    Our room was very decorated up to date and tastefully decorated. Furniture and new decor! Friendly, spacious bright bathroom with a bath/ shower screen. The new flat screen tv which we didn't need it. Good, that i on this side expressed negativmeinungen former guests to the renovierungszustand no significant importance have. Our room had a spectacular sea view in shortest Possible distance to the beach. Every morning we have the Sunrise on our balcony enjoyed. For us it is a must, a room with seaview to book. You will every day rewarded.

    All-inclusive: varied food at several buffets, as well as complementary fresh preparation of fish and meat before the eyes of the guests. In our opinion there is something for everyone! Both food, as well as the beverages for self-service basis. Positive : in our opinion is the individual food much faster. The self-service our relaxation was not at all affected... ;-) A small point of criticism and a tip: The coffee machines for breakfast in terms of coffee not ideal. There is also in the at peak traffic jams on the few machines, since every coffee from the guests taken individually,. If you want a reasonable coffee would like, should in the machine the cup with 2 times espresso fill and then at the cereal-counter the unsweetened frischmisch get, since only at the machines, sweetened milk powder beigemengt is.

    In the adult area (access only with silver bracelet; not with blue family bracelet) is a well-equipped fitness room with several machines and 6 spinning bikes, as well as a spa area including sauna etc. Huge and beautiful pool landscape to swim. During our stay were not occupied beach chairs in the abundance available. The loungers are not more brand new and partly somewhat worn-but absolutely okay. Since enough were free, we could us each new covered pool chair. There our vacation mainly to soak up some sun, sea and beach enjoy thought was we are-also because of the beautiful weather (25-27 °c) to 100% satisfied.

Very nice immaculate hotel. 'good service, great food. Platinumbereich should you differently organize, as a 2-class and one from the spa and nudist area is excluded. For the plastic chairs would be the acquisition of cushions helpful. Otherwise we felt good in this hotel and will book it again any time. read more

Was once again great in the princess-the suite was great! Since one birthday we once bit more invested & booked a suite. Absolutely great inclusive Xbox for the cool morning to the early-morning exercise ☺ the pictures speak for themselves. If you complain about will in every hotel find something... Was a amazing short break. The in the all-inclusive offered drinks are except for the juices, which unfortunately out of the machines all just kind of instant drink are, fully take alright and always and everywhere enough available. It was a really great time. read more

A very lovely vacation in a hotel in the in any case in very good hands and a relaxed time spend can. The impression some previous reviews we cannot reconstruct at all and the building in any case recommend. Friendly employees, good service, clean and good designed room, delicious plentiful food with which each something will find, a great beach the directly from the hotel via some stairs reachable and is a altogether nice ambiance. Positive comments: a good adult-only area which one surely recommend, included a varied wellness area (massages gg an acceptable fee, free fitness room, sauna, turkish ..., nudist area). A chill-out bar with heated pool, comfortable furniture all in white, the loungers are too many like everywhere, some new copies were very good! Enough chairs there was however always. A special plus point is the open restaurant 'la choza' (late breakfast/lunch ) outside with a great view of the sea! You can every morning lovely outside breakfast. The drink selection is good, several coffee varieties were from the machine (but me close completely okay is), sodftgetränke Cola, Fanta etc. Original also from the automat to tap yourself, the was good! Only drawback with the drinks is the juice & cocktail selection (also unfortunately from the machines), this is certainly still too improve. But you can of course also cocktails subject to a charge purchase. The hotel is located somewhat away (about 5 kilometer) from Jandia, thus something quiet located. By taxi is for 7 € in Jandia, a bus stop is about 500 meters away. View of the sea one has very many rooms, at least in platinumbereich. The gardens are attractively laid out, very tidy and clean. Evenings you get twice a dinner (with live music) in a themed restaurant, once outside la choza, once inside el lagar, both to order. Both we can recommend, there was a full menu with different starters and desserts and various main courses to choose from. If you furthermore once again would like to book it costs 20 Euro. The renovation has the hotel seem to be very good done, so have at least some regular guests told. The hotel and his friendly staff one can silver was immaculate. read more

This hotel is distinguished by his very pleasant ambience. No 'Ballermann-mentality ' far and wide. For a relaxation- and beach vacation this is it! Promenades, bars or shops we didn't miss anything. If us afterwards was, we have a very nice course directly at the beach to Moro Jable (circa 45 minutes) made, then again in the peace and quiet and friendliness the ' princess' to escape. The worst reviews have in no way confirmed, we had a great vacation in the Jandia Princess. The staff members were friendly and helpful, the hotel is very well-kept with beautiful palms and plants, close proximity to sea unique, for the food there was always something, which tasted. The only point of criticism is the somewhat sterile atmosphere in the entrance area (when live music little possibilities dancing) and of the terrace with bar in the pool area. read more

After change very nice hotel. It is now on the complex a families- and a adult area (platinum - or blue armband). Perhaps very useful, when many kids were there, but also creates much mean blood by 2-class society, since the benefits differ. The buffet food is very plentiful, but often too cold and not seasoned. We were 3 times here and to have us always good, but we are now something new try it. read more

It was our first time staying in this hotel and after all the bad reviews pleasantly surprised. The Jandia Princess is a nice star hotel and has a beautifully landscaped garden and pool area. We had platinum and against this surcharge entsprechene amenities (use all spaces, also of the sauna, it was when booking important). This charge could any outside place to book. read more

    We had a beautiful room with a view of the sea. The rooms are modern and newly decorated and had a furnished balcony. There was a large flat screen tv, a safe, which one for a fee could use and a mini bar. Here we would have wished, that we in all-inclusive at least daily fresh water received. The bathroom was large enough and with a bath equipped. I had a make-up mirror and facial tissues were missing. Apart from that everything was available. For a fee i could bathrobe rent (1,50 Euro per day). We had an airco, the but unfortunately not on heating be moved could. At our time of year was it was sometimes quite chilly, so that you at least in the bathroom like a heating turned on had.

    There are two speciality restaurants and a buffet restaurant, as well as several bars, so that you always something to eat or drink. The quality of the dishes was for a 4 star house immaculate. There was afternoons and evenings always freshly prepared meat and fish, in addition vegetables, salads and side dishes. In the selection there were always nationaltypical courts as canarian potatoes and Paella. Those who do not like this, but other treats. In the restaurants and at the bars was the dishes and the tables always clean and attractive. The food was also for the beverages self-service.     The entire staff was without exception exceedingly friendly. They speak german at the reception, otherwise you could get by with english definitely further. The cleaning of the rooms is good, the staff in the restaurants and at the bars always on the happiness of the guests carefully.

    There were several pools on different levels, so the quantity of the guests not at all and everyone could at any time of the day free chairs (also in the shade) find.     The drive from the airport to the hotel takes depending upon the number of averages hotels about 1 hour. The hotel is located some kilometer outside of Jandia, you can but a nice walk in the town and for little money (8 €) again with the taxi back to the hotel. In the place there is the usual tourist shops and a nice beach promenade with restaurants and bars.

This hotel was the total handle to the toilet. The benefits, the beautiful hotel and the friendly staff were able to under the dash major flaws not flush. Taste does it from 23 o'clock, there is all-inclusive ended and you get at a charge good quality. We have already been in this hotel frequently. The renovation deed the hotel good. If one of the absolute tasteless seating it's expense. It was to summarize cold white. It was so cold that you evenings outside, not to sit. The coco loco bar was formerly so full, that you in 3. rows at the tresen had to wait. Today were only 3 guests the best time there. Everything was tasteless and cold. The dining room was also not better furnished. You had to get through the tables durchdrängen. Unfortunately compensated the food these lack not. The furnishing and the ... food were found absolutely disgusting. The it better is showed on 1 christmas day. All the very best. You should also not in the wine there. The worst was, that the main building on every corner after sch. Smelled. The odor was intolerable. The good about the hotel was the it zones gave, where you in peace relax. Children must rage, also on vacation. They have a huge pool. But there is also guests the have no children and Should also on vacation relax. There is then the silberband. You had a very small pool, however you heard the children not, the really could have fun. Well solved. This can be also be reserved at location. The better coffee there was then also still. For 10 €more, there were still the black band. This could also markenalkoholiker get. A wonderful experience was also the open air restaurant the only by a flight of stairs separated from the beach was. As to relax was great. If the food would not have been. We love the hotel due to its situation and also because of the nice hotel, even if it (probably because of the economic crisis in Spain) somewhat decreased. We have been the 2. time there and would go there again (and we travel usually not a 2 time on the same resort). read more

The hotel complex is just amazing and contrary to all reviews the vacation was pure relaxation. The view of the hotel on the sea and the beach are incredibly the whole hotel by palm trees and a beautiful vegetation to a place, where you just feel welcome. The offer the breakfast and the lunch is great, the drinks are completely reasonable. The dinner in buffet form could however at taste win. Recommendable is the reservation of the 'platinum range', since you then additional amenities must. Dielses hotel is less a family hotel the guests mostly come from Germany or England. ... The average age is roughly with 55 years. If you from the stress of everyday life and no party, is in this hotel with the friendliest staff in good hands. You don't need Karibik, if you in this hotel holiday. read more

    Size of the rooms fit, are echtschön made. About the cleaning the maid service there is still air upward, if you as a little care, or even 1-2 people will be shut down, it worked better... But - it was clean!

    The food was great, who finds here nothing is even debt! This notorious nörgler gives it ' leider'überall -this should then also stay at home! The kitchen staff was always friendly and everything is fresh- even half plates are brought back to hot and fresh products to get, constantly is someone there and cleaning the people afterwards... Amazing - keep up the good work!

    The staff is very friendly and courteous, something unfavorable to write, would be an isolence! The resort is really the butt for their guests. I would particularly like to highlight definitely eduardo the service, so what i have ever experienced, courteous, nice and attentive. Eduardo is deaf, compliment to the hotel, the it people with disabilities a chance - keep up the good work!

In december 2012 we were on our summer holidays were very looking forward and were very dissapointed. On the first morning we were looking forward to our breakfast and had to state with frightening that it horrible was. Very unappealing displayed the taste if you may say so under all sow. Everything tasted as wadding after nothing simple. Us was duration bad. My son has decreased because 14 days only rolls -fries or pizza without any taste. Caustic! The complex very nice but not compensated for bad food. Evenings the food was even worse! And the worst we found the ... two classes company. Families have no adults %blank%! There were two colours all inclusive wristband. Family blue and arises silver. This should man at different pools not drink or hang out there. If it but wanted you had to the silberband locality. Then it was. But important when you are as a family the dinner on the sun terrace, revenue wanted you had to ponying up. And the child should not with. Children frienly any it not at all! read more

We have our winter break planned in this hotel, since we had read, that this hotel recently rebuilt. When we arrived, we could over an hour for our bags wait. Also was the sofa-bed, on which our daughter nächtigen should, in no kind and lawn acceptable. Here one had the springs in the back. With the opening of the window was a cockroach contrary to. (in were countries happen) We picked up our bags then in the lobby itself and informed the front desk. Answer: the sofa bed were just all right, why did the cockroach because disposed and not ... and their bags were already still older. Na welcome! After much we got then a new mattress for our daughter. This was soaking wet and had to be changed. The first coffee on the very nice bistroterrasse we notice then, that us only one topic gave: the conditions in this hotel. During dinner became us also clearly why. Food and drink were an outrage! When we the director asked, what the chef because of working life, (we believe landscaper) gave on, that currently unfortunately no good cooks were available! Also we were allowed the on the complex the 'adult area' do not enter. In the catalog, that fitness and sauna present his, you can however only against an extra charge to book. Then you get a silver bracelet. If you decent drinks like, costs again extra and you get a black wristband. Also here we tried, the Alltours in the catalog and we'd booked, to call in. Statement of the hotel: yes, Alltours the wrong in the catalog, you have the money then stop in Alltours repeat! The staff were completely understaffed and rude. Bathroom was not renovated. Mold, broken tiles repaired pool. Glasses were 3 days on the rooms is possible, trash in the bathroom, in which several were, was after complaining then the 4. days emptied. The audience left from new year's eve suddenly to be desired. Here arrived in droves proletaria a. Since the tour operator 'Alltours' to date in terms of our complaint not to us announced has, we will take the matter up to our lawyer requested. Even if the complex is very beautifully convenient, we can not recommend this hotel and only from a holiday to warn! read more
