Bayrische hof erlangen sounds like more than it is. I thought of a amazing hotel in a great location with luxury and comfort. The name promises yes but a lot. But it is rather a standard hotel around a luxury hotel. For the rooms there are different areas-the newer component is very nice and satisfactory. One is fast with the popular business addresses, but also quickly in the city center with shopping and nightlife. The restaurant is really recommendable, somewhat upscale price but very good cuisine. read more

Location of the hotel nearby the city. Room and bathroom were very small. Under the roof with many slanted and edges. In the bathroom for a large person very small- but clean. Unfortunately stop getting a bit old. Can unfortunately only this room rate. It is for certain the space was larger single room give. Breakfast very good. Great hotel, the one only recommend can! Clean, nice and quiet. The breakfast was more than enough and very good quality. Close proximity to city center is incredible. After work or a small walk one of the many restaurants. This business trip was very pleasant. read more

The location of the hotel is very good, everything in a short distance on foot. The room had a few complaints: the pillows are large, flat and without support function. There is no other than an Antiallgerikerkissen offerings. I got a tiny little as pillows! The air conditioning was later built into the room with an unpleasant hose zueklebtes through a hole in the window frames had, very privisorisch. The fixed shower you from the outside very difficult to the mountings. The bathroom appeared to be brand new, very clean. Bottom line: good hotel with excellent kitchen, only the room ... decor is improved. read more

Nice rooms and excellent restaurant!
The price of the room was adequate, but that was a deal of booking.

Both the wedding couple, as well as some of our wedding guests found the rooms very, very warm. The rooms were really clean, only the towels and the bed sheets had holes in them.
A highlight was the breakfast buffet, there was everything, that the heart desired; the service staff was very friendly.
Took some getting used to was the staff at the front desk. Although I stood before the wedding, we were congratulated not. At the check-out you the key to forget and some guests had to complain about their hotel bill, because the Hotel more than requested was ... originally agreed. The bills were then nevertheless.
A bonus of this hotel is the central location, which only paid off, if you have to visit. read more

Well located hotel close to the city (about a five minute. Footpath).
Friendly and attentive staff at the front desk.
The lobby offers plenty of space in order in the evening still time to enjoy a beer or wine.
The breakfast buffet offers something for every taste, eggs variations to order freshly prepared.
For a vacation with the family may not be the right Hotel, since many people on business trip the hotel. read more

Alone for the großartge food in the restaurant is worth a stay in the hotel. The joy is tempered only because of the very loud noise from the kitchen (dishwasher and dishes rattle). The wine was exceptionally good and attentive. The breakfast is served in a vaulted room and a great Parisian atmosphere. On the wall there is a flat screen tv, it runs NTV. Selection of the frst buffet huge. At the weekends is free parking in the courtyard. With the room we were completely satisfied, it was a non-smoking room and very quiet. Unfortunately the pillows are of ... very bad quality, no down, but clumpy foam-filling. The pedestrian area is just a few steps away. The staff was very friendly. We love to stay there again! read more

After my last stay at the Bayerischer Hof in gain more than two years ago was a real disappointment (see review of June 2007), I decided, in accordance with the note by a well-known, that in the meantime there has been renovated to car, a second attempt.
To make it short, it was actually something done the Bayerischer Hof. Instead of a brocade, in brown from the 70er guest rooms-years I could not in the same part of the hotel is a modern equipped rooms with new bathroom. The room is a small inner court convenient, with a view of ... the ventilation system, but very quiet therefor. The size of the room was not outstanding, but acceptable and appropriate for the new decor there was a flatscreen tv and it is certainly worth mentioning-free Internet access.
Otherwise must be noted, that the very good breakfast a further revaluation by the now has been renovated breakfast room.
