Very beautiful hotel directly at the concert hall. Most of all we were from the rich breakfast and beautifully appointed hotel rooms in the art-deco style impressed.
Also pleasant: all drinks during breakfast: espresso, Latte macciatto, etc. Were included. In the room helped us a kettle, tea, instant coffee and water free of charge available.
Overall : very recommendable! read more

The hotel is overrated. The number of the stars are not justified. Maximum 3a 3, 5-star if at all. From a 4 star hotel i expected at least a spa area. This was not available. All dishes in the restaurant (map in the evening) are tasteless and overpriced. Furthermore, a so-called ' couvertgedeckgebühr' amount of 2,90 Euro per person. In the restaurant applicable. On demand told me the very friendly waiters that is for the cutlery, for the small selection of bread and for the small greeting from of the kitchen.! The rooms are very shabby, some signs ... of usage are visible, on the walls sticky fly/ mückenblut, the carpet has holes. The bathroom door would of portas renovate or right on the household waste. The room cannot be completely be darkened since in the outdoor area the wall flood lights are appropriate the the whole night rays.
On my next visit in may in Wien i will the hotel intercontinental book. Here me a genuine first -Class Hotel. Price for the 24/25.5.2013 = 135,00 Euro without breakfast, the price for the night in the hotel am konzerthaus is 146,00 Euro with breakfast. Still asking questions about it? read more

We went as a couple to a concert of mick hucknull in Wien. The location of the hotel am konzerthaus is absolutely ideal. Also the traffic connections ( u 4) stop Stadtpark is 600 meters away is super.
All in all a round and definitely for a city break to Wien recommendable.
Breakfast buffet absolutely okay. read more

A great hotel near the concert house and the theatre, opera, kursaal, musikverein etc. Very friendly assisting at the reception and for breakfast. Underground on foot easy to reach.
I could have been in such a good hotel, that the usual, white disposable slippers for people like me, the reluctant to barefoot in a room walking around, are available. read more

Central hotel with nice staff and partly cheap offers
The hotel is near the famous kärnerstraße, exactly opposite the concert hall. The rooms are clean and practical, the bathrooms are mega-small and badly in need of new decorated. Most showers are in the bathtub integrated no shower wall or similar
This is not a 4 star standard.
The staff is very friendly and competent and thus makes some shortcomings more than made up for it.
However the service and the cleanliness in the breakfast room partially-with very busy-but something else to wish for. The selection was enough and also the ... ambience in the all in all very pleasant.
With offered is this hotel a good place to explore Wien. read more

A hotel which his name was okay. The rooms may also showrooms in a gallery are. Many shopping possibilities are nearby and recommended restorations as the gmoa cellar or café schwarzenberg reached quickly. Because of the previous reviews we decided our honeymoon in this hotel to spend. We didn't get disappointed and 'error' were not repeated.
At check in we were a small corner room allocated. Since this is not 100% -ig was clean and the tv all i asked for a different room. This request was met and we were given even a upgrade.
This time the room was clean and allesfunktionierte. Only beverage choices the elevators at night disturbed the peace and quiet. This and the poor ventilation in the bathroom were the only weaknesses in the room.
The breakfast area ... was clean and the breakfast buffet very beautifully prepared. There is enough choice and also tasted very good. Only the scrambled eggs and fried bacon was-as in many other hotels also-but not really hot. As fried eggs and omelets to order freshly prepared be ordered could, this is not a major drawback. Why we however for a normal fried eggs a waiver sign had, to me up to now.-)
The staff the service was friendly, helpful and always tried the rush to be. As a result there was a side room opened in which also breakfast was offered.
Generally what all of the staff at the hotel very friendly, helpful and competent.
Due to this and also the location (proximity to pedestrian area) we will definitely come again. read more

We can only recommend this hotel, since it lies very central.
In front of the hotel stops the bus to Karlsplatz.
On foot only 5 minutes the karlskirche church and about 8 minutes to the Carinthia street.
We really enjoyed it and breakfast is great. read more

Felt Wien and the hotel for our honeymoon choice.
Were of of the city at all not disappointed, at the hotel we had to however 2-3 drawbacks.
The staff are at the front desk and above all mornings for breakfast very friendly, concerned and helpful.
Got amongst others detailed Wien-Info on arrival and in the morning every wish was met.
Unfortunately we were from the room a bit disappointed. At the front desk we were on wedding congratulates, unfortunately it was the then already. If I as a guest in a hotel go, the confessed fine category is, I expect ... as Flitterpaar a little other treatment.
A Bouquet in the room or a fläschchen sparkling wine we would have surely-an upgrade is in this house probably not really inside.
The room was OK, the electrical outlets on desk but all three completely apart and were very dangerous, even if you with children would travel.
Our room was in the last angle, backyard you can hardly say, because under a flat roof and about us in the triangle the hotel hochgebaut was. Since we in the 2nd floor were, was sunlight only to anticipate.
The advantage was however, that we really quiet location had.
The rooms themselves are very badly soundproofed, the alarm clock the adjoining room was always good factor.
Cleaning of the rooms so-so, things the on the floor were, were generally ignored, Nachfüllpapiertücher in the cleaning of the rooms left, and so on - lots of small Negligence, the guests pleasantly pleased, let alone a Hochzeitspärchen.
It was good that daily water, coffee and tea free refilled.
On the whole because of the central binding and the friendly staff for a city break recommendable, who however for the extra at service and quality inclined, should twice and watch the hotel management over certain things think about it. read more

We stayed here for a short business stay in the town Wien had. The staff in the whole hotel is really very polite and service minded. We didn't use the sauna. The restaurantbewertung with us relates only to that good breakfast. The hotel lies on the edge the 'internal city' and is thus a good starting point for the exploration the beautiful city Wien. The hotel room was big enough and had a' relaxing' bed, as well as a coffee / tea chef possibility. read more
