great atmosphere gladly.

    The service in this hotel is just top. In the past we have already some negative experiences made, but it is really nothing, what we could say something. No matter wether front desk, dining room, bar, cleaning, pool area - everybody was always friendly, accommodating and attentive. We had the impression, the conditions there is very good, which to the guests positive impact.

    Entertainment programs have in the hotel took place, in which we however did not participate. The pool area is newly remodeled - on a lot photos is the former pool to see. There is a pool bar, it is everywhere clean and the water is very clear. In the hotel there was next to a fitness room a indoor pool, the in the summer is closed.

    The hotel's location is quiet but central (balneario 4). Beach, entertainment- and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The airport is depending on location the room from the balcony to see, to be heard however nothing.

Four times we were in the Timor and are again very pleased been. Staff super nice and always approachable. There is a small downside and these are the two small and not always functioning lifts. The are somewhat outdated now! Everything else great nicely renovated. read more
