We were already very often in Lake Garda and were positively surprised, such a well run hotel in the first row to find. The whole complex was perfect-clean, the staff friendly, and that beginning october mostly pensioners to guest were, was the appointment only logical. read more

    We had a room with bathroom and soda-bath. The bathroom was brand new, modern, large and left nothing to be desired. The room was really big, our son slept on the couch, but a proper bed was. We had a kettle with tea bags and coffee in the room and a small refrigerator. If you something to complain about needs, the mini-fridge was really ugly, but that didn't bother us. The furnishing was, as the brochure.

    There is a bar with a terrace directly at the beach and a restaurant to top in the bar there was also the breakfast buffet, with free place space and wunschgetränken. Who wanted, could also in the open eat. Dinner there was on the top floor, with a salad buffet in advance, everything was right. But beware, we are not gourmets! The wine selection was good, some were at the end of the season not more available, we got but always a friendly alternative proposal.

    The staff were very friendly, all spoke good to very good german and/or english. Our room was always clean, also here no criticism.

    Nice indoor pool, although somewhat langeilig, bicycle rental, tennis court next door and above all two canoes, which we lend could without an extra charge. Specially our son loved it, although i don't know, if in the middle of summer two canoes sufficient. The lawn was very well-kept and there were comfortable beach chairs, not the standard white plastic, but beautiful. Umbrella and shower we start october no longer needed. Cosmetics, massages and sauna were also offered, we have but we didn't make use of it.

    The hotel lies directly at the lake, no ring road, the cross is, you along the boardwalk, at least one small shop is in the walking distance. As a starting point for desk ideal or just to relax.

We were unfortunately just for one night, on arrival we got an upgrade to a junior suite. Definitely in the hotel eat it costs 18€, for a stay of 3 days 10 €. There is a 3-course menu with outstanding Italian dishes. read more

    The hotel is centrally located to all locations and nevertheless nice and quiet for relaxation so perfect for rest. From our suite we could directly, on the very well maintained outdoor area Just 10 meters in the sea jump. :-) That was also our small Mia especially good pleased.

Hotel has some freshly renovated room, which in the price higher. Rooms with very thin walls. Backs of the chairs and laufgeräusche are strongly to be heard. Clean and with a beautiful beach. Always fight for the small number of parking spaces. Can with breakfast ( for Italian conditions good) and booked half board are. The food has us not more so tasty as the previous years read more

    Dining room on the 5 floor is furnished nicely. They have a fixed place and have the dishes in the morning preselect. Some made a pre-cooked impression. From our memory was this was not the case and everything tasted fresh.

    The staff are, in particular for breakfast, directed, restrictive the times to be respected. Holidayers have 1 minute after official end of the breakfast time the coffee and cake have to pay and I was a couple of minutes later, during the breakfast with wild words held a rolls from the buffet to take. At the later complaint we learned, instead of an apology, a another instruction. Empty on breakfast table you did not. The service prevents this and has to, which chair to use. These incidents are in my urlauberleben unprecedented.

We would definitely again the du lac and can recommend the hotel with a good conscience. The location right on the lake - simply wonderful! Also the easy going atmosphere, the good food, the clean rooms, the bicycle- and canoe, the promenade and so on! Alltogether it was a relaxed vacation with a mix of relax and swim ( bathing shoe would be practical!) and culture for example in Verona and Venedig. There is so lots to discover on Lake Garda, that a week just by far not enough! A small comment still: a fridge in the room would have ... been convenient. read more

    With the food we were satisfied. We missed however the fresh fruit salad in the morning, there was only one dose -fruit salad with a few fresh fruit, as well as whole grain rolls. The ambiance in the restaurant on the 5th floor we didn't like it too much. We would have the possibility, outside right on the lake evenings by candlelight to eat, great found!

It begins with the parking, free and available ( on Lake Garda not usual), then the man at the reception, Alessandro, son of the hotel, when I frequent traveler rarely a only nearly as friendly as competent husband at reception met (later I learned a young lady know, the also hard to beat was). The garden suite, spacious, nicely furnished and a short way to the water. The view from the restaurant on the Lake Garda is breathtaking. The breakfast is sufficient and for Italian standards almost opulent. You can sit in the café Pilar in green surroundings, just a ... few meters from the lake. Also here the staff is remarkably friendly. We have for the next year just booked again. read more

The du lac is exactly our expectations for a quiet family vacation with kind service. The Location is unique, since one right at the waterfront on a very well maintained Wiesenstrand suns, right next to hotel. As boat rider you had your boat from the beach always in the view! Anytime again a brilliant run hotel. Clean very quiet and the staff sharpened and the dishes delicious. The small garden section very well maintained, enough good loungers available. Expert massages. A must opposite la cantina the sapori a small store for olive oil, cheese and much more. read more

We have five wonderful days spent in this hotel. Who chill out, relax and unhitch would, is in the right place here. It starts with the breakfast on the outdoor terrace with a view of the lake and ends in the evening have a drink on one of the beautiful loungers on the lake. In between if you cooled off, the steps of the Privatstegs uses in the lake to swim and afterwards there will again be cuddly under the warm shower! For us it was the perfect relax vacation to a very good value for money. read more
