    The hotel is about 40 kilometer from the airport in Burgas; about 1 hour by the shuttle bus. The smallest beach of sozopol is right on the hotel. The next larger beach is located about 7 minutes walk through the 'shopping' away from the hotel. Around the hotel there are very many restaurants and shops. The historic part of sozopol you can from the hotel terrace from see and one runs about 10 minutes to get there. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, shops and, of course, archaeological and architectural sights.     The room was big enough. We were in the 2nd floor with a view of the sea. There were two chairs with a table on the balcony, and a revolving clothes dryer to dry. The sun has always behind the hotel tucked away. There were no showers, just a water tap, at which one the feet wash could. The beach was quite small, about 1 kilometer. Unfortunately everything was with seaweeds full and it was not so nice for swimming, which is why we also after kavatzi drove, where the water clear was.     Selena star is about kilometers away from Burgas airport, we have about 45 minutes on the bus used. The hotel lies really close to the sea! It is only through a small lawn and a beach promenade, where of course no cars drive, from the more separated. From the restaurant you can wonderful on the sea look! If one from the other side of the hotel out, you will be charged in the town. In my opinion, the hotel lies directly between new and old town! Ideal place for shopping, stroll and around the really wonderful old town to look at! A wechselbörse is dungefähr 20 meters away from the hotel. With a small small railroad you can for 2 leva to the wonderful beach after kavatzi drive, the two bays away. There is clearer water as to the beach in sozopol. Better beaches are about 3 kilometers away. There is however very good transport possibility ( direct Strolling course, costs 2 leva or 1 Euro per person). The food is in Bulgaria very cheap, for example lunch (3-course menu costs everywhere about 3 €per person). Of the center is about in 5 minutes on foot reachable - shopping, concerts, clubs and other entertainment possibilities free or very cheap available. In the hotel restaurant on a large terrace with beautiful view of the sea there is a lawn with a small playground. There is each evening the live music for parents played ... disco for the small guests organized. Our daughter was very love it and is every day it down. read more

We were this year to 4. Mal in the hotel 'Selena'. As in the past years, we had a double room with a view of the sea and only booked breakfast. The room and the furnishings matched our expectations. The hotel is nun 7 years in use, one notices of course Benutzungsschäden like for instance at the shower stalls, it should be repaired. In this house there are almost only non-smoking rooms, but on the balcony smoking, it pulls in the rooms, this is not pleasant. With the cleanliness and linen, there was as always in this hotel no complaints. ... The staff in the service and in the food area always very friendly, there was no language problems. The service with a lot of fruit was always sufficient the gastronomy of the hotel has it high standard as in recent years held, the prices are not much risen. You can for 12 Lewa (~ 6,00 Euro) for the evening at the buffet food participate. ( a good Schlechtwettervariante, the selection was extensive). We preferred the many eateries in the old and Neustadt of Sozopol used. Our Lieblingsgaststätten: 'windmill', ' Ksantana ' and' Orion'. The entertainers almost daily with changing themes ( Neptunfest, carnival, disco and so on) a free offer for children of the hotel and against a small payment also for other children organized. The city beach is only 50 meters away, every day it was cleaned. During our stay (24,06.-08.07. 2012) were extreme weather conditions, Mittagslufttemperaturen of 30 to degrees, water temperature 25 to degrees. There were thus relatively many not harmful seaweeds in the water. The hotel has a sun terrace with free beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as a small swimming pool ( deep 0.6/1,6 meters) Of the tour operator ( Alltours) a variety of tours offered. The quotes as the trips after nessebar, ' into the blue mountains',' country and people' (Strandscha-Gebirge) are advisable. Otherwise there are further offer, -trips with the windjammer ' royal Helena' ( Barkentine; length 54 meters! Built: 2009). A trip to nesebar or a tour in the bay of Sozopol are offered. Even this year from the tour operator no trips in the southern area of Sozopol offered, the also for Bulgarienkenner and Mietautomuffel are suitable. ( Zarewo, Achtopol, Sinemorez, Velka river, and so on) read more

The hotel is an oasis. View of the sea Bay and Sozopol 'as in the movie'. Note: Sea Side = = Balcony/North Side. Suitable hotel for Rollatorfahhrer. (LIFT) thick 'barons car' block handicapped fair access to the entrance of the hotel due to the wild park in no stopping area outside the door of the hotel. Travel agent/hotel owner should City/police. Guests should be more important agent, as celebrities for a night. read more

The fifth x we had at the hotel Selena in Sozopol spent our summer vacation. We were, as in previous years, very satisfied. Friendliness of the entire staff and cleanliness was always guaranteed, The kitchen with a country typical food is to be praised very much. A note to those who must be, in the month each year August is highest in the sea, sometimes more, sometimes less. This fact not bother us, if you don't like, should at this time no pure beach holiday schedule. Sozopol, we'll be back! read more

We were for the first time in Bulgaria and pleasantly surprised, that our idea of the hotel was exceeded. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly (multi-lingual). Our room had a view of the ocean (which was very nice) on the first floor. The food on the terrace (with view to the Bay and the sea) to itself. Unfortunately, the food was lukewarm, but otherwise very tasty. To the beach you only had to cross the Promenade and the water sport possibilities were there. Unfortunately during our stay was very much seaweeds education, what prompted us ... to prefer the pool, which, in turn, was very cold. Numerous restaurants, shops, and boutiques, etc. were in the immediate vicinity of the hotel (everything was within walking distance). The old town of Sozopol is also within walking distance, but the cobblestone, narrow streets a little more effort to be made. read more

It was our third vacation in the hotel 'Selena' and we were in the hotel 7x ' Villa list next door. As in the past years, we had booked a double room with view of the sea and breakfast. The room and facilities met our expectations. It is non-smoking rooms on request in this house. The cleanliness of the rooms and the laundry change was provided in this hotel no complaints. The staff in the service and the food was always very friendly, there was not. The breakfast offer with lots of fruit was always sufficient. There was no health ... problems. The transportation situation to and from the hotel has kept its high level as in the last few years, the prices are not much riesenburger. For lunch there are two menu offers a discount of 20% with and 10% discount for hotel guests. There was a change, you could go for twelve leva (~ 6.00 €) for those evening at the buffet food. (a good bad weather variant, the selection was extensive). We have used but rather to explore the many dining options in both the old and new town of Sozopol. Our favorite restaurants: 'windmill', 'Kasandra' and 'Orion'. Animateur inside the almost daily with changing themes (Neptune festival, Mardi Gras, disco and so on) a free offer for the children of the hotel and a small fee for other children. The city beach is only 50m away, it was cleaned every day. During our stay, there were hardly any seaweeds in the water. (21-23 °C temperature) The hotel also has a sun terrace with free pool chairs and umbrellas, as well as a small swimming pool (0.6/1.6 m deep) Tour operator (alltours) from a variety of tours. The quotes as the excursions to nessebar, blue mountains; country and people (beach cha-Mountains) are recommended. It was presented a new offer, with the sailboat rides 'Royal Helena ' (barks tine; length 54 meters! Year of construction: 2009). A trip to nessebar or a round of Sozopol in the bay were offered. Unfortunately, no trips were offered half day in the southern part of Sozopol, Bulgarienkenner Mietautomuffel for and are suitable. (Zarewo, Achtopol, Sinemorez, Velka-river, and so on) read more

We were in the middle/end of September 2010 Hotel Selena. Everything was perfect and we were very pleased. Breakfast and dinner on the terrace with a view of the sea (or the Bay) were top. Sozopol was very, very nice and tranquil. Unfortunately we had selected the wrong time-(from middle September to the beginning of October). In Sozopol to all shops and pubs/bars. The hotel Selena will definitely book here again but then start September. read more

Very friendly staff and it was cleaned the whole day in the hotel, so very clean. We recommend a room with a view of the sea. The restaurant with a large terrace facing the sea is just great; it was for us the best in Sozopol. But many other places can be very much recommended. To relax, for example, the 'Aloha' bar directly in front of the hotel; cold drinks, good music and a great view of the old town. We were completely satisfied. Price/performance ratio absolutely great. It was our first vacation in Bulgaria and will come back again. read more
