Very many scandinavian families with children used. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at the top of the hill, but if you don't to the beach want to run, the shuttle buses use. The kitchen in the all inclusive hotel is very diverse with changing mottoabendenden. It's good value for money. read more

Big hotel with very many families with children, very suitable for children. Condition of the hotel is okay, however the cleanliness not. The rooms are by the size ok, but very badly cleaned. Refrigerator and hair dryer are available, however no air conditioning. The majority of the guests come from Scandinavia and England, but didn't bother us. Internet in the hotel very expensive with 7 € per day read more

    2 restaurant and 2 meal times, breakfast wasn't so great However the dinner was really great and also in the 24 december and 31-12-12 a good buffet offered The lunch was but unfortunately disgraceful, there was 2 weeks long each noon to fries, hamburgers, Hot Dog and nasty pasta at the pool bar. Also the beverages at the pool bar were very bad, beer and wine were watered down, spirits the last hooch, so the cheapest from cheap. There the shows in the evening at the pool bar took place you had to also evening the rather inferior drinks bear and then also in the evening in the plastic cups. No way, during the day by the pool are plastic cups okay, but in the evening.

    Hotel is at the top on the mountain, it was in december evenings it was very cold and drafty. There are with a fantastic view on valley and on the sea, we have the new years fireworks from our room much. Taxi rank directly next to the hotel. Without a car the hotel i would do not book, over 500 steps to the beach!

For a 3 star hotel ok. To our apartment room (2...) We had to get 3 times lift. The rooms are really big, living room with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The condition our room is ok and was cleaned regularly. The towels were every 2 days changed. We had booked all inclusive. The television we didn't use. The safe cost for 2 weeks 20,00 Euro. While we were there, there were especially scandinavians, english and dutch with lots of children in the hotel whereby we a average age bad estimate can. read more

    Size condition/equipment see hotel general. The size and cleanliness of toilet and bath are okay. The balcony is huge 4 chairs round table and 2 beach chairs.

    2 restaurants and a pool bar, as well as a coffee bar in the hotel the but unfortunately not was open which especially in the evening bad is, since it was quite cool. The breakfast is ok except for the coffee. We always had lunch in the restaurant eaten, which was okay, the food at the pool bar is not our thing. The dinner tasted very good to us and there were different meat and fish dishes, really great buffet. The beverages water, beer ok, wine with drawbacks but once a cognac or Wodka that is unacceptable cheaper petrol. The tables and cover with a damp cloth wiped something seedy strip is created. New year's eve gave it in the evening.

    The staff is quite friendly and tried hard but it is hardly a german but very good english and we managed. The cleaning of the rooms is ok as described above. Additional services we didn't use and had no complaints whatsoever.

    Very good child animation and play facilities for children and adults (billiards, pinball, etc. Sandbox). The pools were too cold, since not heated. But it smelled strongly of chlorine. There was enough chairs and sun screens.

    The beach can one over stairs (about 700 steps) to reach. Beach chairs and umbrella, there is for a fee. In town Puerto Rico there are plenty of shops and restaurants it is also a supermarket right on the hotel. We had during our travel line 3 excursions and were directly from the hotel picked up. In front of the hotel is a bus stop and a taxi rank. A drive to the beach costs circa 3,00 Euro. A boat to Puerto Mogan 10,00 Euro per person, here is the friday always market and therefore crowded around the town and the area to enjoy you should rent a other day select.

It is rather simple, but for a one time vacation on the canary Islands good hotel with apartment-rooms, the also (as on some pictures to recognize ) with a small kitchen ( fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, stove) equipped. The rooms were except tuesdays and sundays always cleaned. The rooms were clean. We had booked all inclusive and were very satisfied. As nationalities were especially English and scandinavians guests. The average age I would 40 years will appreciate. read more

    For 4 persons the rooms are more than enough ( one sleeps actually only in it). As already described and safe and telephone ( for the safe you have to however pay! 9 days 12 Euro A mini bar there was not, but also not is bad, because one the whole day to get a drink. Off course the rooms are not new anymore, but because of the sea breezes are not destroyed, as often described here.

    A restaurant was and a pool bar. Whereby the dinner two 'strata' spread over. In the towns themselves there is obviously many pub's respectively restaurants. The food was very varied and even for our very sensitive daughter was always something for everyone. If someone the food was too cold, there was always a microwave ready. The food is in this hotel as a buffet arranged and again and again refilled. The staff cleared very quickly the tables from. Sometimes must a essenspause on plates detention, otherwise he way :-) nevertheless very nice, for us German but took some getting used to. Haribo-article one should not in the shop to buy, there costs 200 g bags 2,95 Euro or more...

    The staff were always friendly. The foreign languages skills are with the staff rather English (we have nevertheless everything gotten which we wanted). The cleaning of the rooms was as already described above, very good and a grain of sand from the beach left is not bad! At home we find but also not always everything right! There was a self-service laundry service which we however didn't need and thus also nothing about it can say. In Puerto Rico there was also German speaking doctors (which we luckily also not needed and thus also nothing about the real knowledge of German report). Every day there was the entertainment different care for the little ones ( around 4 to 10 years) Complaints were very taken serious and very fast fixed ( our tv had no sound and we got within an hour a fully new device!) - however you for RTL, satellite. 1 etc. Fees pay 8 days 18,00 Euro.

    Because the August there really is very hot, came for us sporting activities not at all of the question, but there is an on-site tennis court. The animation was also great, and for the little ones was always something offered. Shops there were directly in front of the hotel in the supermarket or then in Puerto Rico) access to the internet was also available with a wi-fi corner and various computer's. The beach was very nice and the loungers and sun screens affordable. The sand was clean. The loungers in the hotel were far before breakfast occupied, but it was still loungers. Protection from the sun you should at home bring your own, as there are quite expensive-average 18:00 €.

    The beach is from the hotel over stairs (706 steps ) ;-) to reach. Down at the beach it is not not a problem, high one comes already into the sweat, but a taxi costs circa 3,50 Euro. So not the world! Activities you have very many, where several however only reachable by bus are. But after all, you are on vacation:-), we were in the palmitos park and at the aqua-country in Maspalomas, as well as at the dunes there. Otherwise we are in mogàn U-boat. Very recommendable. Catamaran drive for the dolphin-safari is only for the hard, as the catamaran unlike a boat on the water patscht, yet a very large Übelkeitsgefühl all event...

    The apartments respectively bungalows are equipped with two rooms living -sleeping area with a kitchen, fully equipped. And separate bedroom with bath, it is for four persons oK, but could a bit bigger his. The balcony was large and had four chairs with a table and two sun loungers, otherwise there are the possibility on a available clothes line a few small things hanging space.

    There are about 30 to 50 meters distance from the hotel a staircase with 700 steps, the to the beach leads, you need about 15 minutes there is also the possibility with the taxi to drive, the costs 3,00 Euro. A supermarket is right on the hotel, but also in the area there are other options for shopping or eat out. After reading the reviews some guests were we with mixed feelings on vacation started. Locally we were then pleasantly surprised. So a 3 star hotel can only be recommended. The hotel was mainly with scandinavian families occupied. Nevertheless it was pleasantly quiet (probably is because of the education). Approximately 15 minutes walk to the town or beach we very good food always enjoyed it. Back is but a taxi recommended (2,5 to 3 euros). It only bothered us, that the hotel bar in the main building not opened. At night so you could only in wärmender clothing at the ... varied entertainment at the pool bar participate. The pool area: there were always at least two beach chairs without place anytime. Of the two pools was an increasingly heated. We were very satisfied. read more

Puerto Azul would stay there again. The hotel area was better as has been described. Travel otherwise mostly in four/five stars Iberostar areas, are thus rather spoiled and therefore positive surprised. read more

The hotel has about 370 rooms and is located about a hundred meters above the Bay of Puerto Rico. It is, as almost all the hotels were built into the hillside. If you are lucky, you can get a room with a view of the book; if you had bad luck, you could see the ckfront the pre-built Hotel. The hotel was already older, but well maintained. The rooms are sparsely furnished, but clean. However, it is on Tuesdays and Sundays No cleaning and no new towels. In 14 days we have managed it three times, towels without holes to ... get. The brochure mentioned satellite tv-had to be paid 15 €per week, the safe cost 20 €for two weeks. The pool chairs around the pool were reserved from seven o 'clock; from nine o' clock there was hardly any opportunities, a free beach chair. The whole area was very loud and noisy. Noise, and departing guests with Koffergerolle, Musikgedudele and entertainment, everything right on the space around the pool. There is a sun terrace with Jacuzzis, the a bit quieter, but unfortunately no sunshades-it is too hot. The choice of food and drink is wide, the quality is good. That is not the case of cocktails, which are already finished pre-mixes and didn't really taste. The tourists came nearly all from Scandinavian countries. A few were British. It was voted the breakfast: beans, bacon, sausages, fries, scrambled eggs. But there were also already for breakfast salad, cakes and what you would like. In the evening there was professional performances, acrobatics as magician or on the mini stage conclusion: for people, who want to spend a peaceful vacation, this resort is-at least during the holidays-not suitable for tv read more

A very basic hotel, which is generally completely needed renovation. On the positive reviews we are still surprised. Room poorly cleaned, towels were dirty and worn, Toilet only with the whole body weight to move to rinse, mirror so filthy, that is the question, whether it is frosted glass is to. The dining room was like a cafeteria rather than just satisfying, but all armed forces should have more charm cafeteria. Poorly laid out buffet, the food was on the right side of average. But it is but a microwave in the dining room, you know what. If you only ... need a roof over your head, the feel well here, ask you but not. read more

Away to the beach not ideal, otherwise nice holiday The way to the beaches are not ideal, especially for children: Beach Puerto Rico 15 minutes a staircase down Amadores beach 25 minutes down the road The pool area is really very beautiful (3 pools, of a flat for children) and The separate jacuzzi area with upholstered chairs and a beautiful view on the Atlantic Ocean is unique. A lot of beach chairs and umbrellas, but you must be quickly in the morning, as the sun loungers to about nine hours all with towels (although this is not permitted). We had ... a bungalow (number 5104) without sea view, but a nice large terrace with for two beach chairs, table and four chairs. A kitchenette in the living room (flatscreen> complimentary programme: N24, other fee), bathroom with bathtub/shower and a large bedroom. The bungalow has no air conditioning, but a fan instead. The food is very tasty and the hotel recommended. Very varied with various theme buffet-nights (Spanish, Chinese) In the pool area it also a bar with as well as neighboring stage. In the evening is always a program announced (either music, show, fashion) very varied, it is never boring. The hotel is very popular with British, Swedes and Norwegians. To our vacation period was another couple from Germany there; all the others for the above-mentioned countries. Reception is not really geared for German guests; one should control at least school english something, otherwise it is very difficult. Service was very good. read more

We were very pleased. more negative: Food unfortunately mostly cold, frequent repetition German only ZDF and N24 programmes, the other pay tv with poor quality -The beach is about 650 flights of stairs. degree difficult to reach with children Otherwise it is really very beautiful. guests very mixed. few German tourists. Mainly Danish/Sweden. Worth it is on each case the palmitos park in maspalomas. read more

German for the good understanding of the english language is this hotel and resort Puerto Rico recommended. The hotel offers almost every room a fantastic view over the sea or the two bays amadores and Puerto Rico. The staff is very friendly, the food is abwechlsunsgreich and almost always very tasty. The entertainment and the entertainment was only in english language. General in Puerto Rico in contrast to maspalomas little German-speaking tourists find. Nevertheless, the town offers a great starting point for beautiful green and luxuriant Gebrigsinland. Definitely rent a car and explore the island on ago own. It was ... wonderful. read more

The price/performance ratio OK. If this 3-star hotel, with a view of the sea and all inclusive then apartment. Have paid for nine days 685 euro per person per. Car would recommend we, to absolute with taxi/bus. Puerto Mogan (Friday big market), shopping center in Puerto Rico, playa del Ingles, maspalomas and in the mountains. read more

The ideal place for a short break, especially to this time of year: the room is absolutely OK, the food was class. The hotel has us very well fallen. It was everything, what you need for a great holiday. The location is great, if you want to do excursions to the hinterland would like to reach and also the ways off the beaten path quickly. The hotel staff was very friendly, for questions they have always been with advice and act to the side. We could also easily change the room, because we stayed on a higher floor rather wanted to be. Meal gave it plentifully and it was also for each something for everyone. All in all a very successful holiday ..., it has everything! read more
