We were with the hotel, as well as with the staff particularly at the bar with Giovanni very satisfied. He has us always very fast and always with a smile on the lips our drinks served. He could speak very good German, so that we also with him well maintained could. Recommend the hotel we gladly further, simply because the good food, cleanliness and friendliness. read more

The hotel is good as mass hotel with little informal flair. The rooms are very spacious, also to the street acoustically well insulated. The bathroom is in comparison to the room small and with a shower equipped. The cleaning staff cleans partly superficial the rooms, the vacuum cleaner only weekly to use. The restaurant is velvet terrace generously furnished. The food is adequate, if the quality not great. The from other guests mentioned diarrhea and vomiting are also with us there have been, luckily we saved the expensive doctor. The cause was in the hotel silent, but also no support ... the affected offered. The staff are friendly and in principle helpful. The pools are for the physically challenged guests unsuitable, since no stairs available. read more

It is rather a smaller hotel and we are more cleanliness is desired. The vast proportion of nationalities were russians and other east europeans. The cleaning staff only superficially cleaned, because we have it getestet on striking are small pebbles on the carpet, and the 11 days none of these stones had been eliminated. read more

    The size of the rooms was already enough. The carpets showed after almost a year already larger signs of wear and tear (stains and löchert! ) Inden bathrooms showed the shower heads larger traces of rust and light mold by very poor cleaning! The baths are very small and have bad lighting for make up and shaving.

    Unfortunately, there was only 1 à-la-carte restaurant and i in the fish restaurant a poisoning closed and was 2 days flachgelegen! We were totally disappointed from the food, since 1st we more turkish specialities we had hoped and 2. were lots of dishes overcooked and boringly spiced! Everything very untypical for Turkey!

    My dear Giovanni you have forgotten us the vacation with your excellent service literally saved, because everything else was simply not acceptable The tables were very late cleared and the eastern european behaved, as belongs to them the world and have the staff downright ignored! The cleaning of the rooms was the last! We are now already very often in Turkey been, but for the relatively small hotel, we had expected more! A shame!

    The animation was not worth the money! In the hotel there was no internet! After a year there were already the rusty window frames at the swimming pool and the windows with a solution in badebtrieb cleaned? There were enough beach chairs, if you book early at the pool came!     The hotel is already somewhat to larger cities remotely and only by minibus or taxi. The transfer could without the awkward pause faster be achieved. The beach and the sea is directly at the hotel but unfortunately only pebble beach!

I was, after the negative descriptions on the russians, very surprised and relieved... We have lots of people met and with many russians uS beared... Very positively surprised. The hotel leaves nothing to be desired, everything clean, everything was nice. Only negative to report would be, is the disco in the basement. Here one could certainly a more beautiful atmosphere create. The hotel makes on the first glance a very good impression. On arrival from the design loved it. The welcoming at the reception is very friendly. We had a room on the top floor with lateral view of the sea. The size of the room is more than enough. Our room had a mini bar, what every day with nonalcoholic drinks restocked. Unfortunately was not bath tub, but only a shower available. This should however not a problem his, since the shower is very big. The beds are very comfortable and the mattresses very thick. The gastronomy can unfortunately much ... to be desired. The dining area is not air-conditioned and everything seemed quite chaotic. The waiters are totally overwhelmed. It is quite difficult to get a seat. The dishes and cutlery is often not clean. Times were glasses not properly cleaned. 3 days we have with vomiting and diarrhea in bed spend. I still bad, when I eating and drinking in the hotel think. The half hotel was with tea and zwieback on the way. Some guests had to even with the ambulance to the hospital. I was the 5. and last time in Turkey. So I have not yet seen. From the gastronomy the building not even three stars deserved. The design, the pools and the sea were the only beautiful of the vacation. The animation is maximum 3- klassig. Hopefully announce even more guests, it also so like us, so that future guests be warned. read more

Great designer hotel however the service and the quality of the dishes in the restaurant leave to be desired. Often, the dishes not really clean. The staff are completely overburdened. Lots of guests had stomach problems! The optical appearance deceives unfortunately! Rooms were but always very clean! Wouldn't book it again... read more

The hotel has our family fascinated by. The furnishing is very modern and each individual detail is suitably chosen. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Great was also evenings the entertaining show, as well as the afternoon by the pool. The swimming pool invited always for relaxing and the sun loungers were a dream! Our week is unfortunately soon, but we look forward more for our next holiday in qpremium resort. read more

All in all a very good hotel, that deserves it's 5 stars. Of course the staff nothing for the reckless and hard-drinking Russians. There should tour operator maybe the hotel management to instructions, the lots of guests from German speaking countries therefore Perhaps new destinations in future search. Staff in all areas polite, friendly and accommodating. Particular emphasis should be on the spa area of the hotel. Under the management of the touching and at all times addressable managing director guests will find a clean, professional spa with outstanding trained staff for. read more

Q premium is a outstanding hotel. Not only its great architecture impressed from the start, but also the entire area determined by the attention to detail. Everywhere there was very clean and it was the guest each desire from the eyes. The russian guests had to get used to but the one finds everywhere in Turkey. There was also a lot of german guests which very pleasant was. The ultra all-inclusive catering leaves really nothing to be desired. Even its own bakery had 24 hours open. You could not at all try everything, because it so much. read more

    We had originally booked a low cost room this was however a mistake. This rooms are to straßenseit the is very busy as you don't really quiet. You should when booking note. We then a normal room received with a view of the sea which very nice was. Minibar was included and was every day with Cola Fanta juice and water was replenished. Because the hotel is fairly new, everything was very attractive and clean.

    The food was really great. In the main restaurant there were every day a variety of salads, and a variety of warm and cold dishes. There is also a very nice beach bar, where lunch and in the afternoon also can be eaten. An own confectionery has 24 hours around the clock opened. A lobby bar with large terrace and shisha bar invite guests to linger.

    The whole staff was very friendly. Helpful if you were a bit of english speaks as not all speak german have. The cleaning ladies are real artists we had every day a super clean room and trendy decor. Over a small tip pleased in this house also the staff but that should be worth it. Even a small problem was taken care of immediately. Our tour guide on site was also a real sweetheart. A small shopping street, as well as a doctor every day locally was belonged likewise to the positive feedback.

    The complex features 4 pools one even with chairs manned is the right into the water positioned. Another pool is with two water slides laid out. At the main pool finds every day from around ten entertainment, the boys are really fun and there is something for everyone there. We liked it by the pool lederliegen gave, not the usual standárt plastic chairs, but really nice lederliegen to be comfortable. Looked also optically good. Towels at the beach and at the pool to that. You get my prior per person a card with you in the spa area against towels can be exchanged so if you want at every day also at the beach fresh towels.

    Orkucalar is a small place about 80 kilometers away from Antalya. The hotel has a direct entrance the sand pebble beach also very clean was. There were on-site water sports and excursions were offered. Taxi were close to the hotel and the popular Dolmuş brings in 30 minutes to Konakli and Alanya and the very good value for money.

A very nice hotel with a very good facilities. Very modäne pool area with Lederliegen and Ledersesssel etc. Sunbeds at the pool and the beach in sufficient number available ( hotel was fully booked). The beach area of the chairs to the sea only consisted of gravel. Also in the loungers area many rock, so other not recommendable is. Ultra all inclusive left nothing to be desired, the food in the hotel restaurant was the best which we in the last ten years in the 5 star area in Turkey offered to have gotten. All in all a successful vacation. read more

Only exception were the maids. Very friendly and helpful. Apart from that very negative, in particular the front desk: Unfriendly, rude and marked by complete Unkenntniss. Complex actually very beautiful, but due to stentorian animation ( probably to Russian guests) for relaxation not suitable. Merely at the beach it was not completely so loud, although not to be missed. This hotel never again! read more
