Very Spartan, but for three nights enough. Good: size of the room was enough. Manually controlled air conditioning/heating. Restaurant and bar on the first floor. Hotel almost new. parking spaces/ Pass in front of the door, only at night when you park, you need in a parking garage for a fee. Bull ring and new street station in five minutes to reach. Encore is the budget-alternative to Incumbent Ramada hotel. The decor is basic, but clean and tasteful. The rooms do not have a wardrobe or mini-bar. That is a big flat screen TV-ready, next to the front desk also offers communications. The bathroom is small, but thought out and functional. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good for reasonable 9.95 GBP. The location near Bullring center and New Street Station (about 5 - 10 minutes walk) is ideal for a sightseeing and excursions.
