The size our room ( family room) was perfect we had two separate rooms in our large bedroom was also a large full bath, and the other room extra a toilet. And a small kitchenette.

There was a main restaurant and two wahlrestaurants. We were always in the main restaurant the food was always freshly prepared, and really something for everyone. Cleanliness and hygiene were immaculate.

The staff's hospitality was perfect, most could also speak German. Cleaning of the rooms was once on the day.

There were two pools, the were reasonable, unfortunately but there was nothing for children no slides etc.

The hotel is for my taste just perfect in terms of size. The complex is in a top condition. Also the rooms were really clean and every day it was cleaned. The food was every day a pleasure 2 times per week ppo a theme evening (Italian, bulgarian). The only thing which we missed was that there too few offers for children gave, no animation no mini disco or slides in the water. Maybe it but also because of the off-season.

Also the beach is on foot 2 minutes away. If evening a bit of action you have to only from the hotel and already one is in the middle in it in different shops, bars restaurants.

We had room on the 4 floor with a view of the sea, it was nice and big approximately 20 meters², but the furniture somewhat older but not run-down, the bathroom was also big enough with a large level shower, mini bar was there but empty. Air conditioning was very good and silent, the balcony was narrowly however therefor somewhat longer, 2 chairs and a small table from plastics no cushions, oh well. The room was clean but badly soundproofed. The tv was small and small flatgerät, just 4 German channels whereby ProSieben not synchronous was.

There was a main restaurant but like a cafeteria appeared and a themed restaurant, after notification could use it. The quality of the dishes for breakfast was good but not very good, everything you for breakfast need was available ( for English also). Every morning there was freshly scrambled eggs, fried egg, gek. Eggs, sausage, cheeses, muesli, fruit, jams and so on, the coffee however was not enjoyable. It was always much clean in the restaurant. The atmosphere was however like in a cafeteria, arrangement of the tables bad, the lighting much too bright and the terrace outside way too small, the dinner was always overcooked and not seasoned, the meat was dry, the pizza was the best that we ate. The pasta soft cooked, no typical bulgarian food in 1 week. Therefore we have the themed restaurant not used. The drink in all-inclusive was ok but for a Riu too bad.

The staff are normally very friendly and can also a little German, but with a little English you got also very good clear. The room was cleaned thoroughly and always very fast. Since we didn't complaints had, I could can't comment on that.

Sporting activities were available, but weren't used by us, the animation was very friendly, the disco was not bad, entertainment program in the evening was bad, although all hard-working. Shopping is on Sonnenstrand super good about 6 kilometer long possible in front of the hotel. The access to the internet was available, the room was very uncomfortable. The beach is great nice, as well as the pool. At the beach cost however 2 loungers and a umbrella 12 Euro on the day ( too expensive), showers at the beach does not exist. On one day there was the late afternoon jellyfish. Otherwise is the sea however really clean and warm.

The RIU Helios than Club hotel not too big however getting a bit old ( old carpet in the corridor and in the rooms, old pictures) To the cleanliness I can say it was in my eyes very much cleaned and also very clean. We had all-inclusive and were not very satisfied, more later. In September were too many older English in the hotel, a few Russian and German tourist.

The hotel is directly at the beach, only through the shopping street separated. The shuttle from the airport took 40 minutes, no noise from the planes, nessebar is about kilometers away and by bus for 50 cents per person 10 minutes away. Nessebar is worth seeing. Shop and food are from the hotel about minutes. Who in the evening however peace like, is in the hotel RIU Helios not in good hands, as all of the beach bars and discos to hear until early in the morning. The hotel's own disco closes at o'clock.

We had a room with a sea view in the 4th floor. Very recommendable! Air conditioning, fridge ( empty ), safe, telephone, tv, double bed, balcony with 2 chairs and table. Bath with a big shower. We were very satisfied, no mold, everything was clean!

There is a pool bar (10 until o'clock), the lobby bar (-23 hours) and the saloon bar (-24 hours). With the mixtures they always very well intentioned ;-) behind of the pool bar you could also drinks itself 'tap', the me but due to the few carbonic acid did not like. The breakfast (7.30-10 hours ) in the main restaurant we only 2 times used. Have mostly not managed from the springs to come. We were mostly at the breakfast for people who sleep in (10 until o'clock) on the adjoining terrace. This is however unfortunately only a fraction of choice' normal' breakfast. During dinner there are two different meal times, with arrival are to be communicated. In case these commitments should, can easily be exchanged. We had the second time from 8:30 P. M. and were very satisfied. The food is not comparable with the in Germany, but we have always something delicious edible found!

The staff were very friendly and had always a smile in the face. The rooms were cleaned daily. There was also a small gift of travel agency and hotel into the room. You were able to communicate almost everywhere in German, apart from that you could get by with English well.

We were just by the pool, directly at the pool bar. With the other on the back of the hotel was rather families with children, there was a small playground was. The loungers were mostly reserved with towels. Chairs and umbrellas by the pool free of charge, at the beach for a fee. The animation was not pushy. The team very friendly! Especially olympic day was a lot of fun! ( volleyball, soccer, table tennis, tennis, water aerobics, water polo, archery). A fitness room is available, which we didn't make use of. Evenings there was in the saloon bar always entertainment. From karaoke to live music, musicals...

The hotel has 5 floors, the with 4 lifts equipped. There are two pools. German were unfortunately in the minority. Many holidaymakers were England, Belgium. The age everything available from young to old.

From the airport in Burgas from ours was the 2. Hotel, the we'll book. The journey took approximately 30 to 40 minutes. The hotel is directly at the very fine sandy sandy beach. Only over the promenade the hotel is separated from the beach. On the promenade along only a few meters away from the hotel there were numerous (beach -) bars and shops strung end to end. Our tip: mexo bar ;-) Excursions we did not undertake. A aqua park there are in Nessebar.

The room was huge, more largely than we it from Kreta and Mallorca were used to. It was a double bed, what two pushed next to each other single beds stock. For a friendly couples was the rather sad, for my girlfriend and me, the only as friends were traveling, not a problem. There was a tv, dresser, closet, bathroom with a big shower, large washbasin and toilet, a really very large balcony. Everything was very clean, even the mattresses askance, this were very clean and even with fresh matratzenschonern-top!

There is a main restaurant in two meal times gives for dinner. It is really very much selection available. Big salad buffet, big desserts buffet, different types of meat, side dishes, snacks like pizza, pasta bar, always a roast freshly made, bread, olives, etc. Everything was very clean, I found positive that all chefs wearing gloves. The plates were from the waiter always cleared away immediately. I deduct a star that is why, because I found that the food altogether always a little bit underspiced was. We were however told that in Bulgaria generally a problem is, really good food would you search in vain. But that is really complain about of a high standard, the selection was really great and there were a selection of spices to improve ;-) Bars there are three piece: A salon bar, a lobby bar and a pool bar. So you had always something to drink.

The staff is really very friendly. All speak good German. Everybody was always very helpful and fulfilled every request. The bar personnel was also always very polite and always up for a joke. The rooms were always thoroughly cleaned, there were daily fresh towels. The entertainment team also for mood ensured, everyone was very friendly.

The entertainment team really all possible sport activities offered - soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, you could really everything, regardless of the animation team. Access to the internet is also available, either wi-fi or the internet room, half an hour cost 3 leva, about 1.60. There are also enough pcs available. There are two pools, a at the pool bar and a on the other side of the hotel, the somewhat quiet was. Loungers are sufficiently available!

The hotel comes from the outside plain over, is however truly amazing great. There are five floors, the rooms are all very tidy and clean, you found dirt in vain. Regardless in which area, it is always very often deseamed and is well maintained. You get all inclusive - breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch, late lunch/ snacks, dinner. With the drinks one has also a massive choice. Soft drinks, cocktails, all possible longdrinks with Wodka, whiskey, malibu and other variations, wine, beer, there is really something for everyone with.

The hotel is situated right at the sea, one must only from the gate out and stands already at the beach. The airport in Burgas is approximately 45 minutes out. Shops are numerous given, no matter which direction you the hotel left, everywhere are shops. Bars and restaurant there was also very many, there are also discos enough and one must at best 10 minutes walk to the disco to come the furthest away. On the promenade along there are also many beach bars, like for instance the luxury or the mexo. I found positive, that it at night in the rooms nevertheless was quiet and we could sleep well.

The rooms are big enough, but also ageing. For us were the mattresses too soft. The silicon joints in the bathroom were rusted, maybe there were there times problem. The room-safe was with 23€ for one week also quite expensive.

The food is the highlight of the hotel- a praise to the kitchen staff! Only the small have been completely forgotten. The dinner in 2 passages offered. We received from the reception the time of 20:30 until: o'clock -> very wise (?) divided for a small child. This shows again, that at the front desk not with heart and mind being worked on.

The staff's hospitality at the front desk is absolutely inadequate. We had the feeling, they feel a bit better. Wishes/ complaints were taken, but it was the women it should be noted, that you annoying and accordingly it was treated. We are with our child (19 months) to 9 hours journey and without sleep for him 10:30 A. M. in the hotel arrived. I asked, that room rather relate to us, so he can sleep. I have been told, that it was only from 1:00 P. M. (treaty) is possible, you want but see. 12:00 A. M. I inquired again and the auskunkft receive, it is ready. After 20 minutes I again asked, as it was called 15 minutes then I hotel boss requires. I immediately received, me but also 15 minutes to wait. The boss had no sympathy for my complaint and put a very unprofessional way to the day (no manager!) finally we could punctually 1:00 P. M. our room and our completely overtired child lay down. We have none even remotely a word of apology is!

We cannot judge, since we at the beach anyway. The water in the pool was too cold, from the reason one has, despite well booked hotel, only rarely someone in the pool seen. The loungers were from 6:00 with towels reserved.

The hotel has its best years already behind, not worth 4 stars. The average age fraud during our travels estimated 60 years. Too many it was guests from England ( about 70%) and estimated 20% from Germany. For infants it was not much, you simple way in the range of dishes on offer and drinks forget. Maybe even wanted, since this young guests additional cost (crib, etc.) and no money out.

The hotel's location is ok. You can reach everything on foot. The is however general on the Sonnenstrand sunday

The rooms were well-kept and large. There was a large bathroom with a toilet, big shower and a large washbasin with shelf space. In the closets was sufficient space around the things of four persons at the same time and the balcony was great and large. Only drawback: it was very noisy at night by the whole bars but around two or half three (at night) does it on. Otherwise is nearby a pharmacy in which you buy ear plugs can.

There was a main restaurant and two theme restaurants( asian and bulgarian). In the main restaurant there were in the morning, afternoons and evenings buffet. The food was very tasty and also diverse. There was for example for every meal time fruits and salads which one places oneself zusamestellen could. The drinks were good, for breakfast there were for example pineapple juice or orange juice. Of course there was also coffee with or without sugar and milk, dte gave it also, as well as hot milk and choco. Then about from midday there was also Pepsi, miranda and seven up, as well as beer and wine. In the restaurant it was always very clean and the chefs always had rubber gloves on. The atmosphere was relaxed, although always lots of people there it was not loud or hectic.

The staff were so friendly. Everybody was the whole day in a good mood, smiled and said each hello. Everyone could fairly good English and a little German. As mentioned the cleaning ladies make every day really good clean. Our towels are changed every day. In the hotel there was otherwise: massages, doctors, a fitness room, beauty saloon, and a portraitmaler so terrific good draw could, wow, the kids club was every day with two entertainers the what new to come up with the children to keep you occupied. Once I shower rod compromise (it is nothing happened) the reported immediately but it was repaired!

The pool was really clean and it each evening was checked and cleaned. By the pool there was a changing rooms the you could lock. The entertainers the almost everywhere walked were in a good mood and not pushy. , you fordeten people to play or competitions on. There was also almost every evening a mini disco for children and from around ten in the bar saloon always shows the fun and really great were. A wide range of sporting activities one ensured there was for example tennis, basketball or table tennis.

The complex is very large and well maintained. The rooms are bright and spacious and almost all have a balcony with nice view( street or beach, both nice). We also have very many modern seen. Wether English, french, russians or austrians. Everything for everyone. ; ) everything was also very clean every day came maids and made the room clean, if you tip( so it was with us in any case) we do a very nice figures from towels.

The RIU Helios has clearly the best location at all, because on the one side is the promenade where a lots of bars are (behind is right the beach, heavenly) and on the other side the town where you got everything! Otherwise are in the town also a few achtebahnen and carousel!

We had so-called deluxe room with a balcony. The rooms were quite large and the furniture consisted of an double bed, a couch, table, chest of drawers, large closet. Telephone and satellite -tv-was available. There was ARD, RTL, satellite. 1 and ProSieben. Air conditioning ran quite silent and pleasant. On the balcony there were 2 chairs and a small coffee table. The view from our room was in the direction another well maintained effective hotel and laterally once to the sea and once for shopping arranged. The condition is a 4 star hotel, but this we had a Riu-hotel simply expects. Noise was not an issue.

There is a big restaurant and a themed restaurant ( bulgarian/asian in the change), which we however didn't use it. We were always happy in' normal' restaurant. Only perhaps, that the coffee not our thing was. It was simple for us to 'grande'. The ambiance in the restaurant is quiet and the service staff are the weasel. Really a great team. The remainder have we already described, so that no further words need.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. German was always understood. The entertainment is probably in 7 languages. Both of our room daily and to our satisfaction cleaned. The rooms even were in a 4 star hotel appropriate condition. Nothing seemed really run-down and also the typical suspects mattresses were clean. Only negative point was the long waiting time on the day of arrival on our rooms at check in. We were at: hours in the hotel and could only after 5 hours in one of both of our room. The wasn't so great, although the treaty has failed.

The entertainment was very unobtrusive, but the total package. Water polo, soccer, volleyball, darts, quiz, water aerobics - and so on - the full cargo evenly. In the evening run kurzweilige topic evenings in one extra bar. To ruhestörendem noise it is not. There are 2 large pools. What a clean impression make. You can swim reasonably, as the pools really quite large. Chairs are itself abundant. The typical reserve the loungers also other nations inside, although this in the hotel was actually is prohibited. Unfortunately, the mostly these loungers not all day use. Some sun screens have the best days behind itself. The pool beach chairs are daily bereingt and bath-towels gives it from the hotel, the you daily changed. Super was, that on each couch a soft edition is. Every pool there is a shower facility with several einzelduschen. The beach, which itself in the immediate area for hbotel is, is not not in a very good condition. It could also a few residual waste the visitors in the sand be found. To 3 days of vacation was in sea water a solid algenansammlung recognizable. The rest of the days were the seaweeds only a few available. The chairs and screens at the beach you have a separate operator at the beach right royal pay. For this reason we have no beach chair use and our towels put in the sand. In the water it was anyway beautiful and the daily in the afternoon inserted 1 to 2 meters waves is already super.

From the outside not spectacular effective hotel, which however a lot of home values has. Hotel order and cleanliness were a four-star hotel just. All inclusive-benefits are rather model to describe. The food was varied, fresh and varied. Taste is not like at home, but this is not in another country expect it to be. Alltogether it was completely okay. We could everyday something other to take us, but with some other 4 stars hotel not standard. Daily changing dishes-noodles pizza, chicken, fish, beef, lamb pork, salads, potatoes and all this in different variations. -great- The guest structure you can as a pan-european call. Lots of russians and british, romanians, German, portuguese. The alterspektrum cannot be written. It ranges from babysitting to retirement age, what the atmosphere excellent.

Actually relatively quiet in beach area located. You go from the hotel, so you are already on the passage of Sonnenstrand. Possibilities for excursions are available, but we didn't use them. For younger audience there are nearby the usual party possibilities.
