The size and the number of rooms as the brochure (olimar) described. You know, what one expects with over 300 rooms. Room clean, a bit shabby, but thoroughly is okay, if you see how lots of guests move forward. Breakfast was to us also okay. The buffet was sufficient, everything available. Guest structure very mixed (english, french, german). We felt at home read more

    Our room on the 3. floor was alright. The furniture is, as mentioned above, already a bit shabby, which did not disturb us however. Mini bar available, from us however also not used. Bathroom and toilet ok. On the first night it was in the room very warm, we then but over the air conditioning regulated get.

    The location is perfect for exploring the city. From the airport indicated äro shuttle were there straight times 20 minutes. Public transportation directly in front of the house (even the legendary line 28 stops right in front of the hotel). Everything, what you on foot want to explore, was perfect good from the hotel to reach. Very well arranged. Also good restaurants were nearby to find (maximum 5-10 minutes on foot).

The mundial is a large, very central good frequentiertes 4 star hotel. The hotel is located in a clean and very good condition. All age groups and nationalities were to be met. There was continental breakfast buffet with changing fruits and a diet buffet. read more

    There was two restaurants and two bars. We had a dinner (3-course menu ) in the restaurant veranda de lisboa inclusive, which very recommendable is. In marvelous atmosphere over the roofs of Lissabon we could us the food accompanied by local wines taste. It was local cuisine. The prices for the main courses were between 20 and 30 Euro. Cleanliness and hygiene were excellent, and the view through the large windows in the kitchen confirmed.

The hotel is located in direct proximity to station rossio with the trams and buses on praca figueira. The hotel is relatively big, has a restaurant that looks great over the city (from the 8. floor) and comfortable rooms. Our room was already getting old, but quite comfortable. Since it was fully booked, was only a twin room, a double room available for us. The breakfast buffet is extensive, the space in the breakfast room limited, that you might be on a table to wait. The staff is friendly and courteous. For a city break after Lissabon you can recommend. read more

A superior room booked, But not everything where superior tin, is also superior! Only, because the bathroom is somewhat larger and you a terrace it superior? In my opinion plays the furnishing also a role. And also the size of the room. A swivel chairs and 2 chairs with armrests are not what i when booking expected. Ok, other countries, other customs. -but schweineaufpreis! What the bathroom concerneth: 2 light bulbs in the ceiling spread like a twilight! The restaurant jardim mundial is not recommended. 8. small fries for the main course. The counted? The breakfast is ok, even if ... i had better in 4 star hotels had breakfast! The 2. restaurant on the 8. floor is recommendable. Attentive and good service, not comparable with the 'cheaper' jardim mundial. Postcards you should not at the front desk deliver, at least not unstamped. You pay for the stamps and even an extra charge, But the cards are never coming on! read more

Mega-hotel offers non-stop, excellent base for sightseeing. Only complaint was access to the internet. In the hotel room only over Vodafone; expensive (the cheapest 15 Euro for three days) and very slow, not I-pad suitable for mail call, in any case not on web. De. Access to the internet over hotel's own computers in lobby still more expensive. Fallback procedure is street bar space in front of the hotel with free access to the internet, however in the November there too cold. read more

All in all a lovely hotel and centrally located. Four star we would in Germany probably not forgive, but the cleanliness and that is the most important thing, as city tours anyway only for sleeping to the hotel comes. The hotel mundial is a large hotel but a very clean impression leaves, the guests were very international. We had booked accommodation with breakfast which good enough was. It has an underground car park in which you free parking. Great when you with the car comes as we. read more

    The rooms ( we were on the 7th floor with a balcony!) are large and very clean. However carpet with a good model. The beds were separately, some glad have, we do not. The only fault in our opinion. We had as mentioned balcony with great views.

    We only booked with breakfast and can to eat therefore nothing say. The breakfast is sufficient good but not outstanding. We were at the same time at the Algarve where the breakfast was much better, but as mentioned it is truly sufficient. The coffee is from vending machines like in Portugal usual, but surprisingly good. Jams, eggs, bacon, the usual. Cleanliness top and if you're lucky a table at the window. Recommendable is the roof terrace on the 9th floor. Evenings for a glass of wine or a drink definitely times go up and enjoy the view. Great!

    The reception staff were friendly, spoke German on arrival nobody, English wasn't a problem. The check in as well as check out smooth fast and uncomplicated. The rooms were excellent clean and even at breakfast it was always cleared away quickly.

    The hotel's location is unbeatable, so we booked it. Directly in front of the hotel is the station the electrico 28 you definitely even drive must. More details are also the porter.     The welcome in the hotel went without eye and personal speech with me as a guest. He took the hotel voucher spoke during his with a 'gentlemen', copied my passport and my credit card and gave me everything together with the room card and said when the breakfast on the first floor is. The hotel Mundial is very centrally located. The tram stop is almost directly in front of the hotel. The pedestrian precinct is a few minutes walk away. In our room in the 7th floor was the central location relatively quiet. Particular emphasis should be on the comfortable Rooftop bar in the 8th floor with a great view to the Castello, and the historic part. read more

The hotel is modern and in well-kept condition. Already the first impression is very positive ( lobby, front desk etc.). Guest structure - all nationalitären represented, average age during our stay from about 45 up. The hotel is quite large, works however not uncomfortable or sterile. read more

    Overall experience was good. The size and decor also. Room bright and friendly. We had a room the maritime moniz and could in the morning and evenings the hustle and bustle on the square.

    On the first evening we were in the 'varanda de lisboa', really nice, although the air conditioning something was set too cold. Plenty of staff available, for every handrail a waiter. Food was all right but not the clacker. The breakfast buffet actually contains everything (selection of sausage and cheese) for a respectable breakfast, otherwise every morning two different kinds of fresh fruits. You can also outside on the terrace breakfast, get the service a prepared tray, can at the buffet operate and everything after outside take. Was much comfortable as in the breakfast room. Merely the coffee ( comes from a machine) did not taste to me at all-is however no downside for breakfast.

    The location it cannot be topped. From the rossio from (here, the business centre, there is the lift etc.) it is only a couple of steps, just in the direction the castle walk, the capacity and cross direction praca da figueira (is actually behind the hotel and here also the E 15 after belem) or the maritime moniz. The stairway to the castle is also almost next to the hotel ( behind the stop e 28). On the maritime moniz there are some ' stalls' the a small selection at snacks and tasty cocktails offer. Here we have evenings always some sat, we found it here completely relaxed and yet entertaining (there were two evenings dj -music) Otherwise is here 'young and old' and it's not hectic as in the squares and streets in the center.

The known haus captivates with its unique good location in the lower center from Lissabon. Also ideal for Stadtwanderungen in every direction ( by tram directly in front of the hotel door). Beautiful, now also partly cultivators, square in front of the hotel door and full of life! Good for a 'Imperial'. read more
